Decent place. Very large and can take a while to get somewhere in the place. They do offer shuttle buses to the park, chocolate world and possibly other Hershey related destinations. That is a plus. Also if you stay at the lodge, you can get into the park 1 hour earlier in the morning and 1 hour earlier on the nightly preview. The basic room is quite snug for what you pay. They do have places to eat there, but expect to pay alot for your food. Activities, pool, etc. Good stuff. Not a bad experience.

Very fun place to stay with kids. Very pretty when decorated for the holidays. Takes a while to find your way around, layout is very confusing. They don't seem to have enough bell hops. Took a very long time for someone to help us with our bags when we checked in. The chocolate air freshener gets a bit old, too.

Great hotel. Rooms have access from outside and inside. Friendly staff and the coffee shop has THE BEST hot chocolate on the planet!

Had a great stay. Staff was very helpful and the waterworks we're a great way to spend a rainy day.

The Hershey Lodge is always a nice stay! The rooms are cozy, the staff friendly, and lets not forget the amazing food! If you ever find yourself visiting the "Sweetest Place on Earth" i recommend staying at the Hershey Lodge.

Friendly staff very helpful some rooms are small how ever they are nice and clean we liked the stay here we have stayed here a few times.

Transportation wise - They need wayyyyy more buses and they need to go to all hershey locations (gardens, etc...), not just the park

I just feel these accomodations are overrated. The service is ok and the facility is fine also, but nothing that says memorable or WOW!

Awesome place to come with kids they take care of everything just make sure you have everything setup before you arrive.

Everyone already knows this place is amazing!!! Don t second guess and book.

Went for a spa day, but had to shop at the shops before I left. Got some cute Christmas gifts.

Beautiful inside and out, and loved it. The hotel even had an indoor water park! The Concierge made arrangements for the Trolley ride tours, the Butterfly garden, and they Hershey Museum; procured free tickets for us; and provided free shuttle service to everything, including to Hershey Parkt! The museum was so interesting, we ran out of time. This was our 2nd year with Hershey Park as our family vacation destination, and we enjoyed this vacation even more because of staying at one of the Hershey signature hotels. It was really worth it!

My family spend Easter and two other days at the Hershey Lodge and absolutely love it! We haven't checked out and are already planning our next visit. The hotel exceeded our expectations in accomodations and our children had a blast. We have a teen a six year old and even our infant enjoyed the stay. We took him to the kiddie pool while the bigger kids enjoyed themselves in the water park area. I truly recommend this hotel to anyone who planning a vacation with their kids. It is very family oriented and it guarantees a wonderful experience.

Great event at the convention center, nice setting, and the on-site amenities we're very nice as well. Great gift shop to pick something up for the kids.

Hershey Lodge was a beautiful building. It had a gorgeous scenic environment but ruin bye blatant racism. My friends and family were not greeted by the front desk. One lady who was at the reception desk with no other customers refused to check us in. Another receptionist did and the other one who was available accepted the Caucasian family behind us.

Inside of the restaurant, Fire and Grain, the blacks we seated to the left side of the wall deviders while others were seated to the rights side. Even the mix race couple was seated with the blacks. However the waitress was very kind and friendly.

The exhausted bus driver, who drove the group for 5 and 1/2 hours, was unable to receive a room for an additional four and a half hours later after check-in.

Great facility for events. The staff is extremely helpful and the facility is clean and is easy to navigate. Parking is free which is a big advantage.

Very decorative facility and gigantic. Comfortable tables and professional looking hall. Our room was medium size and very pleasant and quiet while just a few doors away was a giant convention and we heard none of their noise.

Highly recommend Hershey Lodge for anyone with children as the water park was amazing, restaurants were great, all the kids activities were awesome. I would recommend the bartenders should maybe clean the glasses better and staff should advice people to act appropriately in the lobby - adults were not wearing shoes and sprawled out on the couches like it was there living room, but overall I will be taking my family back here in a heartbeat!

Great hotel that took very good care of us. It never hurts to be given chocolate check in and have chocolate on your pillows every day when you come back. We were there for a convention and the convention area was very nice well kept and details were attended to. There was quite a wide variety of dining options. We were very appreciative to have more than enough right inside that building probably were there for the conference so no need to leave until our conference was done.

Parking was pretty tight. But they do have parking spread all around the various sides of the hotel.

