Very nice! Probably the best espresso I've ever had. The staff was very helpful and nice.
View from the Veranda is beautiful. Great place for fine dining and drinks. Service was prompt and friendly.
The best in town. High class all the way. Very expensive but you get what you pay for.
Best Hotel I have stayed. Great for couples get away.
The outdoor pools are max 4ft deep so don't expect to swim but it's perfect for kids. Good and quality service.
It was a very regal ambiance. Service was great would recommend to anyone
This was one of the best hotels I have ever been to in my life.. this is definitely a 10 star hotel.. always coming here..
Staff here is always presentable and friendly. The building/property is gorgeous and service is second to none!
Beautiful historical hotel. Nice staff for the most part.
Venue is great, staff is always wonderful. This was the third year we attended this event, and the only complaint is the food was not as good as previous years. Crab cakes were dry, as well as the potato gratin. Desserts were great, though!
Stayed in the cottages, very nice accommodations, good attention to detail. Definitely worth the extra. Also recommend the Falcon Experience if it's in season.
We went to the circular for Sunday brunch and honestly, save your money and go elsewhere. Don't get me wrong, it was a nice setup and good service but the food was just alright and not many choices. Not what I would have expected compared to their typical dinner. You can go somewhere better for less, like Eden, off the top of my head.
This hotel is nothing short of the best!! My dad went on a conference trip and family was allowed to come! I loved the front desk employee who was very nice and gave us chocolate bars. There are candy bar mascots who were at the entrance. TV was limited but over all great. I was very impressed by room service meals. I got a kids meal but it still was made and plated with care. And housekeeping knocked and when we said come in she gave us Hershey kisses. They said that they would place them on our pillows if we weren t there; we where at a party my Dad's work took care of and it never happened, that was a little bit of a let down. The kids club there had loads of activities and parents where allowed. I would give way more then 5 starts if that was possible! Will come back!
8 of us celebrated two of our friends birthdays at Hershey hotel over the weekend. We had a great time. Few of us had spa treatments at the beautiful chocolate spa. Highly recommend getting a massage. The rooms were very clean and spacious, especially the suite with king size bed. Entire hotel was clean, and didnt look overly crowded. We felt very comfortable and safe. Everyone was extremely nice. We had dinner at Harvest restaurant. The manager Elliot and entire staff went out of their way to make sure we had a great dinner and nice celebration. We also had lunch at Trevi 5 and it was delicious. Beautiful grounds. Pool was really nice too. Thank you everyone for a nice weekend!
Went to the spa and don't the day here. What a neat experience. Loved loved loved it.
We came to hershey hotel for are 19 year anniversary the place is beautiful the staff is friendly I'm very happy with the place and it amazing and awesome and beautiful place we had the romantic package it was beautiful
Lovely hotel with incredible restaurants and concierge service. Convenient shuttle to the park. Friendly and helpful staff
Beautiful hotel and spa with courteous and fun staff. If you go for Chocolate covered February, be sure to go to the wine and chocolate pairing class. And if you're a guy going to the Spa, ask for Guillermo to be your host. Great guy and very accommodating.
The Hershey Lodge could learn a thing or 50 from the Hotel...
Just went there for cocktails but clearly the class of Hershey with great views of Hershey Park and nature in general. Stayed on other occasions, rooms very nice. Clean. Quiet.
Amazing hotel, staff, and experience. Nothing not to love about this place. We continue to return time and time again!
Lovely hotel with old world charm. Impeccable service with excellent in hotel dining
My husband surprised me with the Chocolate Escape Package for our anniversary. I had very high expectations for it because of how much it costs. I would say that I fully enjoyed 80% of my services. The chocolate scrub and the chocolate fondue wrap were amazing! The massage was subpar, it was 50 minutes and it was good but not great. I have had better for way less. I don't know if it was a technique thing or what but it was more than just pressure. The lunch in the Oasis was ok but again for the price I thought there would have been more options considering it's a buffet. There was one meat option, salad, bread, chips and hummus, a fruit salad and a garden salad. The desserts were good but for being basically the capital of chocolate, I guess I expected to be blown away by the desserts especially. I would skip the lunch next time. Overall it was great and I would definitely visit again to try other services.
Went to the Harvest Restaurant for my wife's birthday. She had the fried chicken sandwich which was a boneless thigh breaded and fried. I had the chocolate BBQ ribs they we delicious with a hint of smoke flavor. I definitely would recommend.
Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Had lunch at "Harvest" restaurant Had the "special" sandwich of the day----absolutely delicious!!
Good food, good service. What else to say. Consistent
Beautiful, spotlessly clean rooms, lots to do and a staff that can't do enough for you!
My room had an infestation of stink bugs. To be fair it was that time of year, but for a place of this caliber I expect more. Otherwise a very nice place.
My wife and I desided to go to Hotel Hershey as our honeymoon. Our room was on the second floor. The hotel is beautiful and it was very clean. The staff seamed excited to have use here and did everything they could to make us feel welcome. While here we had a couples massage, ate at several restaurants in the resort, visited Hershey chocolate world, and we stoped at a near by vinyard. This turned out to be the perfect little honeymoon location. I would highly recommend this hotel.
