Excellent for a rainy/snowy/cold day. The "4D Chocolate Mystery" movie and the "Create your own chocolate bar" experience are great. My family and I had a great time here, while also buying some gifts for others and ourselves. We didn't do the "Chocolate Tasting" session, so I can't comment on it.

It's seems like it's a mad house, but they do everything they can to keep the crowd flowing (at least for the chocolate tour and purchases), it has pretty much every possible Hershey's souvenir you could want, and it has free three hour parking.

Not too much to choose from for souvenirs besides candy which yes I know is the whole theme but to have something to remember the trip is pretty cool to me too. But besides that it was a good time

If you make a chocolate bar here it is not hands on like the museum. It is all computerized. But you can buy as much candy as you want (Prices are high) and tea shirts; magnets etc.

Hershey chocolate world exceeded expectations! Our family pre-ordered tickets for the bundle to do trolley ride, chocolate tasting, 4D movie, build your own chocolate ride parking and lunch. The trolley ride was very informative and a good way to view the town. Many of the other attractions were entertaining and family oriented, though slightly geared for small children. Having lunch and parking included was worth it and even saved a few bucks.

Fun with lots of nice things to buy, recently recommend the tour of how the chocolates made with things to see and smell. Also at the and you get 2 free small chocolates so you might as well as it's free. ; ) Although everything's a bit pricey but all the different types of candy is there!

I loved this place. Our kids loved it as well. The tour to see how the chocolate was made was very interesting. I would recommend visiting. Parking up to 3 hours is free. Right next door to Hershey Park also.

The Gift Shop Area: I loved how they renovated it to look like a chocolate factory. It makes the entire section open and more inviting. If my review was based on this alone, Hershey's Chocolate World would've gotten a 4 star rating.

The Tour: This took a beating. I get keeping up with the times but the original tour was much more charming and inviting - from it's line and presentation. The new tour got rid of the original Hershey song and ramped up it's technological capabilities. The more technological it got, the more it lost it's charm. Less is more.

Chocolate world is never really too packed for the main tour ride and you get a free piece of chocolate at the end. It is cool to know a little history of Milton Hersey, as well as how the chocolate is made

It smells like chocolate, the food is delish, there's so many cool souvenirs, and the ride is an amazing cultural phenomena. I alsways recomend going here, especially in colder and less busy months.

It was a great time and especially enjoyed the Create Your Own Candy Bar activity. You get to gear up, choose your chocolate and fillings and then get to watch it get produced and packaged.

The separate tour of how the chocolate is produced is not worth the wait.

This is greatly expanded from when I was last there. The food court is great, offers big portions and good prices. I do miss the expansive store though. You were once able to buy "the world's largest" of every kind of Hershey product which held a prominent position in the store but now they're relegated to a few small alcoves away from the bulk items and the selection has greatly reduced. The biggest disappointments were the Reese's cups (you can get the same in CVS) and Rolo was just a bank filled with regular-sized Rolo candy.

Its usually pretty busy but the lines do more quickly and the ride workers are careful about what they do and who they let on. The rides are fun and it's also educational to a degree. Its a good place for family time. There's something for everybody

We just got home from our trip. Fun place. Lots to do and everyone is very friendly. Get there at 9am during a weekday and you won't have any lines and have the whole place to yourself. As the day goes on it gets very busy and it's hard to get to everything without wasting time. Candy can be purchased by the box and there are a ton of souvenirs. There are also a lot of clothes to choose from. Thing's are priced as you would expect for a vacation/tourist attraction. Candy by the case is cheaper but shirts and such are pricey. Worth the trip, regardless of that.

I often call this one of the smartest buildings ever built. Brainwashing to the extreme - they'll hit you on all five senses. Lots to see, you'll smell and taste the chocolate, there is chocolate themed music playing throughout, and the tour ride entrance and exit are tucked in the middle of plush product characters and t-shirts for sale. If you are susceptible to falling for tourist traps, beware; but if you can carve through the money grabs there are some interesting and free experiences to be had.

Kids always love the free ride to learn how chocolate is made. Don't miss out on the chocolate milkshake or other specialty treats as well as shopping for all of your favorite Hershey's products.

We visited Hershey Chocolate World today and really enjoyed being there on the off day. Getting on the factory tour was a breeze even with being on crutches it was pretty easy. The tours has some steps at the end but was easily navigated.

We also did the create your own chocolate bar. It was pretty fun to see my own custom chocolate bar. I highly recommend putting sprinkles on the top. We haven't tried the 4d movie or the tasting room.

I highly recommend trying the chocolate covered bacon!

This is a very fun place to go. The tour last about 20 minutes. They put you on a cart that takes you around in through the factory where they show you various aspects of chocolate making. The store is very well equipped with just about anything that you would want to purchase. Candy wise.

However the negative is this. The parking stinks. Even the handicap parking is a very long walk from the door. And it's downhill going in and Uphill coming out. It would not really be recommended for somebody that's handicapped

Really expensive for what you get the chocolate tasting is a total rip off!!! You get to sample milk chocolate, hershey kiss, dark chocolate, dark chocolate bilss and a sample from a company that Hershey owns. They give you free samples all over the place so to pay $10 per person to try chocolate for free everwhere else is disappointing. The "tour" is a fake factory, the music and singing cows are so loud you cannot hear what they are tryint to teach you about. CRAZY unorganized!!! Workers have no idea where to go for attractions. I would not recommend!!! Go to the amusement park instead really FUN!!!!!

The free chocolate tour was amazing. We came in 10 min past 4pm. Immediately we were greeted by two women advising us what's still open. We took the free tour in a Hershey car. It was the cutest thing ever. The chocolate you see on the tour is real. After the tour you have the option to purchase the photos for $12.00 or $30 for the booklet. Because this was our first time at the factory I purchased the booklet. It's filled with fun facts and games. The park itself was closed and under construction. The store is simply amazing. Very affordable and educational. I would like to come back when the park is open.

Been here several times since it opened. It is now like going to a chocolate mall, tons of stuff for sale and packed with people. Take advantage of all the special events that they do is well worth it.
