Misleading and not worth the cost. The chocolate tour is not an actual factory tour, it an animatronic ride that is lame. Make your own candy bar is actually just pressing buttons on an iPad and watching a machine make your candy bar. Food in the food court is horribly bland and radically overpriced. All the gift shop stuff can be bought at your local WalMart for a third of the price. Chocolate tasting is a tasting of 4 tiny Hershey miniatures which can also be bought in a store.

The trolley ride was fun and 4d theater wasn't bad so I give 3 stars instead of 1.

It is definetly a sweet lovers paradise lol it is like a mega store for candy and chocolate with tons of souveniers.most everything here you can get in any grocery store, but here you can buy in large quanities like 36 bars per box for around $35-$45 .The tour on how its made was interesting but I wouldnt go outta my way again to visit.been here done that.

The free tour was cute but kind of boring. Customizing your own chocolate bar was interesting but I would love to have more options to add to the chocolate bar and for it to be half the price! It was a slightly fun day but Hershey could definitely try to make it more affordable or more fun. I would suggest going one time but I wouldn t return.

A truly unique place! I love the quick ride that gives you great details about how the chocolate is made and refined and at the same time fun! There are one of a kind items you can shop for also!

Great place! So many treats at good prices. Hershey park was great. SO IMPRESSED with the cleanliness of the restrooms. Took my 1 year old into the mens room to change his diaper, the fold out tables in the bathrooms have purell wipes and folded sheets to lay down for extra cleanliness. Had a blast with the fam!

Very safe and clean. We love Hershey Park. They have great protocols in place to protect all of the guests from Covid-19 exposure risk. The park was clean and crowds are limited.

Did all 4 events including the historical trolley tour. Really enjoyed the tour and amazing facts the guide had. My boys favorite event was the make your own candy bar. The 4d mystery is geared more for younger kids.

Loved it! They need 10 stars for this place. How can you not love it? It's a free ride/tour and all the candy you can ever want. Hershey kisses of all kinds, twizzlers of all kinds, candy bars, Reese's PB cups, and on and on. A big food court, pizza, salads, chicken, soups, chili, baked potatoes, a dessert spot, shakes, ice cream, enormous cookies and other desserts. You will not want to leave this place. There is tons of apparel and other souvenirs. During the chocolate world tour, they take your photos, at the end they make a book of it. It's 29.00. I thought it was an awesome little souvenir. Google was there with cameras the day we were there

Everything conveniently under one roof that is a Hershey product. Everything is also 2x the cost of a regular store. We made our own chocolate 7oz chocolate bar with very limited Hershey only items to put in it, you spend your time choosing very limited choice of graphics for your wrapper. It wasn t that exciting, but you do it for the kids. It cost $26.95 for each 7oz bar for some monstrosity of a machine to make it. You can do the same thing at the Hershey museum by hand (more fun) for $7

How can you not love Hershey's Chocolate World. We come to Hershey 2 or 3 times a year. Once in the summer, Halloween, and during Christmas. I always look forward to coming up here and Chocolate World is always a stop. Just the smell of all the candy when you walk in the front door causes you to gain 50 pounds. Hahahaha. There is no better smell in the world. They have everything here and I especially love the giant sized candy bars and it's so huge and set up so cool, I can walk around for hours buying candy and souvenirs. We love the little ride that explains Hershey and the 3-D show is always fun to watch. I've seen it so many times that I can't even count that high. It would really be nice if they changed it up a bit and made it a lot longer but it's still fun regardless. I've been coming here as a child with friends and family and I'm still coming up as an adult with my wife. Their slogan " The sweetest place on earth " is so true. Hershey has never stopped growing and improving for the 40 plus years that I can remember and doubtful they will ever stop. Looking forward to spring of 2020 because I know they upgrade is happening. Gonna be exciting to see all the new attractions this spring/summer. I can't think of a better place for the entire family to go than Hershey.

A wonderful shopping experience! All things Hershey found in abundance and attractively displayed. The Hershey Tour is a ride that takes you through a mock up of the real candy factory. A fun learning experience for children and adults. The 4D Show was $8.00. Interactive experience was fun. Rather pricey though for a 30 minute show. All around fun place to visit.

We visited this place during school time with my time. It was not so crowded so we bought full advantage kit which was $46.80 for adults and $39.80 for kids.
There are four different activities for full plan.
1. 4d Chocolate movie (which is the worst for us)
2. Hershey s unwrapped (you are tasting chocolates with a theatrical show)
3. Trolley tour (if you have enough time this is a wonderful tour that you can tour all around the Hershey City
4. Build your own chocolate (do not leave without doing this)

The tour was very in formative. I saw the story on the Discovery channel. I saw it up front and personal. Was a great experience. Couldn't quit talking about it. Especially the Hershey kisses street lights on chocolate avenue.

We enjoyed this trip. It was so fun we went in November and when arrived it snowed.
We went in and went on the tour they have all type of vendors for food so we had a bowl of soup. It was great eating soup watching the snow coming down.
Making your own chocolate was so cool.

We plan on doing the amusement park in summer.
Will be back
