I visited the hotel restaurant for breakfast. While the buffet was on the more expensive side (but looked really appetizing), I ordered off the menu. The presentation was great. It went well with the ambience. The taste and ingredients were consistent with the menu. Overall, I really enjoyed my breakfast.

Have been to this hotel > 15 times in my life and still love it. Slightly expensive but it has charming, spacious rooms. The restaurants are great. The atmosphere and grounds are great for walks and just relaxing. A great place for a getaway for a weekend.

Absolutely great from beginning to end! Staff is so gracious and friendly. Beautiful hotel and awesome staff. Might get some biscuits and gravy in the breakfast buffet. Honestly, terrific people, terrific place. My family and I loved it!

We held our wedding there on Sat Sept 14, 2019. Everything was perfect (minus the weather playing with our hearts). While we were looking forward to being outside for the ceremony in the Formal Gardens, due to the threat of rain and rain earlier, we decided to move the ceremony inside to the Starlight Ballroom. With the hard work of our Event Manager, Hollynn and the employees, they transformed the ballroom into a beautiful and intimate ceremony space.

Our cocktail hour was held on the upper atrium area. The food that was being passed around was delicious. We had the reception in the Castilian Room and it was beyond perfect! Every detail was exactly how I pictured it. The food was fantastic and the cake...omg... I wish I could have eaten it all! They made accommodations for guests that had food restrictions and labeled items that were Gluten Free.

Hollynn was awesome to work with and was always there to answer questions. If she was on vacation, her co-manager, Heather, was also there to help as well! Hollynn was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process and was there through out the wedding day to help with the various stages of getting ready. The ambiance of the entire hotel was beautiful and honestly a dream for our wedding day!

We did an overnight stay and this was our 1st time staying here, we were blown away at the building and grounds, even being in winter you can tell how nice it must be in the spring and summer. The entire staff was top notch, from the front desk to the maids, they were all very helpful, friendly and made you feel like you were the only guest in the building. The room was amazing as well they think of everything. Will stay here again, can see why it keeps winning awards.

We didn't really go to the Hotel. We took part in the Falconry Experience. The concierge was super accommodating, as we were running late due to snow. They drove us down to the field and we had a wonderful experience with Jack Hubley. I wish we'd had time to stay longer and enjoy the hotel and the park grounds. It definitely inspired me to book another trip back to explore Hershey.

Been coming here as third generation. My kids are now fourth (happy Independence Day, by the way). Although we cannot afford the repetitive ways of the past ( a weekly Sunday brunch with my grandfather, z'l, for many, many years - and celebrated his 80th, 85th, 90th, and 95th birthday parties there). We held many events in the Castilion room to the Starlight Terrace Ballroom (I also played in a fifties band, performed in the Starlight and other Hershey venues. That was another life). Fourteen years ago we held our eldest son's Bar Mitzvah at the resort. Upon visiting the Milton Hershey suite, we learned Cher had just stayed there the night before. I think she just came to get away, because she wasn't performing. I almost got into bed! It was still unmade, a strand of her long black hair was there...calling me. Then, I awoke. Thanks for the memories!

Historic feel... polite staff... AWESOME spa... Neat gift shop and they give you chocolate when you check in! Be nice to have some on check out also.
Close proximity to Hershey park and other attractions, another bonus are tix to the museum upon check in, but would be nice if no exp date, for those who don't live in the area (or at least 6 mons). Overall, it was a nice experience

The flowers were beautiful but it was very busy and not much seating. The waiters were extremely slow bringing drinks and food especially for the prices they charge. The music was great.

Went to the Iberian Lounge, ordered the same thing as the previous time (wings) and the bartender remembered that I wanted carrots instead of celery. The Hotel Hershey hires the best, at your service.

We stayed over night to attend a concert at the park. The staff was very nice, the room was beautiful and clean, and the restaurant "Harvest" was delicious. A+ service all around. They also had free shuttles to the park which was very convenient.

Went to the spa for a later birthday present for my girlfriend. We waited until after she had our baby so she could enjoy all the treatments. It was one of the most memorable experiences of my life! A complete day or rest and relaxation was exactly what was needed and beautifully delivered by the Spa and it's staff.

