The staff was all very friendly and kept all lines movie very quickly. Prices were fair for ot being a tourist attraction. We would definitely visit again

Hershey's Chocolate rour makes you feel like a kid again great factory tour

Make your own bar is fun! First select three items (e.g rice crispies, butter scotch, pretzels, toffee or caramel) that goes into the chocolate bar. Then create your chocolate box cover; different designs to choose from or select a pre-made template. Total process takes around 20-25 mins. Enjoy!

Nice experience visiting Hershey's with kids. Making your own candy experience was good. Also watching 4D movie. So much variety of chocolates to buy. Also visiting their tour of factory was knowledgeable. This place is crowded during summer. They also have events during fall and winters.

Fun time. Loved the free 20 minute tour. Great shopping. All kinds of Hershey merchandise. Sales associates friendly and happy. Awesome cookies. Just like homemade.

Even better with the COVID restrictions. You can move around, get right on the ride, and shop without feeling packed in like a salmon during spawning season.

Tour was not what i thought, i wanted to view factory, and prices of parking was high and chocolate store, felt it was expensive, cheaper are with your in line..loved the smell..

Lots of chocolate and the extremely long checkout line to go with it. They did have chocolate covered bacon, so that was nice

Its good and went for complementary tour and it was good. But I would better go again when my kids know more about chocolates..probably when they turn 5

Wonderful place to take the family. Tour if how chocolate is made is Free.. Everything else here you have to pay $$$.

It's a really fun place to see all the memorabilia, food, and things you can do. Learning about Hershey was probably the best part in the history trolley tour. The other things sound fun but it is definitely a tourist trap and the price reflects that. The fact that you can't accompany someone making a candy bar seems like a money grab. The free factory tour ride was enjoyable. You'll have fun, but will need pretty deep pockets.

What a great place to take the kids. Lots of fun and lots of chocolate. They have a free ride thru of how chocolate is made, so that was super cool and the kids loved it. We also did the Unwrapped tasting journey. The kids got to taste chocolate and participate in the journey.

Chocolate world is always changing and you get to see all the new products

Fun place if you love chocolate, go there off season, during peak season it gets too crowded

Everything is dumbly overpriced, But lucky for them I love candy.

Make sure you get a chocolate shake. Buy the souvenir cup and get heavily discounted refills on the shakes.

It was really amazing to see all the different flavors we've never heard of and then try a few. They are also always adding new things so there was lots to do.

Best for kids and adults who dont have diabetes lol

Fun, just fun for the whole family. The tour is free as are some other features but the paid things are worthwhile if expensive for a large family.

Love the changes they made. With the virus going on waiting was a little longer then usually. Still a great time with the grandkids.

Hershey's chocolate tour is free. I won't comment on the theme park portion at the moment. The tour will take you through a store and then a minor ride. It's not much to see as it's all digital and a staged ride through of the Hershey's chocolate line. Be prepared for the entire "free" experience to be around 30 minutes to an hour. It's not much, so plan to do something in addition to this. I.e. Dutch Wonderland and the tour.

Decently cool but if you are there to buy chocolate don t bother, save money and buy it at target.

Great trolley tour with Chuck sharing interesting history about Milton Hershey as well as the current attractions. Very courteous employees at Chocolate World. It was a fun day with my friends.

Huge chocolate selection. A lot of tourist traps here. Also, the chocolate tour ride was not available which was a big disappointment.

They dont call it the sweetest place on earth for nothing! Must go if you are in the area

It was so fun and exciting to see and be on all the rides and rollercoasters and every one should have a fantastic time at Hershey Park

Chocolate! This is were you can get the Tour, make personalized bars,see a 4D movie, take a Trolley ride and so much more. Free chocolate is handed out after each activity.They have an decent food court with plenty of choices and more sweets counters.
Of course plenty of souvenir items are available to purchase and even more Hershey brand candy at the factory store. Parking is free for 3 hours and after you need receipt of attractions. Be beware it can get quiet busy there.

Its great for everyone! No matter what age you are! Sure somethings are a little expensive but if your just looking to go and have a good time, its amazing.

Love bringing my girls for a quick trip. We had so much fun at the 4D movie and loved the free chocolate after the movie and chocolate tour.

The Hershey chocolate factory is sure to please both young and old. It has a ride on ride that displays the history of the company. There is also a store so you can stock up on all your favorites.

The tour inside is free and really fun! Free chocolate. Lots of opportunities to buy novelty items and interesting finds. Always a good time

This place has more chocolate than one mind can comprehend. Very cool place to see right before going into Hershey Park. The have plenty of things to buy. From candy to trinkets, they have a bit of everything here. They also carry extremely large versions of common candy bars!

It's an enjoyable place for the whole family and best place to get your favorite chocolate sweets.

They have a sugar-free section for be!Tommy and my office will be happy when I get home!

It is very fun I would come here every day and not get tired.

It could be better, of course the chocolate is delicious but when you are the more famous trademark you better try to do more, I was disappointed about you can't get into the factory I wanted to taste the chocolate inside and see all the process but you have to get into a little car and see a simulated scale factory. Merchandising is absolutely what you expect, but talking about chocolate, I think they need to sell more exclusive products instead selling the same chocolates I could find in Walmart. I loved the old people mixed with young staff they are really awesome.

Easy to buy a lot of candy! The tour is short, but the shopping is expansive. You can find some unique chocolates here. All pretty good. The amount of people in the small place is not too good. They should think of more things for people to do besides go on a cheesy tour that last only a few minutes, then stay crowded in a candy store in hopes you spend a lot of money. It was horrible, but if you actually want to learn about the company, or learn about the process of the candy, you are out of luck. The place is more of a giant candy store with a few signs than anything else.

Very crowded but still the lines move quickly. The free chocolate at the end of the tour is always nice too.

First thing as you walk in the door is bam !!!!!! The wonderful smell of chocolate. There is great places to eat . You can buy different Hershey products not found anywhere else and or take the tour !

This place is awesome. Be prepared to spend some money . Because there is so much to see it's hard not to bring the goodness home.

The only good thing was the smell of chocolate that smacks your nose walking in. This place is so expensive! Don't waste your money. Parking alone was through the roof. $15.00 for over 3hrs and $45.00 for over 5hrs. Getting on the factory tour was insane people literally running and pushing people in their way. I'll never go back there. Was such a disappointment.