It was a nice room with friendly staff. It has a nice feel and was handy for going to the park

AMAZING RESORT! The wife and kids love it here. It's worth every penny!

The room was clean and nice! Directions to get to the building were clear. We received 5 free chocolate bars, which was great! Check out is a breeze as you just need to make a quick call from the room.

Decent food/service. We were a left group (25+) and they handled it fairly well

Very nice hotel. Two restaurants and both are delicious. I went for a trade show so I dont know what their rooms are like but if the rest of the hotel is any indication, I assume the rooms are immaculate.

We stopped for a couple nights to break up a long drive with our 4 year old. Went to the park this place is phenomenal. Our son has had a blast the staff is amazing. We will definitely be back in the near future.

We tried the lodge for a last minute trip to Hershey. The reservationists was very accommodating and provided us two connecting queen rooms. The accommodations were pretty standard, fairly clean, and there s a pool complex that the kids enjoyed. The little things that I ve come to expect like complimentary bottled water were lacking. We ve stayed countless times at the Hershey Hotel, and definitely prefer it to the lodge.

Very spacious and inviting for the graduation event we attended, the staff was extremely efficient and the event went on without a hitch

Always love hershey lodge. Bummer is they changed the restaurant over to more contemporary. We liked the old feel of Lebbies.

Very good,... delicious appetizers, small plates, specialty cocktails. I had the pot roast toast appetizer...generous mini loaf of bread w pot roast and gravy, fig pizza too was delicious and generous portion.

Overall, this is a great hotel for conferences. Some of the rooms may be further away from the convention area than many would like, but the Lodge itself is a solid hotel. I'm not sure if I'd take my family here, as the rooms appear to be pretty dated. If going to Hershey Park, I may look at other options with my family - but for business conferences, this hotel is just right. There was an abundant amount of towels in my queen-sized two bedroom, and the amenities are all chocolate-infused (shampoo, conditioner, soap) but it seems that chocolate body wash is not offered as an amenity.

My wife and I have been here several times, great weekend getaway, always nice and clean staff is exceptional

Hard to find parking near hotel building entrance. Water park was awesome. Could have been warmer. 3 restaurants. Hershey Grill is delicious and fire and grain was disappointing.

We love staying at the lodge (at the inside rooms). This trip we ate at the new Fire and Grain restaurant for breakfast and it was really good.

Big hotel with lots of buildings. The rooms and bathrooms are cute but small. They do a great job cleaning. The property has a outdoors pool, tennis court, basketball court, mini golf course. The inside has a water park, gym, arcade, at least four restaurants. You are five minutes away from all attractions

Need more organize and cleaning. Most of time they closed water riders is too crowded.

Was a little far from the park. Service was exceptional. Cleanliness was good. I would definitely recommend and return

My family and I go there a few times each year for their Holiday buffets. Every time has always been an amazing experience. Great food. Plenty of waiters to clear your plates or get you drinks. Also the lodge is beautiful.

This lodge is a mess. The rooms barely have any hangers. I had to change rooms because the other room I was staying in let out toxic air from the air conditioning, and I do not recommend staying at the Hershey Lodge.

Excellent service at the grill...Chef did two great dishes for us..Nice treat after the medical center

Nice and friendly staff. Lobby is a nice hangout to relax and get work done.

Room and employees were nice. The conference amenities were good. Sometimes it was difficult to find the rooms but the staff was very helpful. One of the gift shop staff members really made you feel like it was the sweetest place on Earth.

The lodge entry and shops are really nice and the scent of chocolate gives you the sense that the hershey lodge is a great place. However once we finally found the room it was nothing spectacular. There was nothing wrong with it, but it did not match the feel of the entry to the lodge, it felt like a motel room.

The Hershey Lodge is a maze of hallways that easily confuse (but by the end of the stay we did know how to find our room). The waterpark was small and is geared to kids 8 and under. The arcade is also small. The food at the Hershey Grill was really good and we highly recommend going there for breakfast or lunch or dinner.

Loved it we had a great time. Hotel room was pretty standard and had that musty damp smell which wasnt too great. The pool/water park area was awesome we had a blast over there. Food was not great either we went to a couple of the hotel restaurants and they were only eh. Overall I would recommend staying here just eat elsewhere!

Hotel was nice. Buffet in the morning was exceedingly good. Too much chocolate for me though.