Went with my mother in law to the spa portion of the hotel and had a nice time. The hotel is beautiful, and the spa takes great care of the guests. I had a massage and wasn't impressed, as the therapist wasn't consistent with her technique. However, my mom enjoyed a great facial. Not sure if I'll ever go back, but it was a great novelty trip.

Cottage room is inconveniently located down an awkward flight of stairs and impossible to enter without bringing multiple mosquitos in, each time. Challenges with WiFi and TV required lengthy customer service calls for basic, erratic, service. Poolside cabana is a waste. Harvest Restaurant wouldn t accommodate our party of 4 at 5:50 PM on a Wednesday - despite Open Table confirming table availability less than 20 minutes later. Multiple calls to address multiple disappointing experiences - all ignored or otherwise unresolved.

We only stayed for one night, but the service was excellent, and staff were very helpful and friendly. We did not eat at any of the on site restaurants, but they all appeared very nice. The room accommodations were clean and comfortable

The Hershey Hotel ambiance and decor is and always has been beautiful, but the rooms themselves seem very dated in many aspects. The tub was peeling in spots and the heating/AC unit is extremely dated (no wall thermostat). For the price of several hundred dollars a night, it falls well short of what it used to be and what it should be.

Friendly staff, top-notch restaurants/spa, and great cozy atmosphere even in the winter. My only complaint would be that noise levels in original rooms can be annoying...the walls/doors allow too much noise from the hallways and adjoining rooms unless you are a sound sleeper.

Went to Trevi 5 restaurant/bar for a few drinks and an appetizer to share. Prices were reasonable and the drinks were good. The meat and cheese tray was excellent. Only regret was that I didn't get the large tray because it was so good.

We stopped in to the Hotel Hershey to pick up a post card because we forgot to buy one at Chocolate World. The staff was friendly, attentive, and gave us a free postcard. The hotel was beautiful I will seriously consider staying there in the future.

OMG the Hershey Hotel is superb. Although it's kind of pricey it's all well deserved. Upon me driving up to the hotel I had a excellent warm welcome from the staff. I literally didn't have to do anything brake check in and even before. They have free valet parking to the point where you don't even have to unpack your car. They even packed my car when I was leaving. Shout out to the staff at the Hershey Hotel. The restaurants are also great there as well as the pool and the gardens. OMG you have to go visit the gardens. For entering the hotel I didn't realize that it was a actual Resort. Not just a hotel. I actually think I'm going to take a vacation there and stay for a few days.

Excellent service and great restaurants but the street Boise and the doors splamming constantly prevented us from getting a good night sleep. It was also the smallest hotel room I've ever stayed in. It was worth the 3 nights for 2 at a winter rate but I'd never pay peak season rates to stay here.

We came here specifically for the breakfast buffet on the way to New York and it was pretty good! They had a large selection with a few chocolatey options. What impressed me the most was the service. Every employee that we encountered was friendly and helpful. I felt very welcomed to their establishment and loved how outwardly friendly they all were. I can only imagine what it would be like to stay and enjoy everything they have to offer.

This place was amazing. My SO and I wanted to check out the place because it looked nice on the outside and we wanted to try their signature Hershey Kiss martini. We immediately felt like we were underdressed when we walked in and the place was very fancy and upscale. If I had money I would stay there in a heart beat, but this hotel is very obviously for people who have money.

When I stayed here over the weekend I didn t expect an amazing room. When it was time to go eat dinner, Me and my dad would go to the Bears Den. The food was amazing and I got to watch hockey games. They had a fitness room with multiple stations to choose from. The Pool was like a water park with a slide, basketball court in the water, hot tub, and Even a place dedicated for little kids. They gave us free tickets to the Hershey Gardens. I definitely would come back to this hotel the next time I come back to Hershey.

Love the spa and the spa buffet. Great snacks in the quiet room. Beautiful grounds outside the hotel with amazing flowers and fountains. The hotel has a bakery and some really cute shops. There is a very well equipped workout room and a gorgeous indoor pool. The hotel also has an outdoor pool for the summer. The location is very close to all Hershey Attractions. The Circular Dining room is expensive but very upscale and worth the visit.

Excellent service from every staff member we encountered! The food was amazing. The quality and execution of the dishes was great. I have never been to a place that prepared such a wide variety of dishes at such a high level. There are also desserts; peanutbutter pie, chocolate mousse pie, double chocolate cheesecake, plain cheesecake, fruit tarts, lemon cake, blueberry crumb cake......all were amazing! (I tried a small piece of each.)

