Great Hotel. Staff is very friendly. Room was very clean and comfortable. Restaurants in Hotel are very good. Has a free shuttle to take you to the park, chocolate factory and garden. Will come back

First time and service was great. Didn't care for "personal" left behind in the bathroom. The staff we're very apologetic.

My mother and I went to the Hotel Hershey property for the Sweet Lights trolley tour. While we did mostly enjoy the lights, the trolley went through a little too fast to fully enjoy and the windows on the trolley fogged up too easily. All of the staff we encountered were unceasingly pleasant. We look forward to visiting the botantical gardens on future trip to Hershey.

Meet at Hotel Hershey for a reunion. Beautiful decor, friendly and helpful staff. We had the buffet lunch - fabulous. Attractive display and well laid out. Delicious everything was my experience.

Thank you Rachel and the hotel staff at hershey lodge for making our stay memorable! My husband and I booked a room at the hershey hotel for our wedding anniversary. When we checked in, we were told by Rachel, hotel guest relations specialist, that our room had a maintenance issue and they had no other room available. However, she offered us a beautiful suite at the hershey lodge and beautiful chocolate basket and they did not charge us for our stay because of the inconvenience. My husband and I were very appreciative of the generous offer from Rachel and the staff. The staff made our stay special and memorable. Thank you, we will definitely come back soon. Staff were very professional. Food at the hershey lodge was delicious and lodge was beautiful!

Have been there before the restaurant was totally redone and the atmosphere is not the same or the food.

Both the staff and the guests are exceptionally helpful and friendly! It's closely located to all sorts of convenient places, including restaurants and markets! Service is generally pretty quick, and there's always something to do thanks to the numerous activities the hotel arranges!

Attended the Ropes and Zipline Course along with the Segway tour. Mike was our guide and was friendly and professional. Also a great instructor!!

Got to say this is truly a resort. While we are local my job had our Christmas party there so we decided to stay. The service was amazing and the bed had to be the best thing I have ever laid on.

We recently stayed here celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. We stayed in the Sycamore Cottage. It was very nice, we especially liked the fireplace, amazon shower and deep bathtub. The service was excellent and we had multiple treats delivered to the room for our anniversary. It was a bit pricey, but well worth it. We plan to make this a regular part of our anniversary "places to stay" list.

Hotel Hershey is a must!! The grounds are beautiful and the staff is wonderful!! We enjoyed the pool and all of the great restaurants within the hotel. We highly recommend a weekend stay at hotel Hershey

We had a party in the Overlook Room. It was very elegant. The staff was terrific and food was great.

Wedding reception. Nice overall but was only shown the stairs when definitely needed an elavator.

Had a fabulous stay. Our room was luxurious, our spa experience was good and we had fun swimming in the indoor pool.

Love Hershey, but this place is well past it's time and not worth JW Marriott prices. It just needs a mass renovation. It's like your typical old hotel. Electrical outlets are so old they barely can hold a cell phone charger plug, plumbing so old the water slowly drains from the bathtub, and an HVAC unit that will have you throwing on and taking off the covers all night.

Was a very good experience, I had fun with my family while at this hotel I would recommend if you are going in the hotel pool to get a room with a balcony to the pool.

Great location, elegant historic full service hotel and property. Located on a hill overlooking Hershey Park. Comfortable rooms, five star spa. Wonderful customer service, beautiful views, Mature Hershey Gardens and Butterfly House located on the property. Hershey Hotel has a large fish pond with 2 large stone gazebos on either side. Perfect for weddings. A number of walking trails, about 3 restaurants one a 4 or 5 star. A lot of things to do and see.

Bathtub didn't drain 100% as it should. Dinner menus and adult beverage selections were not as diverse as one would think. Overall staff extremely awesome and it's beautiful. It's not exactly 100% perfect enough for me to put at 5 stars but pretty close.

Incredible amenities. Take the advantage to come here in the off season for good pricing. We had a great weekend getaway.

Great place, just overpriced, paid $670 for a standard, relatively small room w 2 beds for 1 night. Was a Saturday night in the summer. Grounds and pool are fantastic. Restaurant was solid and accommodating.

Room and amenities were nice. My only complaint was that the Chromecast feature on the TV did not work.

This is our 4th time at the Hotel Hershey, the Hotel and Grounds are beautiful, staff is polite and goes out of their way to help. Still the best place to stay in Hershey and is the only place to stay!

The Circular is always a great choice for fine dining. The menu is interesting, the wine list is top notch and the service is the most attentive, friendly and knowledgeable that you will find anywhere. Remember to save room for dessert!

Excellent hotel and resort. Enjoyed 4 nights, while in town to watch PA state football championships. Lots to eat, do and see at the Hotel; as well as nearby. Really nice spa. Nearby attractions include Hershey Park. Hotel has awesome running trails: used them every day. Lots, lots more. Classy place. Top service.

Very nice place, only complaint, water glasses were dirty. One glass still had lipstick on the rim.

