Attended Quilt Odyssey 2018 this past weekend. The conference facility was easy to navigate. Restrooms were well kept. Staff was friendly.

So beautiful and the staff are so very friendly and go beyond to help you and make you feel at home
Always treat us like gold. My wife and I go at least twice a year. Great staff.
I ve heard many stories of infested rooms, bed bugs! Never stay here, and always check reviews before staying anywhere! Understand this can happen anywhere , but their response was rude and unhelpful- and didn t refund any part of the stay!!!
The sweetest place on Earth and the pool is a family must.
Friendly staff, clean room, food was good. Pricey but inline with area rates due to park. Can find cheaper if you don't want amenities.
Lodge room was clean, and everything in good repair, room service food was good and delivered quickly, No more than 20 mins Everytime I ordered. Staff was very friendly and helpful
Very nice and clean place kids loved the water park and they enjoyed the visit at the gardens.
The bears den was very nice and the food was excellent..
Went there for the Mid Penn Bank breast cancer fundraiser, which was a lot of fun. The food and service was amazing. The venue was set up elegantly. Obviously it was only for that event but there were many famous NFL players there.
My one complaint is how large and confusing the whole complex is. You literally need a map to find your way around
Very clean and well staffed facility. Easy to find all the conference rooms and everyone was very friendly
Overpriced. Been going for 6 years, this is probably my last time. Cleaner and nicer hotels are nearby. Even the shuttle bus that they offer was a longer wait than usual.
It was nice and the staff are very helpful. I was surprised at how small our room was and our shower had black between the tiles.
So lodge is a little bit older, maybe 80s or early 90s. Rooms are (or at least can be) a long walk through a maze to find them. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, staff friendly. I, and my colleagues, had repeated problems will the front desk staff. While they tried, they just didn't seem to fix problems first time for us. I was here for a conference, and while I'd love to bring my family here for a short vacation, I think I'd look for alternate lodging. The bars and restaurants are all nice, and the people do try
I've been attending events at the Hershey Lodge for 20 years. The lodging, the convention services, the hospitality, the professionalism keeps getting better year after year. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. Their food services are wonderful, and they pay attention to the small details that make trips there a full and wide experience. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Best place to stay in the area for sure. The pool is awesome and the managers are top notch.
Great fun with my grandson! He loved the chocolate treats, pool area, mini golf and room service! Definitely a fantastic place for families!
We stayed One Night in the Hershey Lodge as kind last minute thing. It is a resort type hotel with pools and restaurants Kind of like a lodge. This is a massive family Place! There are hundreds of families from New York and New Jersey and Pennsylvania who are running around in all directions with kids in every corner. If you want a quiet place do not come here. This is like Disney World. If you are with your kids and want to come to the Hershey theme park for a big vacation then this is your place. Let him out the doors to the camper and they will run free with the hundreds of other kids running free. The rooms are clean and comfortable when we were pleased.
Lodge was very nice and professional quality. Well suited for large groups of people (upwards of 1400) to hold conferences and meetings. Rooms are of great quality with a Hershey's Chocolate themed design. Staff was excellent, friendly, and approachable. Definitely a satisfactory location and well suited for most all occasions.
Needless to say we had a fantastic time. It's kinda steep but these kinda theme hotels are always expensive. The Lodge has a nice water park which is pretty fun for kids so living here is a big plus.
The rooms are kinda small, ends before it starts kinda thing. We had a good time though. Food options are plenty.
Overall it's a great hotel with an awesome water playground. But when I arrived, there was food left outside my door from the previous guests. I called several times to ask it to be removed and finally after several phone calls and hours of being checked in, someone came to get. The only reason I'd go again would be for the pool area.
We enjoyed our stay at Hershey Lodge. We stayed in room I 1433. Next time I wouldn't stay on the first floor in that area as the hallway led to the pool so it was loud at night (pool closes at 10pm). We enjoyed the pool area, arcade and bingo activity. The kid's check in was cute. Love how family friendly it was. We ate at 2 of the restaurants and they were both good. We would stay there again in the future.
