I had business at the nearby medical college and my stay at the lodge was convenient. It is a nice place with lots of family things to do in the area. The lodge served my business stay well the only thing I thought could be better was the breakfast options and start times. The cafe was open early but it only had coffee and lighter fare. The restauraunt started at 7 which only just early enough for my start. Great stay enjoyed the lodge and area.

Went to a health fair at the lodge. Very well run by the sponsor. The lodge itself was very upscale and all the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nice lodge feeling in lobby. Fire side restaurant good happy hour 4-6pm with half price appetizers. Disappointed in room. Nothing fancy. Thought maybe since it was in Hershey Kiss hall there would be chocolate...no chocolate. Very small room

We are currently here, the place is not the best and not the worst, everything closes early and the restaurants some are to open and most of them have scale down their menu and it's ok the place has guess that are loud and nasty the hallways smells like dirty old rug their are no antibacterial hand purell any where indent see anyone cleaning the door handles or the glass doors its poorly maintain it's ok not the best place but then again it Hershey's PA

I stayed here for a conference, the place was nice with lots at amenities and for options. Things are slightly pricy. They take the Hershey chocolate theme to the extreme though, there are Hershey kisses on the v wallpaper and sheets and the provided shampoo smells like chocolate.

I always love staying at Hershey lodge...the whole experience is always wonderful! However I, and 5 other colleagues are still sitting at 7:00pm, after a 4 hour drive, waiting for all of our rooms to be ready! This is ridiculous. Usually I would Raif 5 stars, however not this time.

The Hershey Lodge is classy and clean- a great place to stay.

Love the Hershey Lodge! I have only been here for conferences, but it is second to none when it comes to hosting these. They have a few good restaurants, with the Bears Den being the best of them. Always enjoy my time here. Great setting and friendly staff. They now have a newly remodeled water park thing for the family.

The is the Hotel, Lodge & Campground. All give you extra benefits, including entering the park an hour early and lots of chocolate.

We've stayed at the Lodge many times. The room are always clean and we've gotten exceptional service.

In addition, the Lodge is the mid priced of all of the Hershey owned venues. They now say they have an indoor water park. However, it is primarily for kids under 12. There are very few activities that held my 15 year olds attention.

The Lodge has at least four eating choices. They all are good to excellent. Plus, you have access to two exceptional restaurants in the Hotel

Large accommodating rooms. Friendly staff. Some parts of the lodge are dated but they are working at revamping the rooms and restaurants on site. New indoor pool area and fitness room is amazing. Down side is you need to walk outside to get to it and we were there in the winter. Beds are hard and unforgiving. The hotel offers tickets for The Hershey Story museum as well as Hershey Gardens. There is also a free shuttle service but you must reserve it in advance... usually 24 hours.

This place was awesome, had a blast. Room was nice, and everyone was super friendly and down to earth. Lots of families and kids, but that was expected. The new water park and arcade were awesome and so much fun. The only bummer I would say was it was so crowded we never were able to grab a seat by the fireplaces or common areas, but not really a big deal. Would go back in a heartbeat. Well done HL!

Went to restaurant fire and grain. Was a fantastic restaurant with great service and food. Very clean and smells like chocolate.

Rooms were great, clean, spacious, comfortable. Windows were on the small side by you're not here to stay in the room anyway. It would help if you could make reservations at the restaurants at the hotel, especially when you're in large groups or have young kids with you. Location is good with frequent shuttles to the attractions. Pool and activities are great for kids, with appropriate levels for kids at different ages. Staff are generally very helpful and service oriented. Elevators can get packed at busy times causing long waits to get on. Overall very good experience, would recommend for families with young kids.

Awesome place to stay. Plenty to do for kids and adults. Room service breakfast was really good. Kids had a great time at the Indoor water park.

Family-friendly hotel with an indoor pool area, from a little slides and sprinklers for toddlers to body slides for older kids and hottub for adults. Discount Tickets in the lobby and free shuttle service to the parks. Food options could be better and pricey for what is like chain-restaurant quality, but a lot of other eating options are available in the area. Go at Christmas when the lobby is decorated and the big fireplace is roaring.

Such a clean and fun place for familys also offers free bus shuttle to Hershey park!

Staff is nice. Rooms are okay. I think the overall chocolate soap thing is a bit overdone. Food was sub par for sure no matter what restaurant we went to. Kids loved the pool and the common area with a fire place is nice

Great hotel, the staff is so friendly and the food is delicious. The hotel also has the best pool around. Tons of fun for the kids.

Hershey Lodge is beautiful. Fire in the lobby and I think four options of restaurants and bars. The room is clean, spacious, and comfortable.

Friendly staff, clean room, and good food. They did charge my credit card three weeks before my stay, which seems unusual to me. Overall, it has been a good experience.

