Went for the disc golf course. Nice quick course, a few challenging shots, as well as some nice open holes. Worth the trip to play.

Amazing staff. Very helpful and professional. Would highly recommend having professional events here.
It was amazing ,very welcoming and jasmin one of the staff is kind ,patient, and sweet I m looking forward to going back
Absolutely love everything about this hotel!!! Excellent food, atmosphere, rooms, service!!! Hershey lodge and Hershey hotel. The waterpark is best for younger kids and gets a bit too full to find a seat on weekends however. That would be my only complaint.
The hotel is magnificent. Beautiful detail adorns every inch of the place. The staff is professional and pleasant. The rooms are storybook beautiful with all amenities you'd expect.
Pricey, but overall had a nice stay. The staff was very friendly and the grounds are very nice. Bathrooms are tight, which is to be expected from a historic hotel, and the beds are firm coil mattresses. You may find more value for price elsewhere, but you will miss an all-Hershey experience if you skip this hotel.
5 star hotel, a place to be pampered and relax. Amazing food, chocolate spa, in view of most of the area's attractions and outlets, yet secluded property.
Not worth the money. Rooms were nice...but small. Restaurants didn't attract us. Went to restaurant in Hershey.
Enjoyed a few days vacation with the family. It is worth the expense with the excellent service, shuttle, on-site restaurants and early admission into the park. Already booked dates for a 2nd trip.
awesome as the price They have lot of things from indoor pool, fitness center, and spa. Also get free ticket for Harshey Garden and Harshey Story museum. Free wifi but no free breakfast. About 15 minutes to the closest Walmart.
Very nice hotel, for families, and couples of all ages. Drinks are pricey but atmosphere is amazing and that's what you pay for.
Richard from engineering was an excellent security guard. Very interactive with everyone and the most friendly worker by far. He was a great staff member and a model for all other staff members. Keep up the great work.
We did a tour of the hotel and completed their holiday scavenger hunt. The reception staff was friendly and curteous.
I went for dinner to the Hershey Hotel Restaurant. The food was delicious and the staff were so friendly. I loved there hopping to go back soon.
The sweetest place on earth. There's always a friendly face and amazingly helpful staff. Every detail is thoughtfully considered.
This hotel is the perfect family hotel! We have made this our quick family getaway for the past 4 years and wouldn t even consider staying anywhere else in Hershey. Comfortable spacious rooms, good selection of restaurants/great food, awesome outdoor pool area and lots of fun activities for the children organized by the hotel! It s so convenient to be able to take the shuttle to Hershey park and other local Hershey amenities right from our hotel. Our favorite time to go is around the Fourth of July, they have an absolutely beautiful terrace overlooking an amazing fireworks display! Our children never get tired of coming here!
Visited the spa for a prenatal massage, which was great. However, navigating the parking lot was a lite difficult. I ended up parking further than I should have. Normally wouldn't have been an issue but at 8 months pregnant it was not comfortable
Friendly staff. One of the most beautiful historic hotels in the country. Meticulously manicured gardens. Nice size pool and fitness center.
The most comfortable beds and pillows, tastefully decorated rooms, with mini fridge, kerig coffee machines
Flat screen Tv's modern bathrooms with. Magnifier mirror blow dryer.
Great nature path with paved or trails.
Gorgeous and impeccably kept property. World class. Friendly accommodating staff. Excellent dining choices.
Phenomenal experience. The attention to detail made the stay so wonderful. The turn down service was a nice touch too. Highly recommend the spa. We had facials that were delightful, with lunch at oasis. Well worth every penny!
Family cam from out of town and stayed they loved it and treated us to food. Food was excellent. Car battery died and in minutes they came to help assist us.
We stayed on the 2nd floor. We were impressed with the service and beautiful grounds. The kids and adults both loved the outdoor pool and the terrace especially. We only stayed 2 nights but I think we could have easily stayed longer and not run out of things to do since there are SO many amenities at the resort, and activities going on. It is certainly pricey, but we had a good stay for a special occasion. The shuttles were very convenient too!
While it is a beautiful hotel but had an issue in the room which was quickly resolved. Staff was very apologetic. Bigger issue was the loud slam of the room doors. When you let it self close, it closes as if it was purposely slammed shut. All night long. Highly recommend fixing the issue. Stayed at both the Hotel and the Lodge. Nice experience but better value at other nearby brands.
Extraordinary meals accompanied by extraordinary drinks and dessert.
Always a treat to spend time at the Hotel Hershey. Everything here is five stars- the food, the decor (even the bathrooms). May not be enough of a reason to take a trip to Hershey (it s just a hotel after all), but well worth the time if you re already there.
