Kept my family busy from 1pm until 9pm. So much fun! Really affordable and so very full when you're done.

The place is fun, we go every year. The chocolate ride was just upgraded. After the free ride, you get a little piece of chocolate. They have some shows and activities, all reasonably priced. Also, they have all kinds of candy and chocolate. The baked goods are good. Free parking.
Lines to Park, lines to go on the chocolate world ride, lines to buy chocolate, higher prices than you'd find at your local supermarket and lines to exit the parking lot. In all, it was a pretty bad experience. Especially with kids. What should have been a 30 minute stop turned into two hours. Never again.
I love you Hershey's kisses, but you change the bags to a different one where you can't see inside of them. The reason why is because you are putting less into each bag and charging more that is wrong. I am done with Hershey PERIOD. THANKS RON HOCH
Bought $100 in chocolate and by the time I got home it was all melted! But I love this place and I can t wait to take my son when he s old enough!
Fun place to visit I love chocolate I don't know what else there is to say
Plenty of candy, clothes and items to purchase. You can get on the tram tour without purchasing tickets. Do you like candy? This is the place for you.
Kids always have a good time here. The number of people and noise make it a bit chaotic. And food is SO EXPENSIVE.
Great history learning experience. Made a chocolate bar. 4D movie was awesome!
Nice 'tour' of the chocolate-making process. I'm old enuf to have toured the actual factory many moons ago. Be prepared for 'airport' pricing everywhere inside... good for a quick stop b4 Hershey Park.
Fun time. But do not expect to see any covid protocols in place other than temperature checks at the gate.
But there was no social distancing while we waited to get in nor was there any social distancing while inside waiting to go on rides.
We got there about 11 and wanted to do some if the attractions but have to wait until 4:00 and 5:30 for the next openings. That is crazy. They is not that much to do to occupy your time in between. It was a waste of time. Spent more time getting to and from the parking lot than we did at the attraction. We did enjoy the free attraction about the story of how Hershey was developed and the shopping. I would recommend you getting there as soon as they open to do the other paid attractions if you don't want to be there for 6 to 8 hours with nothing really to do but shop.
I recommend planning ahead to arrive early for an easier trip. The chocolate tasting and make your own candy bar were worth the cost.
Nice time! Kids would enjoy it and all the workers were very nice and helpful!
Love chocolate world free ride. This place can be super crowded. Love all the Hershey gifts.
Amazing place to come with the family and kids.
Also love the free ride tour of how the chocolate is made.
Variety of chocolate and candy . Came here twice already and still enjoy it like it was the first.
A chocolate lover's dream! So many Hershey's mugs, cups, tees, and everything you can imagine! And of course, all the chocolates!! Everything was reasonably priced and excellent selection!
Love the tour, shows, and candy-making experience. Great discounts on the merchandise. Truly wish they would bring Lancaster candy back.
So much fun! But we could not but anything because the line went all the way out the door! Need some more employees and registers open. Was very disappointed I couldn't get candy so I just had to stop at Walmart on the way home. I just couldn't wait 45 minutes to buy yummy chocolate
Great place to visit and make sure to do the free tour!
My trip to Hershey's Chocolate World was pretty fun! It was really busy inside, but I went on the ride inside there. It was cool, but the talking cow was... interestingly and creepily scary. Fun place, though. The free chocolate at the end of the ride was great, but they really try to rip you off with the photo book. $30 is absolutely unacceptable for a little photo book with one photo of me in it.
We love their chocolate. We love how they give us a tour and then give us a piece of chocolate. Every time we go we stock up on chocolate and other types of candies.
It was my first time at Hershey park yesterday and I had a BLAST.
Plenty of candy options to satisfy your sweet tooth. The restaurant area is a little too pricey, but they have good food. You'll wait in line, though. Whether you want to buy a drink, go to the bathroom, check out, or go on the tour, you'll wait in line.
The ride is cute but the baked goods are not very fresh! Bummer
Pretty good, they don't give out full size candy bars anymore
Fun for all ages! The Chocolate World tour is free and gives an overview of the chocolate making process. Friendly staff is helpful in assisting with getting on the ride with the moving floor. Free small chocolate bar available upon exiting the tour. Pictures of your tour party available for purchase after the tour. Overall a nice and free experience for the family while visiting Hershey!
My favorite year round fun place. Handicap helpful. Wheelchair you direct to front of ride with your group and free candy bar at end
The Hershey's world itself was anticlimactic; however I went on the tour, which enriched the whole "Hershey Experience" as the guide provided intricate details about how Mr. Hershey had finally succeeded. I feel that everyone should have the tour as you see the kind of care and funds that go toward the Hershey's School. That was the most eye-opening aspect of my visit and made me more willing to expend money for chocolate knowing just how much it helps kids.
It's so fun and full of chocolate and I learned how they make it
Visited the factory in February for Valentine's day. We got a good view of chocolate history, chocolate tasting experience, chocolate making tour and we made our own chocolates. A good place to visit with kids.
Parking no longer then 3 hours at chocolate world is free. The free ride that says he things are made is super fun and you can free candy at the end. The 3d show is also fun and gets the kids involved.