Very large location with a number of things to do without leaving the lodge. Rooms were comfortable, and reasonably up-to-date with modern smart TVs that support casting functionality (+1). There is a small water park and arcade on-premisis along with a few restaurants to grab a bite to eat. Lobby is large and very comfortable, with pleanty of seating around a central fire place.
We were here for deca and we were preparing for our presentation and there was so much noise upstairs we couldn't focus on our preparation
Beautiful Lodge, great service, clean facility, spacious rooms.
This place has a lot going on. Nice facilities, good food and comfortable rooms. Some of the staff were rather friendly but others lacked knowledge of the hotel like how to get around the building (which I will say is difficult to navigate).
Had a very enjoyable stay despite the heat wave. We were close to the pool and enjoyed the free mini golf. Fun times!
Rooms are kept nice except for the shower tiles need to be redone. Food options are pricey and limited. You are better off eating out especially for breakfast. You will at least get real eggs and pay less for it.
Went to the Chocolate Ballroom for Mother's Day Brunch. The food was great and the service was even better.
We have been there twice and both of those times they were great. They have great staff and a good swimming and arcade zone perfect for the kids. The best part they give chocolate every where you go.
I have nothing but positive things to say about our experience at Hershey Lodge. Worth every penny. Flawless from start to finish.
The cons: the rooms were noisy (we could hear conversations spoken at a normal volume as people walked past our room). The beds were hard. The fan in our bathroom was broken and mold was beginning to grow on the bathroom ceiling. One of the reading lamps at the head of our bed was broken and dangling down. The complimentary HBO channels were fuzzy. There was also no cold water from the sinks (something the maintenance staff was working on).The pros: the location is convenient. The staff is very friendly. The old woodwork in the lobby is super cool. The above cons might be understandable at a hotel that isn't $400 per night. However, we left feeling like we got way less than we paid for.
Hershey lodge is excellent, the atmosphere is great. It's a great place to stay with your family. They make everything easy if you plan on going to the park. Would definitely stay again!
My experience at the Hershey Lodge was phenomenal! The food was better than I could have imagined and the rooms were very nice. The chocolate-scented soap was a bonus.
We were excited to take the kids to Hershey and stay at the Lodge. First a few disappointing things. The rugs are filthy. My baby crawled on the floors and the dirt was like she was crawling outside on black macadam. We also had unwanted visitors in the room due to a couple puffs on the floor. Woke up to 100's of ants and the rugs are dark so I couldn't see where they were coming from. Postive...the kids loved the pool. It was fun and the splash pad outside was fun. Cushy ground for the little ones was nice. The food place at the pool was really good. Shuttle air conditioned bus to and from park was nice. People were very friendly. Loved the free chocolate at check in and the Hershey's kisses with meal checks. Character visits and resort activities were nice. You spend alot of money and I expect alot for that. Overall it was good.
Nice place 2 stay. A lot of dining options. Beautiful fireplace in lobby.
Visited for a recent Weekend to Remember Conference. Place is huge! Lots of eating options. Lots of nice places to sit and enjoy - fire places, nooks, etc. Large conference facility. Bring a jacket temps were cool.
I have been staying at the Hershey Lodge for a long weekend yearly for the past 20+ years. I choose this place because it's excellent. I love the friendly staff, the cleanliness throughout and the overall experience. Thank you for making my stay here memorable year after year.
Great food & service @ The Bears' Den!! Our waitress Bev was fabulously fantastic!
This is an amazing resort with great restaurants and spacious rooms that accommodate the whole family or just one or a couple people. Also the new Hershey s waterworks facility at the lodge is great for kids.
The place was so sprawling it took a bit to get my bearings but overall a great location with friendly, helpful staff that provided a great experience.
it's quite ridiculously pricey. And the dining options are markedly unaccomodating.
nonetheless their water works makes it quite worth it.
We stayed in the kiss section of hotel. Room was clean, but old needs a facelift. The indoor waterpark was amazing!! Staff was rude and slow and just not very friendly. Could use a lot more theming. And more stores.