The Hotel Hershey is a 5-star hotel in EVERY way possible. So much to do on site, restaurants, bars, fitness, fun. The grounds are absolutely incredible. And with so much to do close by it is hard to beat. Hershey Park, Troegs Brewing, Hershey Arena, Hershey Gardens.
I booked a trip here recently for 2 nights for my 5th anniversary! I know that Covid is really slowing things down at restaurants and amusement parks so we didn't really get to enjoy the restaurants in the hotel due to very long wait times. And that is the only reason I am giving this 4 stars and not 5. My favorite part of the hotel was the spa!! The hershey spa really lived up to its name!! I mean the workers at the spa went above and beyond with great customer service. They made my experience phenomenal! I will be back!
Beautiful building. Things were mostly well marked. Staff was friendly and quick to assist when asked.
Very beautiful and the food was very good. The service was timely too.
Beautiful venue. Visited Elegance at Hershey - antic car concorso. Great show, beautiful cars.... Pleasure to visit.
Wish I could be more positive because it initially gives impression of being a grand old lady, but, for the price, the rooms need an uplift.
Not a bad place to hold meetings. A little outdated but close to Hershey Park
Had a good time with my peers celebrating the close of a project.
Great food, service, atmosphere and hospitality. Beautiful place. Very relaxing. Wonderful time.
Classic old hotel, but a little outside of my preference. IT was clean and the staff were wonderful.
Beautiful and clean hotel. Easy access to parks and wonderful service. Had a glitch with the safe and problem was solved quickly and efficiently. We will be back!
Beautiful building, lots of art. This is a true landmark hotel. Step back in time and enjoy.
A beautiful and most relaxing destination. My husband and I stayed at Hotel Hershey for our mini-moon recently. All of Hotel Hershey's restaurants are top notch, but Harvest was our favorite! And the spa! I would go there just for the chocolate chocolate chip muffins! Delicious! My husband and I definitely plan to stay at Hotel Hershey again someday!
Top notch service! House keeping went above and beyond anything I've ever experienced. Good dining options. Best place to stay in Hershey!
Went to luncheon here... Nice variety of food, all good tasting. Beautiful grounds. Handicapped public bathroom facilities were lacking.
Pricey rooms, but full of history and had a luxurious feel. The Iberian lounge was very nice, our server Rachel B. was so curteous and professional. A great place to stop and/or spend the night for a special occasion.
Beautiful hotel. Circular restaurant food was good, but very salty!
While I only enjoyed the public areas, the hotel is all that it is cracked-up to be. Had drinks in the Iberian Lounge.
The hotel is beautiful inside with a great view of Hershey Park in the distance.
This hotel is amazing. It has everything and everyone here is so friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotless and the spa is the greatest. I could stay here forever!
Ate at Harvest. Food was extremely good. Great food and still a family friendly environment. The staff all wear jeans and a flannel type shirt, which adds to the relaxed feel to me. We didn't feel out of place with our 4 year old at all. Highly recommended if you're willing to spend a little extra for quality food.
I was honestly disappointed. The room service was terrible. Eggs were ice cold, coffee was burnt and the bagel for our son was stale. The pool in the hotel is not children friendly nor were the lifeguards. My 7 year old son was spoken to because he was holding onto the side of the pool and we were not allowed to have him on our shoulders as well. Mind you nobody was even in the pool. My son was advised if you can't "swim" stay in the shallow end. One he can swim and secondly aren't they "lifeguards"?! Hotel itself was beautiful and room was definitely clean. Just overall I think stay at lodge if you have kids under 18.
Really nice hotel, great food and a very comfortable bed.
Fabulous location, charming atmosphere and friendly staffs. It is a historical place which was built back in 1933. Everything about Hotel Hershey was just perfect!! Wide variety in the breakfast buffet, although it needs some items to be added.
Sunday brunch, 2pm. Pleasantly surprised that all food was restocked prior to our seating. Seafood selection was especially delicious. Atmosphere and staff were top notch. A great place for a special event!
loved it and service was great. Food was good and fresh.
I love coming here. We love the old school vibe combined with exceptional customer service. The main restaurant where they serve the breakfast is great and the bar is a must for an evening drink !! The service will have me coming back again and again !!!
Top notch service, wonderful location, satisfying amenities.
Very elegant, unique architecture, good service, good food
Relaxing day at the Hershey Spa is the best! Well worth it to splurge and get a massage.
Service was a rung above top notch! Excellent. The rooms are clean and the meeting rooms (cottages) we outstanding. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming and a member of housekeeping, Pam, and I had a wonderful conversation on my way to rest for the evening. She was a highlight of my stay!
I can speak very highly of the staff/employees. Outstanding people; welcoming and thoughtful. Guests can vary from pleasant to belligerent, but the grounds inside and out are top-notch and should not go un-noticed. Check out the spa and gardens, you won't be disappointed!