The hotel makes you feel right at home. It's nice and cozy. There is so much to do. The indoor pool and the arcade are there for when we come back from Hershey park. Also, they provide a complimentary shuttle to Hershey park to save your hassle of parking. I will definitely recommend this hotel. :)

I traveled to Hershey for a work conference. The location is pretty remote with the main attraction being the Chocolate World and not much else going on. A family holiday kind of place with children running everywhere in the hotel. Rooms were nice, though really overpriced (because of the family holiday destination aspect, I'm sure. It's like Disneyland's country cousin). Service was responsive and prompt. I like the touch with Hershey's kisses everywhere.

Met some family who were staying there for lunch at the bears den. Service was great. Food was ok. The lodge it self seems very nice. Especially the lobby.

Th cleaning staff wee very nice . Beautiful view . Amazing food . Good parking and everything else you can think of . I love how they give you free Hershey chocolate when you check in . The nicest check in staff ever .

Loved the service, location, included extra's (Hershey and Butterfly museum tickets) and overall atmosphere of the Lodge. Waterpark was good, but a bit crowded on Saturday. Had a great stress free vacation! Kudos HL

When over 1200 persons experience fantastic service at a holiday party I would have to say this venue has their act together. FYI their cocoa butter is yummy.

This resort is the biggest joke in Hershey. We were given a room with no AC. When asking the front desk they did nothing but give us more Hershey bars. With no AC, we hung out at the indoor pool for most of the night. It was 100 degrees in the area and the chlorine was so strong, we nearly passed out with the gas in the air. The only positive was the exercise I got walking up to the front desk and back 10 times in one day because our phone was broke in the room. But hey, what do you get for 500 a night? Not Wi-Fi because that doesn't work. 3 calls to their support line and nothing.

Excellent place for a large gathering. Hershey us a great town and this is at its center for lots of functions

The Hershey Lodge is dated and terrible. Save your money. Food is terrible and services is slow. I will never stay there again.

Extremely clean as always. Kids love staying here and the new water park for the hotel guests only was a really great addition included in the room price. Worked out well on the days we got rained in.

Clean atmosphere very family friendly lots of stuff to do with kids. We had a wonderful time and cant wait to come again!

Large comfortable beds. Mini golf. Awesome pool with two water slides.

Here for Groomer Expo, but lodge and eateries are good. Plenty of ares in loby and around lodge to sit and work in quit or just relax with a drink or coffee

This is a must-stay at property especially at christmas time. Lobby is classy. Fireplace is perfect. You wont find a hotel like this anywhere else. Family oriented!

I really enjoyed my experience here at Hershey Lodge! I stayed for 3 nights/3 days on Labor Day weekend 2017. My family and I were staying here because we were spending a lot of time at the park. The rooms were very clean to say the least. The staff were very professional and attends to my every need. The gift shop had lots of cool things to buy. It is a very convenient location to the park. I will be staying again and I recommend you do too!

Hotel staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. No strange off-putting smells in the room, but it refrigerator made some wild clanking noise every 15 minutes or so and would wake us up. Food is about what you'd expect got a resort. Surrounding area and attractions we way above par for middle of PA. For done reason we got stuck in a handicap room and weren't told until we were in it.

Fantastic visit! The staff is extremely accommodating and all venues are maintained clean and well appointed. For sure, "The Sweetest Place on Earth" !

Check in took over an hour. Yes you heard that right. Just to check in and get room keys took an hour. They started with 3 people checking in, but as the line got longer, the other guy just left. Parking was a disaster... because there is no parking. Couldn t tell you about the food because of the massive lines. But the shower water is warm, not hot, low pressure, broken shower heads, and the grout hasn t been cleaned in years. It s all brown and white. They get by with the Hershey name and that s it. Very poorly managed. They could really use a good manager to focus on guest relations.

The place is really well maintained, and the food and drinks are amazing.

Stayed at Hershey for a few nights with work. Caleb, in housekeeping kept having to help us and he was very attentive and friendly. He didn t complain and said to be sure to ask if I needed anything.

The bartender at The Bear s Den, Trevor. Kudos to Trevor for being friendly and attentive. I am so pleased with the way he took care of us during our dinner!

Went to Fire and Grain, the food was good, but nothing spectacular. It was a good meal, but cost about a third more than it would elsewhere

Beautiful surroundings even at the end of March. Guest services staff are friendly and helpful. Soothing and relaxing atmosphere, especially with the grand fireplace.

My experience at Hershey Lodge is limited to attending a conference. I was not an overnight guest. The conference rooms were comfortable and well equipped for the lectures with dimmable lights and good sound. The food provided was mediocre compared to past years and it was a little bit of a let down that Hershey did not provide candy as snacks this year. (It's Hershey! It's the best part of the venue )

Great location for the D&H tech event. Food was excellent. Chocolate kisses at every room.

The rooms are nicely appointed and comfortable. Love the chocolate bath products. The kids enjoy swimming at the Waterworks.