No prob with fun n the sun, add Hersheys and now it's a party!
The bears den is amazing and the food there is terrific. My family go there a lot.
Drove in for the day. Used to love the Lodge. The first thing that hit me was the grounds, dead grass, weeds, no mulch. Went into the Bears Den, very limited menu and staff. Very disappointing!!!! Glad I am not staying this time.
a really good experience. my birthday was recently, and they had slipped a card under my door with some chocolate on it, we were not even coming for my birthday, the indoor pool was awesome. The shuttle buses were air conditioned so it was a cool comfy ride and each one had a wheelchair thing. the restaurants were awesome. over all had a great experience. 17 stars
Took our grandchildren and had a blast. Rooms are small for 4 people. But we managed. Food was decent. They have a lot.of activities for the kids and the indoor pool was a hit. Rooms were clean. Nothing fancy or romantic. They could use some updating. We will go back.
I stayed here while we had a Girl Scouts event. Outrageous place. Love it.
Me and my family spent a lot of money to spend one night at the Hershey Lodge on August 2018 but unfortunately our experience was terrible. The smell of mold in our room was so strong that my son and I were not able to sleep all night. His asthma got really bad and my allergies were out of control. The next day we were so tired we just wanted to go home. The funny thing is that I ran into another guest the next morning who was complaining of the same thing. My husband and I looked behind the TV stand and sure enough we saw an odor/moisture absorbent, which confirmed our suspicion they were aware they had a problem with mold, but didn't do anything about it. It turned out the sweetest place on earth was also the moldiest!
Loved it. Excellent hotel for families. The indoor water park was incredibly nice. Rooms clean and modern. Only about 5 minutes from the park!
Always an excellent stay. Clean and courteous staff.
Hotel and staff are really great! Room service was delicious and easy! Took one star off for small stains on sheets and shower curtain but otherwise great! Would stay again.
Clean, comfortable rooms, nice folks, and little Hershey kisses woven into the decor in the cutest ways!
Always love the food at The Bears Den, and have eaten at the other establishments on site as well. We love the atmosphere of the Den, and the food quality is always spot on. My only recommendation to the Den would be to offer more draft choices as the ones on tap are very limited.
Nice facility. A lot of dining choices. However, not quite the experience we were expecting. The Hershey Diner didn't have any chocolate specialty breakfast dishes or beverages. One would think they'd have chocolate chip pancakes or cafe mocha. Wonderful employees though. The Water Works was great for a family too.
Water park and pool, all amenities. Clean friendly and extremely helpful
Clean rooms, wonderful pool for all ages, relaxing hot tub. Nice places to eat within the lodge. Beautiful fireplace to cozy up too. Room service superior.
Hi! This is my first time at the Hershey Lodge and it s super cool.Though it took us a long time to get our room but my sister and I did not really mind.Because there was a indoor water park be sure to come when the park is open. Its really fun and what s even better is that there s a bus that s takes u to the Park. Its Awesome. P.S We took pictures with the Hershey Characters.Bye!
This hotel was really nice. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. My friend and I had a lot of fun exploring the extensive grounds.
The covid 19 guide lines destroyed our experience. If I would have know there would be a 25 % capacity at the on site water works but all the room rentals are not set at any capacity, you can't even get in the water park I would not have stayed here. Information and communication was terrible.
Can't wait to go back. Beautiful clean and great customer service
Everyone is friendly. Good spot for younger children..little pricey. Close to the park.
Went to the lodge for my friend's wedding. As one of the groomsmen I was really impressed by the quality of the ceremony and reception. The entire event was amazing!
We visit the lodge every year for an annual Christmas party. Staff is always courteous, professional, and incredibly fast with service. The venue itself is beautiful every year. Food is good considering they were serving 1300 of us, but the best is the dessert spread!