Unbelievably disappointed with the customer service at this hotel. We had a horrible accident this morning when the coffee shop poured a scalding hot latte - the kind that immediately burned the entire inside of my mouth. I removed the lid to cool it, and the table we were at was off balance, at a small jostle the entire cup spilled all over my two and half year old bared legs and me. He s screaming I m burning I m burning and another guest is telling me pour cold water on it to stop the sting. There s a huge commotion. Not one of the three employees comes over to ask if we re ok, check on him, ensure he doesn t need medical attention, nothing. Someone finally comes over with A MOP and zero interaction directed at us. Cleaning up was apparently the priority. I ask if I can get ice for my son who has HOT COFFEE all over him. This person stands there looking at me to analyzed what I have just asked in regards to ice for my son; So after this, we go clean up, change clothes, and I go to the front desk to speak with a manager about the incident. Rebecca at the front desk disappears to get us someone. Almost 5 minutes later she reappears to tell us none of the food & beverage managers are available. We tell her the story - I m in tears and still shaken up - and she takes my name and number, and assures us that the head of F&B, John Daly, will call us to address the matter. Well that was at about 9 AM this morning. At 1:30 pm, no one has called. No one apparently cares. On top of this distressing situation, the room has been boiling hot. It s mid 90 s and despite being pre-checked in, we stepped out of an air conditioned hallway to a steaming room after a five hour drive. We cranked it on and had to leave to go elsewhere until the room was comfortable. The second day, we left for Hershey Park, and come back to find that housekeeping had turned off the a/c and we again have a room significantly hotter than the hallway and in no way a relief from the heat. This is not a luxury experience by any means - we ve been to plenty of luxury and even premium hotels who understand these details matter. Terribly disappointed and not somewhere we d return as their priorities seem to be elsewhere and certainly not focused on the guest experience. Date of incident August 29th 2018 in the AM

Spent the day in the spa. Lovely treatments and excellent service. Some areas are starting to look "dated" but still a relaxing environment.

We got a cottage behind the hotel. The room was great. Had a nice fireplace and King size bed. Very roomy with a large bathroom including a nice standup shower and large bathtub. Would highly recommend

I just had a fabulously helpful experience with the hotel manager from 200 miles away!!! I needed help with my child, a guest of the hotel, while he was traveling with a school group. The manager, Glen, took care of the problem with the most professional and more importantly caring attitude. It's a wonderful feeling when your child is taken care of by a stranger who stepped up an acted like a family member. Milton Hershey's spirit lives on at the Hotel Hershey!!!!

Great amenities for guest. Large outdoor pool with water slide, game room, events for kids, great restaurants, etc. Rooms are small and a bit pricey. The bathroom is very tiny. Customer service was great and staff were incredibly friendly.

Shops, resterants, one of the best concierge in the business. Evening drinks on the leni are a must in the summer. If you have time the Falcon Experience is a must do.

Excellent staff, comfortable rooms and great room service food. Expensive but a nice one time experience at least... Outdoor grounds are well maintained and beautiful! Indoor and outdoor pool were great for the kids (6 and 2).

I it was great if your looking for a life experience that's the place for you and everyone is nice and friendly and it's very kid friendly and I loved it there is also a lot of games there for kids and adults if you are looking to bond with your kids or kid that the place for you

Hotel Hershey is an excellent hotel. Great service, great food and great location. Near Hershey park and shopping stores/outlets.

They host the falconry experience. That is awesome!

My FAVORITE HAPPY PLACE! GREAT STAFF- lovely facilities- lots to do...or not. The SPA is my home away from home. The Tickets to the Hershey Museum ( beautifully revamprd) & the Hershey Gardens (with Butterfly Atrium) are included in the price and always a delite- regardless of the season. Special pricing Jan- March make the sweetest place on earth even sweeter!

The butterfly atrium is beautiful and even though it is February everything is emaculate inside and out. To experience Hershey convieniently this is the place to stay. Everything is right out in front of here, the park, the factory, musuem, etc. if you want to save money do it by going out to eat at restaurants that are all within minutes. As an experience here, meaning all of the staff, it is top rate! I hope to come back in the summer some time to walk the attached 26 acre gardens.

We ate breakfast at The Circular. Was expecting a bit more from the food. The selection was really lacking, and the quality wasn't consistent but was slightly above average.

The service was perfect however. The little bottles of Maple Syrup, Tabasco and Ketchup were a great touch. Overall it was a great experience, but if you're looking for a buffet with a big selection, look elsewhere.

It was alright. I would expect it to be a five-star hotel, and it definitely wasn t. The bedroom with a king-sized bed was very small, old, and creepy. The bathroom didn t have space, and I could barely figure out how to work the shower. I enjoyed the Lilly Pulitzer store and the pool- but why, WHY are there BEDROOMS in the pool? So weird. Also, the atmosphere was eerie and I felt uncomfortable most of the time.
Although the hotel was strange, the staff was very friendly. Everyone was so kind, and I can t argue with that.

