My kids love the free tour. It seems that they made some upgrades to it in the past year. It's hard to avoid the paid theater area and candy sales though when you visit this place.

It's very expensive, be prepared to drop at least 50 bucks per person. The 'free' tour is cute, but it's like a cheesy kids ride through a simulation of how the chocolate is made. Parking is free for up to 3 hours. 3 to 5 hours is $15. Anything over 5 hours will cost you $40. Merchandise is not at any kind if discount, which you would think it would be since it's made here. It's a cute place but way too pricey.

Best trip ever. We loved Hershey's. Beautiful area and just an all around great place to visit for the whole family. Plenty of candy everywhere. Great value for all of the tours. We did not get to do the amusement park but it looked wonderful. It is a must to go into town and visit the HERSHEY MUSEUM. A must do trip. We will definitely go again.

A wonderful place to go to learn how Hershey's makes their chocolate. The free tour is always fun to ride on. There is also a wonderful gift shop with food and tons of Hershey's candy! It makes me Hershey Park Happy.

It was a great experience. The process has been explained in the simplest possible manner and was an excellent opportunity for our students from India ...B.K Birla Public School, kalyan ; to learn and enjoy the process of chocolate making.

Fun, clean and entertaining. it is a bit of a walk from the parking lot depending on how busy this place is. It tends to be really busy towards the close of the theme park. they offer some food shop options and all sorts of Hershey memorabilia and food products.

We bought the bundle tickets that included: Create Your Own Candy bar, 4D Movie, Trolley Works, and Hershey s Unwrapped. When you purchase tickets you are assigned times for each attraction. Ours began with creating our own chocolate bar at 9:15 am. We arrived at the park really early and got a great parking space. We hung out taking pictures until the doors were open. Once inside, we
had some coffee In their coffee booth and peruses the huge gift shop until it was 9:15. Then, the fun began. Creating your own candy bar is a must! Super fun for young and old! The 4D movie is more for kids but still cute to watch. Unwrapped was also neat for kids but you get a tin full of chocolate which any adult will enjoy. Finally the trolley tour is cool
to learn the history of Hershey and the great work they do in service of others. This attraction might not be the best for little ones because it is so long. Overall, we loved the experience and were finished by 3:00pm! It was a good day at Hershey!

We took the free chocolate tour which was cool. At the end of the tour you get a free snack size hershey bar. Then when your inside you are pretty much in a huge candy store. Had to buy the huge reese's cups, the 1 pound hershey bar, large kiss, and the huge kitkat filled kitkat wrapper. Its literally chocolate heaven! Also while inside got the kids some hershey pillows and characters. The last stop in the chocolate world for us was the ice cream booth. If you have a sweet tooth the s'mores shake is a perfect end for the day!

So much to see and do! Its amazing to see all the difference kinds of candy in one place. The factory tour is still a favorite! My toddler needed to ride twice! Love the "new" bakery options. Didnt get a chance to check out the newer ticketed options but my brother and his family loved the make your own chocolate bar.

A "free" (no extra fee besides parking) tour ride, shopping, eateries, and the ticket center for all things Hershey make this place a must for any visit to Herhsey! Try the trolley tour with the kids. The performers are tons of fun and you don't have to sing along if you don't want to. Plus free candy handouts for everyone during the ride!

This place is amazing especially in the winter times because no one is ever their. My favorite part about this place is that it has the hershy tour ride and tells you how to make the chocolate bars. they have some good food there to especially the shakes and smores one.

Almost all of the things to do were reasonably expensive, the chocolate shop was actually pretty basic, containing almost exclusively things you can buy in any supermarket. The free chocolate ride was fun, but the food was terrible (how do you screw up macaroni and cheese?) Overall it was fairly disappointing, and somewhat confusing as to their relationship with Hershey Park.

That all said, the staff were EXCELLENT. Knowledgeable, positive, friendly, and helpful.

Very nice place to go with Family. They have tours that are interactive. Be prepared to pay a pretty penny, but well worth it. You get to learn all about how the chocolate is produced prepared and sent out.

Over priced..lower prices by 15% and might be worth the toll road expenses to get there..and on these tours that we pay a fortune for..give the kids a full candy bar..pay 600 dollars for 10 dollars in cost plus the 60 for labor and upkeep..but did love a few things as well...the tour and history of the town was fun quirky with a awesome twist..the kid tom( I assume stage name and that's all their names lol)but our tour was enjoyable..make it run a bit more efficient and lower consumer cost a tad and I'm a repeat visitor.

There's so much to do in this place. If it's your first time going in there you'll be amazed and have fun seeing tons of your most fave chocolates. There's activities that family can do. Chocolate tour, movie 4D, the bus tour. Etc or just in general go around and see all their merchandise. They have food options in there as well. The cocoa crusted chicken and chocolate bbq dip will make you curious of the taste. Soooo inviting sooo fun highly recommended for all ages.