Absolutely gorgeous venue. So nice to go to circular dining room or go to the deck for the fire
My visit to the Hotel Hershey this weekend was amazing. I felt like a fish out of water. A country girl in an upscale hotel like that. But the staff were all very kind and helpful and fun (Kyle in concierge was a hoot). The Spa was incredible and my massage was like no other. The food at the Harvest and the Circular was outstanding. The Hershey Garden was simply breathtaking. And our room....just beautiful. Truly a wonderful weekend.
The Falconry Experience was amazing! Once in a lifetime experience.
Spent the weekend in the Birch Cottage with family - it was amazing. We had a wonderful time. The service and professionalism of the staff was top-notch!
The hotel is beautiful. The bar is very unique. Chocolate martinis are a must.
This is one of the most beautiful hotels that I have ever been in.
So far not to good check in at 4 still no room at 5 rooms not ready ???????. Now in the room nice rooms I say rooms because I booked two rooms for the family poolside so they made up for the delay with free breakfast on the last day we will be here and alot of free Hershey bars so the family is Happy and now so am I this place is wonderful the people that work are great and they really try to make your stay a happy and sweet one as they say it is the sweetest place on earth well went to breakfast waited almost an hour to eat because of covid19 it was okay buffet style food wasn't that good but the service was good and sometimes that matters more they really try here all in all the family had a real good time even tho it started out bad
Great! Customer service was great! Rebecca was extra helpful! Outdoor dining at the Harvest was good and kids enjoyed the chocolate bingo! Having a great time!
My spa experience was nice and my masseuse was very welcoming and friendly. Refreshments in the waiting room were yummy and the robes were very comfy. Just felt like it was a little overpriced.
Only here to try the Circular restaurant, good but a little more fancy than my taste buds.
This is a grand hotel. The buildings and grounds are beautiful. Well maintained and clean facility. Yes the rooms are a little smaller than new hotels, but they don't have the grandeur of this place. The staff is awesome. The restaurants are great. Nothing bad to say about this hotel. They don't make them like this anymore!!!
We came for chocolate martinis at the bar. The experience was excellent and the drinks were delicious. I would have given 5 stars, but there were no signs and the bar was somewhat hard to find. We asked at the front desk and they gave directions.
Stayed in the cottages, very nice set up with common room and individual guest rooms bordering the common room. great for families or groups.
Meeting spaces we well appointed, attentive staff and great views.
Hotel Hershey us a marvelous hotel. But my major complaint is "The Circular". In a sentence, it is a cheap buffet with limited options. I was expecting a meal to match the environment of the hotel, but all I got was deli meats as an appetizer and slices of pork and chicken as an entre. That's it. The desert was Hershey themed of course as being in the chocolate headquarters of the US and they were very basic, but delicious non the less. The service was also very good. Our waitresses were very nice and personable. They all wished me Happy Birthday as I walked out.
It was beautiful inside & out. The fitness center was great, the trainer was terrific, the SPA was a wonderful treat for me & my daughter, the hot tub was cozy, the pool water left a strange odor, the dry sauna was nice, the steam room was intense, the robe were nice, the brown robes were better cause they pockets, I loved that there was the lunch area but The food options for our day weren't a good fit, the quiet room was cozy, and the view and trails were amazing. We had everything we needed and more. Thank you!
Our 1st visit there! We loved it wish it was a little more kid friendly but overall great.
I have been going to this joint for years and I have yet to have a negative experience. The staff is really really nice. Mr. O'Day, the General Manager, always makes it a point to come by and ask my party how we are doing. He's very perceptive and knows if we had a less than 5 star experience. Sal, the gentleman in charge of dining, is very amicable. He too makes it a point to say hello each visit. The staff even knows our party by name! Definitely a TRUE 5 star experience every visit.
I love this hotel, it has an amazing history. My wife and I like to celebrate our anniversary here. If you find a long term staff member you should ask them to tell you about the role the hotel played during World War 2.
You will never, ever, EVER have a bad meal or experience here. If you're a foodie, a Hershey native, or someone who just enjoys the elegance of REAL fine dining, this is the place to go. Just celebrated my wedding anniversary there. In fact, we celebrate ALL of the special events of our life there. And really, the prices are NOT bad for the amazing quality and service. Plan on about $125 for two meals, drinks and dessert and you will not be disappointed. Before you eat, do yourself a favor (especially if you've never been there before): take time to walk around the hotel and grounds. Absolutely astonishing.
I came here while visit family to have drinks and dinner at Trevi 5. The grounds are immaculate and the gardens are spectacular. The service staff were attentive and very respectful. The food options gave us plenty to choose from and the menu periodically changes. The ambiance, the flavors, and the company made for a very memorable evening.
Fantastic hotel. The spa is out of this world. Dinner was incredible and the drinks were delicious.
Fabulous place to take photos and very well kept grounds even in spring
Excellent staff especially with the harvester restaurant staff. Hotel staff was friendly. I love the hotel and the harverster restaurant. I would reccemend this hotel to anyone who want to stay in Hersehey PA.
Outstanding hotel. Impeccable service and hospitality. Always freidly staff that cater to your every need. Would highly recommend it.
Beautiful place!! Definitely over priced loved the little shops in the bottom of the hotel
This place is great no matter what time of year. Everyone is pleasant.