Hotel...Awesome! Staff...Amazing!! Vacation...Super!!! Just visited for 5 days and have to give this a 5 Star Rating. Stayed at the cottages, and sure enough, we got the last one possible! It's a pain to go back and forth with kids, but, it's so beautiful and peaceful...The Staff is doing their best under the current conditions, in my opinion, most of them are over worked and deserve extra pay. 1 member is doing the work of 2 or 3 in some cases. Dining is difficult and there are wait times...but that is not the hotel's fault. Pools are great, both indoor and outdoor. There may be a wait, but, again, not by anybody's fault. They really do the best they can with the current Covid situation. Security is also AWESOME...When I offered a tip for my mistake, He said "you said thank you, that's enough"...Bottom line...get your expectations in line with the current world situation and you will have an amazing vacation!!!

We stayed in the Woodside cottages.. It was amazing.. Quiet, secluded.

Hotel Hershey is a lovely Historic Hotel and the grounds/amenities are worth the price if you are there to enjoy them. A deluxe room in the historic part is a pretty small room and extra small bathroom. We mentioned it was a bit too small and they did bump us up to a bigger room which was very nice. There was a dirty sock in the first room's closet. The spa is was very nice, but initial service upon check-in is lacking.

Ate at trevi 5 restaurant. Had a great atmosphere, and the plates were very well prepared. Price was a little high but the food did have a very strong flavor and the wait staff was great.

The service was excellent, very friendly staff. The dinner at the circular restaurant was excellent. Their cocktails were imaginative and were generous

Beautiful hotel and grounds. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Nice selection of restaurants and menus with tasty food. More or faster elevators and more or better signage would help. I will return to The Hotel Hershey and definitely recommend it!

This was our second time staying at the Hotel Hershey. The first time, we stayed in one of the cottages (detached from the main hotel). This time, we stayed in a Deluxe King room. The room was pretty far from the lobby, and the size and view didn't scream "deluxe" to me - but it was clean, quiet and comfortable. We had drinks at the Iberian Lounge where the bartenders were attentive and friendly. Plus the ambiance just outside of the lounge is beautiful and unique! There are small groups of plush couches and chairs, all in an area that is decorated to look like an outdoor Turkish or Morrocan town square, complete with a sky mural on the ceiling and a fountain in the center. I love this space. Every employee we interacted with was beyond pleasant. Plus, I will never get tired of the view of Hershey Park from the hill that Hotel Hershey is on. We will be back!

Rooms were closet size! Wallpaper coming off walls, furniture broken. Made reservations at 6:45 for dinner then during our meal the waitress informs us at 7:33 that the bar will be closing at 7:45. Now mind you we sat at the bar first and had a drink and the bartender said nothing to us about the bar closing,not one word! The seater at the front said nothing about closing early! Nothing! We asked to speak to the manager and all he could say was sorry! I mean nothing at all to help us to make our dinner better since 3 people failed to inform us of the bar closing early! We decided to leave and boy we made the best decision to stay at the Marriott suites and everyone was great! Don't stay at the Hershey hotel

This 5 star hotel is incredible. The view of the area surrounding hershey is something I enjoy seeing each time I've come. The hotel staff are super helpful and friendly.

Everything about Hotel Hershey is just awesome. In the past I attended several functions, including a wedding, Children Miracle Network, and recently the Elegance car show. The food and the service were exquisite.

Always a pleasure. You can see they train staff well in customer service. Looking forward to my next visit!

first of all I must say that I think the hotel Is overpriced....
I paid close to $400 per night for a standard small room, which I think should have been priced at 50% of the price. Rooms are old and small nothing great... even the pools are okay for the kids ... restaurant food is nothing great it s totally over priced... on top of that ... I got bitten by something in the room either spider or ant bite but we didn t even complain about it

My Family with two kids 1 year old and 5 year old went to have breakfast around 10.45 and they said you are 2 mins late we can t give you seating which was very rude ... we can see they were still serving buffet .... we explain with two kids something it s difficult to be on time but the manger over there said just two kids ... it s was over all horrible experience... don t want to go there again

My mother and I had a wonderful time at the Spa to celebrate my birthday. The hospitality was remarkable!!! We will definitely be back.

My family and I did the off-road segway tour that goes around the entire exterior of the hotel and it was one of the most fun things ever! The hotel from what I saw was gorgeous, and after the tour I definitely want to look into staying there. I highly recommend the segway tour, it was so much fun, especially doing it with the whole family.

The staff is what makes the stay amazing.
Each person that I spoke to was so friendly, accommodating and professional. Will come again! Beautiful hotel and the room was perfect.

Great hotel restaurant and views ...but Extremely Overpriced during the summer

The layout could have been done better, spent at least an hour in total walking around because of getting lost.
The bathrooms could definitely be cleaned better, especially the steam rooms.

Perfect getaway. Courteous staff, amazing food, over there top amenities. I spent a day in the spa with my wife and can truly say we are better off for it. Absolutely no reservations when it comes to recommending this place.