I ve been going to Hershey for years and this was my first Chocolate Covered February. High Tea was awesome (photo below). I just relaxed and ate my weight in food. The Yuengling Hershey Porter was awesome and you can only get it at Hershey. I loved hanging out in the Iberian Lounge.
A wonderful place, like something Gatsby would walk into.
Beautiful place will plenty of entertainment. Would highly recommend.
Went for graduation pics. The gardens and pools were not maintained however we were still able to get some nice shots!
Amazing place. Been here several times and always a wonderful experience
Great, relaxing spa treatment. Large guest rooms, but small bathroom. Elevators slow. Food was less quality than expected for price. Excellent location with great views.
Clean and accommodating but does not justify the cost per night..or the food...would enjoy the spa on a day.
A stunning resort. Everything was more than perfect. The staff was wonderful and extremely friendly. The grounds were well kept and very clean. The rooms were very clean; everything was very clean. Our stay was perfection!!
We went for Christmas light displays at the park and it was all beautiful! The staff was very friendly and the food/drinks we had were delicious.
Very Poor Security. Hotel is very nice but does not feel safe.
Stayed one night for Alan Jackson concert. My sister had mentioned that she got me out for the wkend because my husband recently passed away. They provided us with transportation to a restaurant, then picked us up and took us to the concert. While I was in the van, the very friendly driver handed me a gift bag from the Concierge with a stuffed bear and sympathy card on behalf of the hotel. I couldn't believe that they did something so caring for me and I was so touched and can't thank them enough!! Hospitality is EXCELLENT from the time you pull up to check in to the time you check out. We had absolutely no complaints what so ever. Would recommend it to anyone & my sister and I are planning on coming here every year. The Spa treatments are out of this world.
Jazz on the veranda is simply fantastic, the Iberia Lounge is truly an enjoyable experience. A resort in our backyard.
Very welcoming. Staff is courteous and helpful.. Restaurants are great. Enjoyed all the different shops..
eh. honesty underwhelmed. i would feel completely ripped off if i paid what the room goes for mid summer-- we got a early season deal. The room was dingy; there were stains on some of the decorative bed pillows. and the carpet. Dirt and crumbs were found under the chair and side table. It really needs a good paint job and linen upgrade. The bathroom had handles missing from the drawers, the mirror was discolored on the bottom.
The hotel itself again, noting spectacular. it looks old. The lobby was really small and closed in, and the shopping area was not really open and airy.
So honestly, very underwhelmed. Would not pay to stay here again.
Quite a place to visit! Enjoyed the holiday decor and ate a lovely dinner at Havest restaurant right behind the hotel! Beautiful, enjoyable evening!
Always top notch. Super friendly. Clean. Pool is awesome. Zero entry and two waterslides.
We attended brunch at the Hotel Hershey and loved it! The selection was wide and the quality was exceptional. Not to mention the wait staff, especially Yvonne, exceeded our needs and expectations. We will be looking forward to our next visit.
Stopped in for lunch and took a quick walk around. Good food. Friendly staff.
Amazing place to visit even if you don't stay here. Check out the reproduction of the Egyptian hotel on the second floor.
Went to lunch buffet at The Circular. Delicious food with a variety of offerings. Our gluten free party member found plenty to eat as well. We definitely would return.
Rooms were great. Staff is super nice. You can tell they care about the history of the Hersheys.
Very good experience. Rooms are nice, conference accommodations have been top notch.
The Falconry Experience was amazing. Would definitely do it again if we go back to Hershey. The staff that handled booking and transportation to and from the event were very professional and a pleasure to work with.
Excellent place everyone is super nice highly recommend
It's pretty nice and the grounds are nice. So are the people who work here. The pool side rooms are loud with the pool music and do smell of chlorine. Also our tub would barely drain and even after getting engineering to fix, it only drained a bit better and they never cleaned it. The gym is pretty good, especially by hotel standards. The restaurants and spa are quite nice and the food was quite good as well. The outdoor rec facilities are good and bad. They have shuffleboard, tennis, bocce ball, croquet, and outdoor pool (not open yet) and a 18 putt course. So the bad is the 18 hole putting course. It's really small and pretty flat. Normally at a golf course they have a putting area with half a dozen holes to use. That's what this is with 18 crammed in. However, for kids it's great. Also right by here is a nice little arcade by the Harvest. You can walk to the gardens and they were surprisingly nice as was the butterfly exhibit. Overall we had a good time here.
Always a wonderful experience. Great food and service. One of my favs..
The Harvest Restaurant is superb. The assortment of chocolate martinis are amazingly good. Food is delicious, and by all means save room for dessert. Excellent unhurried service. Wonderful ambiance
Highly recommend.