The lodge is beautiful. Kid friendly. Be prepared to walk long distances as the place is very sprawled out. The only adult style pool is outside. The inside 'pool' is a small water park with slides. Outside mini golf but this closes at 9. Food is ok. Everything is chocolate themed including the shampoo. Housekeeping left a bit to be desired - when we checked in there was only one washcloth and no shampoo. Conference area was very nice. Staff were helpful.
My wife and I were there for the "Weekend to Remember conference." This place is huge! We enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff were plentiful and very helpful. The hotel decor was very nice. We enjoyed our time.
The only issue that we had was when we want to go out for a meal off campus, and another 1000 people had the same idea, it took a long time. Now, if the lodge could figure that one out, I could give them a 5 star rating.
Nice place. Visiting from NY - much better choice then great wolf. Staff was very friendly.
1950s lodge decor. Haven't been there while the parks are open, so it's probably a different experience then.
Went for dinner to Fire and Grain. The food was excellent though a bit on the expensive side. Strawberry and arugula salad was both sweet and tangy. Gemelli pasta was decadent with nice chunks of short rib. Waitress did a fine job though bus staff was not quite as attentive as we would have liked. Ambience was very much like a family restaurant which was a disconnect due to the high prices.
The Hershey Lodge is one of the best places to stay for families, especially for those who are going to be going to Hersheypark! They have a lot of free resort benefits, including access to Waterworks, their own exclusive indoor water park. Only guests at the Lodge can go into Waterworks. You can also get special pricing on Hersheypark tickets, free admission to the Hershey Gardens, and free admission to the Hershey Story. It's also so convenient to be able to ride the shuttle over to the park and then back to the Lodge. My kids loved staying here!
I Luv Chocolate is Beautiful at nite with the Lights on
Very nice experience yet sometimes difficult to find the correct room or parking.
My 9yo daughter and I went for 3 days. We keep saying we want to go back. It's a nice place with a lot to so in the area. The little water park inside is more than enough to keep young kids entertained for hours.
Friendly and helpful staff. Went there for conference. The room we were originally in was fine but due to my mother's leg issues we needed a closer room. They were very helpful in moving us closer to the elevators. Plenty of dining options. Food that was served for conference was delicious.
Very nice convention center. Rooms pretty nice too.
I stayed three nights in the Reeses wing for a conference. The room did not have coffee or hot cups. When I asked for it the staff made me feel like this was above and beyond what he should be doing. The bathroom had hair on the floor and the room had food on the floor. I've stayed here several times. This was a disappointment. Conference food is fair. New fitness center is nice. Room service has a limited menu for a vegetarian. Lots of walking because everything is spread out.
We loved our stay at the lodge. The amenities were great! Our kids really liked the water park. The restaurants were very good. Our favorite one was The Hershey Grill. They even had homemade chocolate butter to go with the bread that was brought before our meal. Yum!! Our little boys loved the kids' check-in.
They were given lanyards to wear, signed the check-in book, and guessed the amount of Hershey kisses in the jar. They also loved the Hershey bars that were given during check-in. As a perk of our stay, we were given free tickets to the botanical gardens and the Hershey museum. The hotel had a lot of extra touches to make our stay enjoyable. We can't wait to go back!
Fabulous yet comfy you can go to dinner take a swim
The hotel is very nice and clean many amenities on site. I enjoyed my stay and reccomend this hotel. The bad part is finding your room after you leave it is almost impossible. The signage is horrible, walking through one hall you are on the first floor and the next on the second. It makes no sense and extremely frustrating.
Nice family friendly spot to rest your laurels when you come from the park.has mini golf and a few pools and a water park inside
My favorite hotel in Hershey! A choice of restaurants and bars to choose from within hotel with great cocktail choices. Close to the park, Giant Center and Troegs! Also a good place for business meetings.
Hershey Park Lodge is spectacular! We enjoyed the Christmas Sweet Lane package! it was our first visit during the winter months and its so nice to see kids enjoy the park and the sweet lights show was amazing. The indoor pool is perfect for families with little one, the lodge had so many activities and this is a very clean hotel. We really enjoyed it. Great prices!