This is the premier Hershey Complex Hotel. You are going to pay for a room here, but the service is impeccable. It is very clean with excellent amenities. There are several shops located in the lobby including a jewelry store, candy store, and gift shop.

Two excellent restaurants are on property. "The Circular" is the classical restaurant in the hotel and a dress code is applied. The Harvest is on property and provides excellent fare of locally sourced foods. Other food venues are also available.

Anyone who stays on a Hershey property is entitled to enter the park an hour early for a selection of open rides.

Went for brunch. Food was excellent. The hostess however was not friendly and had no hospitality when we arrived at 11:45 am for our 12 pm reservation. Understand if we have to wait to be seated but be nicer about it. No smile, very flat and borderline rude.

I wouldn t spend the money to come back. Hotel is very elegant, beautiful, and clean but make sure if you come you bring earplugs. There are posted quiet hours but those aren t adhered to apparently. People shouting, music, and fire alarm were three sounds we heard when trying to get to sleep. Generally a very restless night.

Fantastic historic Mediterranean style 1920/30s style restored historic hotel. Located above the town of Hershey. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great choices of restaurants and shops. Clean, quiet and well staffed. Very nicely kept and restored with beautiful grounds and gardens in the summer. Located near shopping, outlets, Hershey Park and numerous off-site restaurants and bars. Highly recommended.

Awesome seeing Ziggy covering Steely Dan. Absolutely gorgeous atmosphere. Very extravagant. But also very expensive. Two drinks cost us $24. a few people showed up in antique cars and another in a McLaren.

Not that my stay was bad but I just hope the hotel will listen to a suggestion as it is the 21st century and do some renovations to their hotel. It's old and I understand that but I'm from Colorado and I go to the Broadmoor hotel in Colorado springs a lot and they've tried to update their bathrooms and I think you need to make your bathrooms upscaled in other words have separate soaking tubs and separate step in showers and make your hotel like the Catherine suite and the Milton suite more up-to-date like your cottages. I know if the Broadmoor can do that in Colorado springs Colorado you sure can do that back there just a thought and I hope you do consider growing with the times. Thank you

This lovely historic hotel is a gem for central Pennsylvania. If you have the opportunity and can spare a substantial amount of money, test yourself. The grounds are gorgeous, the pool area is pristine, there's a variety of restaurants to choose from, and the staff is amazing. On top of that, they have a world class spa to enjoy as well. Highly recommend if you enjoy historic hotels.

Service not the best. Everything we asked for seemed to be an imposition. Food just okay. In the past produce was of the highest quality, not the case for our lunch at Treve. Very disappointing

The waiting staff were pleasant and attentive. The food was exceptional. We got the Porterhouse steak ( ), with delicious brussel sprouts and amazing, cheesy mac and cheese. We sat at a circular table, which accommodated the conversation of our party well (8 ppl). A great place for a night out in Hershey.

Had brunch at the Circular with friends on a Sunday morning - the place was busy but it certainly didn't show in the service or seating. Their food was wonderful, and I would especially recommend the cheese blintzes and chocolate bread pudding!

This hotel is gorgeous! The atmosphere is incredible, beautiful for a wedding.
Only spent one night here and loved the place and the drivers outside are very nice and accommodating. The people here are sweet and there's so much room to lounge and hang out and the decor is appealing. Will definitely aim to come back here to venture off go explore the pools, the outdoors, spa and shop within the hotel.

Beautiful hotel. Epic service fail. I went there to teach a seminar. I ordered breakfast via room service at 830, thinking I wasn't teaching until 215 so I could eat a late breakfast and still get a lot done. I'm patient so I didn't call to complain until close to 930. Where's breakfast? I was told it was on the way up. That made finding a plan B foolish, because just after I would leave my room it would arrive. I couldn't get in the shower because room service might arrive any time. Called again at 1015 - it's obviously not on the way up. I was advised it was. Now I'm annoyed and have to go through a series of calls to guest services and eventually the manager. 1045 breakfast arrives. Morning lost - trapped in a very nice hotel room. They offered by $100 back on the room but I would've rather had my morning back. Did I mention the keurig in the room didn't work - so no coffee until 1045.
