Great for family outing just bring lots $$$$ kids of all ages love it tour was fun staff was friendly and knowledgeable
nice place to visit, but only if u crazy about chocolate... kid enjoyed it
My kids love the free tour. It seems that they made some upgrades to it in the past year. It's hard to avoid the paid theater area and candy sales though when you visit this place.
Yummy cupcakes. Safe social distancing while visiting.
This place is a really neat experience. You can spend as much or as little as you want
It's very expensive, be prepared to drop at least 50 bucks per person. The 'free' tour is cute, but it's like a cheesy kids ride through a simulation of how the chocolate is made. Parking is free for up to 3 hours. 3 to 5 hours is $15. Anything over 5 hours will cost you $40. Merchandise is not at any kind if discount, which you would think it would be since it's made here. It's a cute place but way too pricey.
Love this place. Would visit many times, again. Love making my personalized chocolate bar. Love the chocolate tour. Loved all the 4-5 activities there were to do here. Also, We purchased great keepsakes and treats for relatives. Great job guys!
Great place for kids and adults, would recommend to anyone, also has the zoo and Hershey park that are fun when open
We had a good time here. Gift shop can feel a little overwhelming at times.
Best trip ever. We loved Hershey's. Beautiful area and just an all around great place to visit for the whole family. Plenty of candy everywhere. Great value for all of the tours. We did not get to do the amusement park but it looked wonderful. It is a must to go into town and visit the HERSHEY MUSEUM. A must do trip. We will definitely go again.
A wonderful place to go to learn how Hershey's makes their chocolate. The free tour is always fun to ride on. There is also a wonderful gift shop with food and tons of Hershey's candy! It makes me Hershey Park Happy.
Really crowded. Very commerical and very expensive to do all the attractions. The ca Dubois pretty cheap
An extremely fun place for the family! There are several different shows that are Hershey treats themed. Our favorite was making our own Hershey's chocolate bar!
There's a free tour to enjoy. Also there's plenty of chocolates and other Hershey candies for purchase.
Timings of the event/shows are not that great during weekdays
Chocolate world is amazing my kids loved it you need 2 days one day for the rides and one day for chocolate world
Nice place to spend 4-5hra with family.. if u do the amusement park then add another 3-4hrs!!
It was a great experience. The process has been explained in the simplest possible manner and was an excellent opportunity for our students from India ...B.K Birla Public School, kalyan ; to learn and enjoy the process of chocolate making.
Fun, clean and entertaining. it is a bit of a walk from the parking lot depending on how busy this place is. It tends to be really busy towards the close of the theme park. they offer some food shop options and all sorts of Hershey memorabilia and food products.
Employees were awesome and gave free samples and coupons away. Enjoyed the tasting and movie.
I'm from Puerto Rico and travel to Penn ti have some family time and we think that Hershey Park is the best in that country. We enjoy it a lot.
Love it got good deals that you won't find any where else
We bought the bundle tickets that included: Create Your Own Candy bar, 4D Movie, Trolley Works, and Hershey s Unwrapped. When you purchase tickets you are assigned times for each attraction. Ours began with creating our own chocolate bar at 9:15 am. We arrived at the park really early and got a great parking space. We hung out taking pictures until the doors were open. Once inside, we
had some coffee In their coffee booth and peruses the huge gift shop until it was 9:15. Then, the fun began. Creating your own candy bar is a must! Super fun for young and old! The 4D movie is more for kids but still cute to watch. Unwrapped was also neat for kids but you get a tin full of chocolate which any adult will enjoy. Finally the trolley tour is cool
to learn the history of Hershey and the great work they do in service of others. This attraction might not be the best for little ones because it is so long. Overall, we loved the experience and were finished by 3:00pm! It was a good day at Hershey!
We took the free chocolate tour which was cool. At the end of the tour you get a free snack size hershey bar. Then when your inside you are pretty much in a huge candy store. Had to buy the huge reese's cups, the 1 pound hershey bar, large kiss, and the huge kitkat filled kitkat wrapper. Its literally chocolate heaven! Also while inside got the kids some hershey pillows and characters. The last stop in the chocolate world for us was the ice cream booth. If you have a sweet tooth the s'mores shake is a perfect end for the day!
So nice, but the tour is input overload - used to be much better
So much to see and do! Its amazing to see all the difference kinds of candy in one place. The factory tour is still a favorite! My toddler needed to ride twice! Love the "new" bakery options. Didnt get a chance to check out the newer ticketed options but my brother and his family loved the make your own chocolate bar.
