Waited in line for one drink for 10 mins. Had people butt in line and when we got up there, the machine was broken. So we waited in line for nothing. That cashier was kind and apologized that they were not given a sign to put up. Hershey should equip their employees better! Hope management actually sees this and makes the change. The employee stated that they have been asking for a sign.

Love this place! I really loved the chocolate tasting attraction.Theres a free ride where they show how the chocolate is made (and you get a free sample at the end). Its fun for all ages. Lil bit overpriced stuffs insides the stores. Chocolate cupcakes are must try at Hersey s.
We were running out of time so didn t get time to make my own chocolate bar, definitely coming back again to make one and to visit some nearby attractions .

Not too happy. Drove 8 hours for this and the Hershey factory tour was down for repairs. They gave us a tour of the line while it was not running so not a complete waste. But they where only replacing a small gear with only two mechanics. The 4D movie was almost empty. And kinda cringey with the announcer trying to motivate people to participate in a mystery. Drunk kids in the audience provided more entertainment. Will not return.

One of the nice things about Chocolate World is that there are plenty of quality entertainment and interactive experiences to see and do here for free! Of course, it's not easy to pass by the hundreds of chocolate treats on display without buying one or tw or twenty... My family can't decide if the chocolate here tastes so much better because it's "straight from the factory" fresh or if it's just all in our head... Either way, It works! If you are near Hershey, PA, Chocolate World is a treat not to be missed!

Staff not friendly. Building was too hot every thing was so expensive and overpriced. I'm losing weight. This sugar place is not for me. If staff cannot say hi and welcome me. Why would I want to come back? Never again.

Everything was very expensive and geared only towards children. The tour was neat but showed none of the actual machines being used. Only animations and mock-ups. I would have like to seen a real factory floor. At least the tour was free.

" NEW" Chocolate World tour HORRIBLE ! Don't waste your time you would be better off staying home watching it on YouTube they put to many screens in . Then they stick you in the cars with people you don't know so there goes an experience picture that you used to get at the end , Yes you get a picture in the beginning and they take it and add a background which takes away the experience of the ride but whatever...will never go back! I would give it zero stars but the review won't allow it.

Absolutely loved it! Had a smore the size of a large cheeseburger. There were other things to do beside just shopping and even had a little ride through a mock chocolate factory. The best thing about coming here was that everything extra you could do was free. The only thing you were paying for was food and whatever chocolate you purchased. There was a ride, a chocolate tasting, a 4d movie.

Fun!

I haven't been on the tour since it was modernized and honestly I just loved the old school tour so much better. I bragged about it to my son, the chocolate river and the production. He is 14 and he also said he didnt care for the new experience because the description I gave before we even arrived sounded pretty neat. We were both disappointed but it's still a nice place to take your little ones who would appreciate the modern side of it.

Really good place for Hershey fans and that too for FREE. There are some activities that are paid, however the chocolate factory experience is Free. There are so many Hershey items to purchase. This remains open throughout the year.

Free chocolate tour is not accessible if you are in a power wheelchair. It was disappointing because the chair could get on ride but they were worried about how to get my son off if the ride stopped. They gave us free lunch for our trouble. We enjoyed the chocolate tasting. It was difficult to get through the building because it was so crowded!

Best store ever to buy chocolate. The tour ride is free and you get a free piece of chocolate candy after you exit the ride. Plenty of merchandise of Hershey products to choose from and candy.

I have been to this place recently and for every thing I couldn't help comparing against Coca-Cola World in Atlanta GA. It might be more amusing for children than adults. I went there on a long weekend and there was a very very long waiting for every activity(note that most of the activities require a separate admission ticket and a reservation time) and didn't even feel worth waiting that long after finishing.

I feel that the only part anyone can consider is the chocolate world tour which is a free admission and can be finished quickly.

In my opinion, if you have been to World of Coca-Cola in Atlanta GA, you may probably not like this place.

Awesome place. The Tour is great and the 4D movie is a neat experience. I did not get to do the Create Your Own Candy Bar experience this time due to time constraints but will be back next time just for that. My children enjoyed every bit of this place. Worth the family trip!.

We bought some Hershey s chocolate while on holidays.
We were excited to try it - only to discover it tasted like vomit??
Assuming the only logical explanation was that it had gone off, even though it was still in date, I emailed the company - who completely fobbed me off?! - stating that comments that their chocolate tasted like vomit were common?
Why would you continue to sell something that tastes like puke??
I don t understand!
And the customer service received tasted just as bad!
We love the kisses and the ice cream but will no longer buy those products as I refuse to buy from companies that show such complete disregard to their customers.