I was there for the Dog expo had a great time. Then we went to the restrant omg the grilled chicken salad was awasome, as were the calamari and garlic fries.

Great vacation. Loved the water park and the arcade. Need a pizza place though.

The lodge has a great indoor water area for kids and the shuttle service to the park is great. What we didn't enjoy was the long line every time we went to the front desk, the lack of knowledge in staff when it came to finding our room and unfortunately our room had not been thoroughly cleaned. When we got to the room there was kids cereal under one bed, small candy wrappers all over the floor and a sticky candy mess leaking down the inside of the closet door that I put my hand into.

What a wonderful place to go with family! Had a terrific time here over Thanksgiving holiday!

My 8 year old daughter loves this place. Employees were very nice. Everyone is helpful if you have questions. Room service was great as well. We went to the indoor water park and when we returned the beds were done and room was cleaned with a lil treat Its great family fun

Facility provided hassle free accommodations on room location preference. Very clean, plenty of on site eating choices. Conference rooms comfortable. Acoustics in American Ballroom are a bit tiring on the ears after a while, but could have been the configuration for our event.

Unfortunately the water park at the hotel didn't have its grand opening until the Monday after my stay.

Highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful Place! The indoor water park was fantastic for kids and adults of all ages!

This is the second time I have stayed here it is ok. Should tell people reading this I am 13 so a child s point of view. The water place is ok not SUPER fun for older kids pools clean but not much to do but swim one slide and not super crazy the room was small and outdated clean enough for me but could be cleaner the arcade was not good maybe 10-12 games food ok a lot of unsupervised kids so it s up to you it would be great for kids 2-7 but after that would be boring for them

The Mattresses in our room are as hard as concrete! The hotel is beautiful. Not sure about other floors but we are in a york peppermint patty room and I will be spending another night sleeping on the floor on pillows. Came from hotels in Chicago and Cleveland and this bed is absolutely the most painful experience! The restaurants are wonderful. The staff at check in was very sweet. When calling about the bed and to ask for a cot the women that I spoke to could care less. Kids loved the waterpark and game room. I would NOT stay here again because I do not pay to sleep on a floor!

The place was nice only draw back was we arrived at 3:45 for a 4 PM check in was told room not ready and would receive a text when ready. When it got to 5:30 I asked again and was told the room is now ready. I told them I have never had to wait an hour and half for a room at any hotel and they replied the 4pm means check in and does not mean you will receive your room key at that time. I thought about it and using that logic they wouldn't mind if instead of the 11 am check out I check out at 12:30 they wouldn't mind.

The lodge has a few restaurants and bars, plus an indoor waterpark with a few pools, a water slide, a hot tub, a spraygound, a small arcade, and a few other features that will appeal to kids. It's a sprawling, large place with guest rooms at several price points.

Was here for a private party. Food was excellent and facilities we're very nice and we'll kept.

Not a fancy restaurant, more of a family dinner, food was basic

The staff was super friendly! The water park was huge hit. We arrived at 1pm and got in a room right away even though check in wasnt till 4pm. My children loved that you got a chocolate bar when we checkes in! We also loved the free shuttle. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!

I come here every year in September for the Groom Expo. Lodge is huge. Lots of parking but you wanna get here early cause parking fills up fast. The rooms that the seminars are held in are very large and clean. Bathrooms are also kept very clean and they are spacious. There are a few places to eat while you're here which is nice so you don't have to leave the lodge. The Bears Den is my favorite. Food is always good. And there's a nice restaurant outside next to the lodge that offers indoor as well as outside dining. That's my second favorite place. Food is also very good here.

Not too friendly. The receptionist at the restaurant in the lobby was extremely nasty and not helpful

I stayed at the Hershey Lodge in August to celebrate my sons birthday. It was the 1st time we stayed at this hotel. The hotel has a nice rustic feel to it. When you walk into the lobby you actually smell chocolate. The check in process was simple and quick. We received Hershey chocolate bars for everyone in my family. I really liked that. The room we were given original we had to change. The reason was it was so far from everything and I have a 2 year that I don't want to have to carry up and down the stairs every time we had to leave. So the room that we got switched to was perfect. It was close to the lobby, close to where we parked the car and a short drive over to the water works area. The only issue I had was that people would smoke in front of our window and the smell of cigarettes would come through the vent from the air conditioning. We had to go out several times to ask people to move away from our window. So i just wished that they had a designated area for people that smoke. Also since we booked a package (room and tickets), we got to go into Hershey Park an hour early plus free parking. That was nice to beat the crowd. I would definitely go back.

This Lodge is great. I didn't get the full bwnefit as I was there for a work event so the majority of my days and evenings were tied up. But the accomadatuons were great. Rooms were clean and well furnished. Had breakfast at the ? Grain which is on site and the food was really good. Would def revisit for non work function and recommend to friends and family.