It's like a Disney hotel. FULL OF CHILDREN!!! Too many kids. I enjoyed my visit to the Hershey Hotel much more. The lodge is a more family friendly place.

Amazing Stay! Get to stay in your pajamas when you go down to the lobby. and they have bingo, and resturaunts, too. I love coming here and I love Hershey PA!

Rooms could be a bit cleaner. Busy place, it's kind of a mess.

The rooms themselves were very cozy. Showers we're always hot and there were a lot of amenities in the room like a coffee maker, mini fridge, safe, and various Hershey themed items that made the stay better.

Great dinner and service at Fire and Grain. We had an assortment of appetizers and every single item was delicious. Dessert was off the charts, had the raspberry brulee. Mmm. Mouth watering. Any flatbread is fabulous and very filling. So many scrumptious flavors. I'll be going back as soon as I can!!!

Very nice rooms, friendly staff. Stayed during the auto show week so no handicapped spaces as show trailers blocked/coned everything including handicap spots in parking lot, don't know how management avoids civ rights suit....

My Fiancee had a company party here with Pennsy Supply. The room was nice, the staff was nice as well.

Nice atmosphere, just be ready to be around a lot of kids.

This hotel is a little over rated and way too expensive. The WiFi is awful! You can t ever get a good signal for more then 30 seconds. The parking? Good luck finding any parking anywhere near your room! The rooms are very small for the ridiculous price they charge you per room. This place is very hard to navigate and you can easily get lost. When we first got there, the reservation we made over 2 months in advance for two rooms, they had somehow messed up and only had us down for one room. I seriously won t be going back. I d rather go to a cheap motel, at least the WiFi will work and you can park near your room.

Went to the lodge to get dinner at Fire and Grain. Everything was neat and clean walking in. Food and service was great. No trouble finding the location.

Perfect for a trip with kids!! We came with our 2 daughters, ages 3 and 8, for our 8 year olds birthday. The lobby was lovely, the check in nice and easy and our room was a double queen, perfect for us for a night! We did the Kids Stay, Play and Eat free package and it was worth every penny! Our kids had a great time in Water Works and it was relaxing for us as parents because it's all enclosed so you can keep your eyes on your kiddos without having to chase them everywhere. All areas are great for kids of various ages and the Twizzler slides are great for kids and adults alike!! We will be returning!!!

Great atmosphere and facility for large social events

Stayed here a few weeks back with my grandchildren. Wonderful accommodations. Plenty of restaurants and gift shop right on site to get your chocolate fix! The shuttle to the park was very convenient. Would highly recommend.

Great place for families. It's no great wolf lodge, but there plenty of things to do for all age levels. The water park was nice and well kept. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The Hershys bar upon check in...nice bonus!!!

Attended a conference, Lodge was beautifully decorated, clean, and attentive to the guests.

Umm my quote from the weekend was well its a "lodge" what can you expect. Showerhead from 1987 and nasty sink underside to look at while using the toilet.

Oh yeah the toilets...... super flush 5000.

Sooooo loud and the walls are soooo thin i heard my neighbor using the restroom 10 times though the night.

Great staff, good security and they had a golden eagle in the lobby from a falcon resuce place. Best part of the trip....oh yeah use the stairs you will thank me later they are much faster and small floors.

To say this place is amazing is an understatement. It was our daughter's first family vacation to celebrate her birthday and it could not have went better. Staff was incredible grounds were pristine shuttle service was prompt and friendly and food was great. We will definitely be back

Considering the price I was not impressed. Customer service was very slow at check in, and not particularly helpful. Complete lack of signage anywhere, it was nearly impossible to find your way from one part of the lodge to another. Hallways and common areas were horribly hot. Room was on the small side and dated. Outside security lock to our building was broken. The experience did not live up to the web site.

We were staying here for a conference. I don't know if it is worth the price of the rooms. The rooms are your average hotel room. The layout here though, I do not care for...its long oddly later out hallways. Takes forever to get to the lobby. Parking is ok.
The people working are friendly and helpful.

The event was held throughout the lodge. The lodge was clean and well staffed. Several mobil bar areas was lacking in supplies but otherwise the food was exceptional.

Always love the Hershey lodge. All the amenities are great(shuttle, indoor pool, water slides, miniature golf, basketball, gym and arcade)to name a few. Having a cocktail at the lobby bar is quite enjoyable.

Look for discounts and stay here. Don't stay anywhere else. Trust me.