Very relaxing and peaceful, every one who works for the hotel is very polite and professional. Would stay again and refer you to stay
My Wife had the Sweet Feet Pedicure and loved every minute of it. The Spa created a calming environment that was a nice respite from a stressful vacation.
I am so happy to spend a long weekend at the hotel! Lovely!
Hotel was very clean. Amazing staff. A great place to have our event.
Clean rooms, great food, great stay! The lobbies had different themes and all were breathtaking. They offer free shuttle service to the other attractions in the area as well.
Excellent service. Warm atmosphere. Good selection of premium liquors.
I went to the spa, which was great, but a little less glorious than I expected with the price tag and reputation. That being said, staff was kind and helpful, the accommodations we're comfortable, the changing and steam rooms were well built and maintained. There's an aromatherapy room, quiet room and silent roo., Which offer some good options, but you have to leave the spa to go to a pool or sauna. Services were good, especially the cocoa bath. Very relaxing. Enjoy a cup of hot chocolate and some kisses on top of your pampering!
Fanciest place I've ever been with a beautiful surroundings. There was something for everyone in my family to enjoy and great services from everyone. Everything was wonderful and more than we expected. 10/10 rating.
5 star service absolute perfection. Had breakfast at the Circular, as always. Impeccable service, lovely surroundings and the finest culinary expertise. I always suggest the Chocolate Croissant to start! The homemade granola is also out of this world!
Stayed here for a wedding recently. The rooms are tiny compared to their competitors and the service was terrible. The bathroom was so small it required acrobatics to get in and successfully close the door. ALL noise from the hallway will drift right into your room.
After being guaranteed a ride by the concierge to the wedding venue, they reneged on their promise right before we were supposed to leave. This lead to an unexpected $30 Uber ride.
After getting back from the wedding, room service was in order. The burgers came literally black, completely charred and inedible. Even if cooked properly the ingredients were on par with a $6 diner burger.
Long story short: Might as well stay elsewhere for half the price.
Very historic and classy hotel. Here for conference. Very nice meals and service.
A wonderful experience. The food was fantastic. The staff goes up and beyond to take care of their customers. Definitely a must do on everyone's list.
Sunday brunch was fabulous. Fairly crowded but staff handled it superbly. Food was fabulous. Very expensive (for us) $150.00 for two, with generous tip. Um, did I mention 4 drinks? Must discipline yourself!!! I NEVER GOT TO THE EGGS BENEDICT, ETC!! Had too much fun with oysters, Cheese. Charttcuterie, and things.
We stayed 10 years ago at an elegant hotel with superb services, I m sorry to report this has changed.
Still a very nice location, it has become dated and more of a family style hotel.
Elegance is not on the forefront and services reflected the audience it now serves. Flip flops and shorts are quite commonplace even in upscale restaurants.
A very nice family resort but less than Milton Hershey envisioned when building this fine location.
I would not revisit.
What a lovely hotel! From the moment we pulled up, the staff was extra pleasant and helpful. Very helpful!! The food was delicious and the actual rooms were beautiful. Definitely would visit again.
the best of the best...Spent a few days with granddaughter @ the hotel, ate a few nice meals, wandered through the adjacent zoo; all excellent. The Hershey staff and facilities are a nice reminder of what American hospitality is all about. Highly recommend this place if you need a calm, relaxing time.
Sooo nice and delicious desserts. Very pretty facility. One day I will come back and stay at the spa a while. Right now due to co vid the services are limited.
Both the staff and facilities are exceptional. Class and elegance are emphasized in every detail. Food and beverage service were simply fantastic. I look forward to all corporate events at this location, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Hotel Hershey for someone seeking a romantic weekend. It's a short walk from Hershey Gardens and a quick drive to all of Hershey's entertainment options.
Absolutely beautiful, but the food did not match the beauty. Some items in the lunch buffet were very good, but others were only decent, not exceptionally flavorful. Deserts and chocolate martinis were great.
I went for a conference. Still elegant and great service.
Exquisite! Wonderful service and cozy accommodations. Will be returning.
I was in the lounge the only downside was that between the crowds and live music it was hard to communicate with my table of friends. The service was amazing!! Our server and the head of the bar were a delight and excelled in their service to us
Super nice hotel. Expensive but very welcoming, amazing amenities, staff is helpful, and polite. Would visit again.
What a gorgeous place! The outside patio and indoor seating areas were wonderful places for our extended family to congregate.
All the staff was extremely friendly and their views on the veranda were excellent. I only went there for the day because my in-laws live close by but just in the brief moment that I was there I could tell it's a top-notch hotel.
must stay here at least once on your trip. immersion in the hershey world. christmastime is a bonus.
