The lines for many activities were pretty long and the place was very crowded, but my kids had a lot of fun and there was a lot of interesting stuff to do. The food was better than I expected and of course there were lots of treats available. It exceeded my expectations.

Great

Holy chocolate! Fun activities for the whole family, a huge Hershey gift shop, and so sto so much chocolate candy. Economical bags to purchase at a reasonable price, but don't be surprised how quickly it will all add up!

Good place for kids. 4D show could have been better. The show looks needs to be refreshed and updated. Place is fun for kids on how Chocolate is made. Also has decent food court with good prices.

We have only done Chocolate World, not the amusement part. What's nice is tht we enjoy the little "factory" tour (it's fake, but free and cute) as a quick and fun distraction to Hershey. Parking under 3 hours is free, and fairly accessible to the entrance. WE love to take the free "ride" in the little cars. Mu husband LOVES the part where they "roast" you like a little cocoa bean! It's silly, but fun. Then we take a quick trip through the "gift store". They sell ONE POUND Reese's Peanut Butter Cups (it's a two pack!) which I have never seen elsewhere. I buy them and take them home to someone who is a PB cup FIEND!!!! There are many other things to do at Chocolate World (most have a fee), but for a quick, fun and no-cost visit, it's worth a stop.

The "factory tour" is really not the factory but it is a fun experience that teaches you about how chocolate is made start to finish. Then you exit into the store which is incredible! Every kind of candy made at Hershey is available here. There is even a 5 pound Hershy bar! It's HUGE! you buy everything by the case or by the individual item. All kinds of fun Hershey items and clothing. The food court has all kinds of great food. A few different things for the kids that I did not partake in. Overall it's fun!!

We expected to find a large store selling Hershey-branded merchandise and we were not disappointed. They had Hershey candy of all sizes and types, along with a WIDE variety of clothing and paraphernalia. We were looking for chocolate drinks, and were not disappointed. The mocha and chocolate shake were great, albeit pricey. We opted not to take the tasting tour due to time constraints and the high price tag.

This is like a candy mall, I loved the variety of merchandise. Free parking and entrance. They also have a food court with a candy themed menu like jolly ranchers icees. Tours available for a price. We did not take the tour yet we felt that browsing the store and buying the candy was plenty for us.

A large candy store. Has a free ride to show you a little about how their chocolate is made but is a bit lackluster. They offer almost anything you could slap a logo onto. And have a few other things to do for a pretty fair price.

Make sure that you go on the trolley ride around town. It is 100% worth the time and it is free! It is heart touching and heartwarming. My whole family and I had so much fun today at Hershey's Chocolate World. I would definitely recommend this as a FUN learning experience for children and adults (with lots of chocolate )! I'm looking forward to our next visit!

Free parking. You get a ticket when you enter the park. You can park free for 2 hours. You also can visit the store, cafe and get a free tour. lt was worth a visit. We didn't do any events or extras that required a fee or would have held us there beyond the 2 hours. The entire place was packed, it was very touristy.

Always enjoy coming here. Today we came to buy two cases of hershey bars which will be gifts to two separate host families my son will be staying with in Germany. I hope they'll be received well. :)

Great place to go as a kid and as an adult for Hershey s chocolate and dessert treats! They had little to offer for regular food, especially because of covid. Milkshakes were awesome but it did get very crowded later in the afternoon.

We always have a great time at Chocolate World. My nephews love going for the ride, and chocolate of course. It would not be a visit without bags of chocolate being bought to go home.

Our only complaint every time is the group picture stations in the line queue for the ride. We always feel guilty wasting the staffs time knowing we are not going to buy the pictures at the end of the ride.

Make your own Candy bar! It s a very unique experience! I originally thought it was going to be a waste of money but I read other people s reviews and they loved it. My kids 4 and 7 has a blast. It made me so happy to see how excited they were! You get a time assigned to you so book early. We went around 4 and our time was 7:45. There is a free tour of how chocolate is made. Warning the line is very long but so worth the wait! It s a ride and it s very entertaining. We leaned a lot about chocolate!

The history behind Hershey is pretty amazing. I really enjoyed the trolley tour (George was a wonderful tour guide), build your own bar, and chocolate tasting experience. The huge gift shop is amazing...tons of thing you can not get back home.
It is busy...with tons of tour buses and school kids. Be prepared to be around a lot of people. The food court was alright...kinda basic and not a ton of healthy choices (but it is a chocolate world). I would recommend visiting here especially for the history (trolley tour) and shopping.

Great place to visit during the holidays with all of the lights but anytime of year it is fun to come here. Great chocolate chip cookies and scones. Of course there is plenty of chocolate candy too. My 3 year old grandson had a blast.

You can't take an actual factory tour anymore but the kids liked the fake ride. Everything is very expensive but it's fine for a one time thing. Hopefully it will stop raining so we can go to the park and zoo.

The "chocolate factory tour" is just an enclosed amusement-park-style ride past educational displays. It's well done for what it is, but it's not a real factory tour. At least it's free, although be prepared to wait in a very long line.

I guess it was alright. We did the free ride for the chocolate factory and that was good. They take fun pictures for you to purchase after. Give you free mini choc. bar. It was pretty cheesy, but not bad at alk. We paid for the 4D show, which was was terrible... I know it's meant for kids but you need to at least make it reasonable for adults to have to sit thru or pay for. They give you mini candy bars at the end of this. All in all we spent $20 for a couple hours of wholesome fun. Been there, done that. What's next?

Lots to do and learn here. Making your own chocolate bar was a good time and so was the tour of chocolate. Insanely crowded, although we visited on memorial day, so it might not always be so bad.

I've been to a number of other Hershey's Chocolate World locations and this is by far the best. The Hershey's chocolate ride is cute and reminds me of a simple dark ride from a Disney theme park. The Create your own Chocolate Bar experience is a lot of fun, and it's interesting to see a scaled down version of the factory create your bar and it's packaging. There is a huge selection of products and a giant dining area in the back.

Very good gift shop for all things Hershey, but the tour is barely interesting since it shows no actual chocolate works. Kids will like the little carts you ride in, but if the line is long , don't bother.

Wonderful experience not to be missed, if you are a family traveller with kids then this got to be on your bucket list.

Chocolate factory tour and the chocolate mystery 4d movies are great fun trips for kids and not to be missed. Make your own candy is something kids and adults are gonna enjoy, it's not like really bean to chocolate making type of experience, yet it's a different experience not to be missed.

Group pricings (20+) are cheaper and you can cover the above three in just $18 per person (same price for adults and kids)

Recommendation is to book a stay near by (Hershey's Lodge if you can book months ahead for savings) and cover the chocolate world in the morning time and Hershey's Park amusement rides in the evening day before (yes you can go a day before if you have bought tickets for next day). So next day you can cover the water rides and other amusement rides.

Overall an experience not to be missed.