Making your own chocolate bar was so fun and really yummy! I ve been here multiple times and the ride inside never gets old!
Always a good place to take kids. Especially since you can take the Hershey's Chocolate Tour for free!!!
Chocolate world was great they had all kinds of chocolate bars and candies at a great price service was great.
We end every Hershey Park trip with a visit to Chocolate world for the tour and a milkshake. Great tradition for us. Always keep open later than the park
A "free" (no extra fee besides parking) tour ride, shopping, eateries, and the ticket center for all things Hershey make this place a must for any visit to Herhsey! Try the trolley tour with the kids. The performers are tons of fun and you don't have to sing along if you don't want to. Plus free candy handouts for everyone during the ride!
Wow what a cosy relaxing Choco making experience. The trip to Hershey Park is incomplete without visiting chocolate world
This place is amazing especially in the winter times because no one is ever their. My favorite part about this place is that it has the hershy tour ride and tells you how to make the chocolate bars. they have some good food there to especially the shakes and smores one.
Almost all of the things to do were reasonably expensive, the chocolate shop was actually pretty basic, containing almost exclusively things you can buy in any supermarket. The free chocolate ride was fun, but the food was terrible (how do you screw up macaroni and cheese?) Overall it was fairly disappointing, and somewhat confusing as to their relationship with Hershey Park.
That all said, the staff were EXCELLENT. Knowledgeable, positive, friendly, and helpful.
Nice tour, small treat at end of ride, lots of different things to do. Personal chocolate making, movie, special chocolates & desserts for sale. Also lots of merchandise and chocolate items for sale.
I always love to go to chocolate world it is relaxing and fun. I love Hershey's candy.
Loved the place, spent about 6 hours there. 3 boys: 11, 10 and 5 had a blast. Great place, descent prices... Highly recommend
Very nice place to go with Family. They have tours that are interactive. Be prepared to pay a pretty penny, but well worth it. You get to learn all about how the chocolate is produced prepared and sent out.
We went on a monday at 530.pm got on the ride no wait, got to shop and out by 6. Easy and fun.
It was nice. However, the food in the food court sucked.
Amazingly delicious, please maintain the specific Tag on all products Pure vegetarian as per Indian or non vegetarian.
amazing place. you can enjoy free tour!! and get one chocolate after tour.
We had fun buying lots of chocolate. The chocolate ride was fun, but a bit of a wait to get on.
Great place. Leave the credit card home, my suitcase was overweight after one trip here.
Great way to spend a half day with enough to keep kids entertained.
Excellent place. I will visit this place again in my vacation this summer!
Over priced..lower prices by 15% and might be worth the toll road expenses to get there..and on these tours that we pay a fortune for..give the kids a full candy bar..pay 600 dollars for 10 dollars in cost plus the 60 for labor and upkeep..but did love a few things as well...the tour and history of the town was fun quirky with a awesome twist..the kid tom( I assume stage name and that's all their names lol)but our tour was enjoyable..make it run a bit more efficient and lower consumer cost a tad and I'm a repeat visitor.
Didnt realize how much time you could spend in a chocolate factory the whole trip was amazing
Amazing time, loved creating our own chocolate bars
There's so much to do in this place. If it's your first time going in there you'll be amazed and have fun seeing tons of your most fave chocolates. There's activities that family can do. Chocolate tour, movie 4D, the bus tour. Etc or just in general go around and see all their merchandise. They have food options in there as well. The cocoa crusted chicken and chocolate bbq dip will make you curious of the taste. Soooo inviting sooo fun highly recommended for all ages.
Always a great time! Keep going back for the make your own chocolate bar
Mmmmmm
Smell of the chocolate everywhere!
Cool 4D movie with smell, feel, move, and touch effects. Make nominal piece of chocolate and ride around throughout all steps of making it all! Nice experience.
Chocolate, chocolate, chocolate great place to learn about Hershey and the making of chocolate
Fun place to experience Hershey chocolate. It's got store to buy everything Hershey, Kisses, and Hershey's. Also contains food court that sells sandwiches, wraps, and pizzas.
The history is so interesting. I love the rides and the delicious smell of chocolate in the area!
Fun place to visit and learn about the history of Hershey and making chocolate a great free interactive experience and ride through Chocolate World unbelievable souvenir and Candy options programs and shows to experience to learn more about the history of chocolate and tasting nice to her bus ride around the area that is interactive and entertaining A must-do
Good place to take kids. Free tour ride with candy at the end.
The sweetest place on Earth what a great place to bring the kids for a fun filled time
Paradise for chocolate lovers!