I highly suggest makeing your own candy bar but just be aware that is always finishes with milk chocolate. You get to pick what it starts with and what goes in it witch is ushually a choice of 5 difrent things. I also suggest going in the offsets on as summer is so many people it's hard to move and waits can be 45 minutes or longer.
Love this place!! Have done everything and it s all worth it. Very friendly and helpful staff!!
Awesome family fun! Hard to buy chocolate after all the free samples. The actor trolley was great for the kids. The make your own chocolate bar was a huge hit with the kids & is huge (definitely not a single serving) chocolate bar.
Great place to take the family. Fun activities and free parking for the first few hours!
Every family Should go here for a family vacation it's such a nice place the staff are wonderful the options of events are wonderful the food was fantastic just an all around great experience will definitely be going back
This place is just plain fun. They always have free candy at the end of the tour. Free candy is always a good thing. If you're looking for a selection of Hershey products, this is the place. Shirts, pillows, and candy.
There's lots of yummy chocolate and a Hershey's Chocolate World to her and a certificate you can get for being a chocolatier also you can make your own candy bars in purchase almost any Hershey product their food court was probably the best food court we have ever seen at an amusement park
Cute space. Went there to get a tour of the chocolate factory. Got a Disney type ride through a simulated chocolate factory... Not what I wanted. But if you love chocolate there's dozens of types to purchase
It's Hershey Chocolate World... No need to say anything else. it is the perfect place for Chocoholics. No treatment needed.
Lots of stuff to choose from. Kind of pricy but i guess its the experience of it. Disappointed they dont have the rice crispy bars that have a layer of peanut butter covered in chocolate there. Must have stopped making them.
We love chocolate world, and the Hershey ride, never a bad experience
When I am in the Hershey area, I take my 4 year old to Hershey's Chocolate World and he loves bed all of it!
The chocolate world and amusement park are completely separate, not combined. Every thing here is amusement park priced. Come hungry for treats and desserts, do not come hungry for a meal. The meals are insanely over priced and very poor quality
The flavors of America are awesome! The jumbo candies are so cool! The tour was a lot of fun too. Lots to buy at the shop!
Ridiculously overpriced attraction. If you wanna learn about the company, A wikipedia read would suffice. Their "Build your own candy Bar" is a joke. Involves the same amount of sophistication as a "build your own pizza" app would
It is an amazing place. There is a lot of chocolate with different sizes. There are very big bars of chocolate. A lot of stuffed toys with all the Hershey chocolate and candy shapes and key chains too. Other nice souvenirs. You can have a free tour to see how they make chocolate. There are other activities that you can do there .The parking is free for two hours only. Kids and adults will enjoy it.
Visited with my guest as usual a great experience but the train ride was not functional ,may be some technical issues .Since it's a big brand they should take care of all Maintaience issue well in advance as lit was a long weekend .
Get place if you want to learn about chocolate and get free chocolate!
It was delicious!!! If you have never been, go check it out!!
From moment you walk in you will be amazed! The town of Hershey's, Pa is not only historic but full of an active community. As soon as you turn in you will find guided parking. The first encounter is magical. You re receive a parking ticket that looks like candy bar. Now, I'm from miami, fl . So this small time charm is incredible.
Great service! Great theme park ! & great candy ! Take the free tour !
Oh, the Chocolate Ride is viscerally terrifying. The animatronics are slow, jilted, and otherwise creepy, but that's to be expected - think that Chuck-E-Cheese a few towns over that's yet to modernize. You know, the one with the band of slow-moving, empty-eyed, aimlessly mouth-flapping robots singing music that was dated when they were new.
The anthropomorphized chocolate follows no set scheme or logic, and the implications get more and more disturbing the deeper you go. The Hershey Bar makes sense, almost; his face is on the top of the bar, as you might expect, hanging out of the top of the package. Normal, fine, makes sense.
The Reeses Cups has one face that's just a complete cup, hovering above the open packaging. Following the previously-established logic of the Hershey Bar, there are two other Cups composing the rest of the structure - one for the midsection, and another for the legs. The "three-kids-in-a-trenchcoat" approach, which is just not a sustainable way to live, even for mass-produced chocolates.
The Hershey's Kiss has the worst go of it. So far, the chocolate is the body, and the packaging is the clothes. Makes sense, in a "peopley-chocolate" kind of way. The Kiss, horrifically, has her face GRAFTED ONTO THE PACKAGE. If she wants to change her wrapping, does she also change face? Does it hurt? Is she trapped in there, her chocolate skin unable to breathe? Imagine if YOUR FACE was on YOUR SHIRT!
Anyway, 5/5, chocolate's good
It was indeed the sweetest place on earth. The free tour inside is very informative and fun. It's also great to see PWDs are given the opportunity to work here Besides chocolates and stuff toys, you can also get a Hershey coin as a souvenir.
I would recommend just the free tour and may be the 4D movie. Chocolate tasting experience event is the worst and definitely not worth the time and $15.
The staff is helpful, there are many things to do, and everything is delicious!
Chocolate World is great, however, roller cost park is not open for unpublished reasons.
Love the tour they offer! The shops and other activities they offer are tons of fun!
