This resort is very nice. It has tons of on site dining opportunities. They can be a bit pricey. There are close options for other food The rooms are spacious and beds are super comfortable. You wont spend much time in bed because the amenities are super nice from the indoor water park to the minigolf and arcade. We had a great time!

Absolutely loved it! Greeted with a smile by staff. Rooms are nice and clean. Over all my stay was awesome.
Started off at the bar then moved into the restaurant. We received excellent service at both places. The dinner menu was extensive and the food was excellent.
A lot to do and that was great. But the rooms are small and tight. WiFi doesn't work and for some reason me reason if your in your room even your data plan won't connect to internet. The water works is great and everything was clean, but needs updated.
It s a nice building and the staff was great but the food was not the best.
Located right by the hospital, which is very convenient. The room was clean, and everyone was pleasant. It was a great over night stay!

Great hotel. In Reese building, close to Waterpark but didn't hear much noise. Property was clean but clearly built many years ago. Package we had with tickets and breakfast was unbeatable. Would definitely stay again! Even the hand lotion smelled like chocolate!

For the price of the room I would ve expected a bit more. The person at the front desk directed me to the wrong part of the hotel, which was incredibly inconvenient while lugging around a bunch of luggage and an exhausted young child. I was also surprised that there was no mini fridge in the room. Otherwise it seemed to be pretty nice. The room was a decent size and even though I didn t particularly care for the scent personally, the chocolate scented shampoo and conditioner are a fun touch. The indoor water area was smaller than what I expected, though we only walked through and didn t swim. It s unfortunate that we were only there for a night and didn t have a great experience. There may be other amenities that make this hotel worthwhile, but we didn t get the chance to experience them and I m not sure we d go back.
Food is fantastic. Staff is nice. No complaints. Can't wait to stay here for an extended period of time.

I love this place. Not inexpensive but they give generous discounts to families of patients at Hershey Medical Center. So appreciated. Would definitely recommend.
The lodge is very nice and the room we stayed in was comfortable. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because it took 45 minutes to check in. I would recommend doing the express check in.
It's a bit pricey, but the rooms are really comfy and clean. The shampoos etc are all chocolate scented and you get chocolates as part of checking in! Everything is a nice quality.
The Lodge is very nice it was VERY Clean, check in was smooth. Front desk was vetu welcoming, food was great teally enjoyed everything.

Its Hershey. We love to support them. The lodge was clean and food was better than in past. The breakfast buffet was good although the food could have been hotter. Parking waa tough as they had a conventiion going on. Overall we love Hershey.

We have been staying at the Hershey Lodge for 28 years so that has to tell you something. It is very family friendly with a casual atmosphere and a variety of food options. New pool area and fitness area is a crowd pleaser for both children and adults. You can be as active or relaxed as you desire. Though located at the Hotel Hershey, during your visit reserve services at the Spa...a must for both men and women.

Lovely property. Rooms are clean and modern. Air conditioning is great and pool is wonderful. The lights are dim in the rooms, and they make the lobby smell too much like chocolate. Food is so so.
I was so excited to go to the Hershey Lodge and was so disappointed when we arrived. We checked in and that was fine, we had requested a quiet area of the hotel, instead they put in an area with a lot of screaming children. The room online looked huge, when we got there it was teeny and musty smelling. It was a huge disappointment the door to outside actually had a creak so creepy crawling things could get in your room at night. I feel for what I paid it was seriously overcharged.

Your going to pay more then any other hotel around the area besides the Hotel Hershey but this place has everything! Multiple restaurants, small shops, a massive indoor pool area for young kids, and a mini golf course. I'm sure theres plenty I'm missing. There convention rooms are also very clean and updated.
Ate at the Bears Den, which was a very disappointing meal. The Lodge itself was fine. We shopped a bit, got some coffee. Everyone was friendly. That food just needs some improvement.
I totally recommend this Hotel. Shuttle was a big perk. The indoor water park was more for little kids then our 7 and 9 year olds. Staff was great.
Very nice hotel, but service was unimaginably bad. Check in is 4PM, but I arrived very early, so I checked in at 9:30 as part of a large party. Everyone in my party (30+) had their rooms by 11AM. I finally got my room at 5:30PM and the key didnt work. The layout of the hotel is really bad. Diagonal hallways that do not connect with certain parts of the hotel, I had almost a 10 minute walk to the lobby from my room because of the backwards "N" layout of the buildings.
Very nice hotel, quite expensive and exceedingly poor customer service. Please keep in mind, however, that they really appreciate your patience. Bring extra if you plan on staying.

Was there for Christmas dinner. And it could not of been better. Food was excellent and it was decoratored so pretty. Service was great.
Great stay helpful staff a chocolate weekend I swear they run a spray that smells like a light chocolate smell through the vent, we used the concierge desk and they were very helpful. Very clean hotel rooms.
I attended a large dining event for more than 500 individuals and the service could not be beat. The food was delicious and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The event Hall was a massive room easily able to hold all of the guests and looked to have another divider to make the room even larger. Highly recommend their accommodations.

A bit dated and room cleaning fell short. Counter that TV sat on was not cleaned. Depending on where your room is located, it's a long walk to the elevator. Parking on weekends is hard to find. Lobby is very nice with fireplace.

Lodging is ok, standard rooms. I would highly recommend not sending any mail here, or even asking if it had arrived. Front desk and concierge were less than helpful and made me feel as I was asking some out of the ordinary task.
Rooms in the lodge are in need of updating. Lobby is pleasant with plenty of comfortable seating. Don't forget to try the specialty lattes in the coffee lodge!
Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The lobby was very inviting. Staff was friendly and Knowledgeable. Lots of amenities that we didn't have time for but are awesome. Loved you had access to our car on the first floor through a back door. Had a great stay.
The lodge is a beautiful place. You will pay a small fortune, but the smiles on your childrens faces as they play at the inside waterpark make it worth it. Perfect winter weekend getaway. If you have small children, request a room in the waterpark wing. It will make your stay much easier.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds. We spent most of our stay at Hersheypark so other amenities weren't as important but am glad we got the package including breakfast. The staff were helpful.
Overall good experience for a second year. However, same two complaints. Water Works is too cold. 5 and 3 yo can only stay in about 20 minutes before they are shivering. Also, concierge isntich help. Could help us book a character breakfast. Had to do it over the phone.
UPDATE:. The next two days, the water was warmer in the Water Works area. Still not as warm as you would expect for an indoor water park, but better.
Very pleasant staff and well maintained "common areas".
The place could use more attention to detail in updating their rooms/bathrooms. Makeshift fixings in the bathroom were less to be desired. I felt like we were in a super 8 motel inside the room until I walk back down to a common area.
This is definitely a place you'd want to take your family... We love it here...
We love this place, but have come to learn for what it cost to stay there. It's just not worth the money. And again way to expensive to eat on site.
Loved it. It was a rainy day outside so not much to do around with two kids who have endless energy. So the Water Works saved us a lot... Complimentary tickets to The Hershey Story Museum also is a great bang for the buck. Would absolutely come back...

The rooms are nice and lots of activities for the kids. The pool area isn't as big as Great Wolf Lodge, but it's really nice and the kids loved it.

I was visiting for a conference. I didn't stay in a guest room. The facility is gorgeous with very nice lobbies and restrooms for the conference area. The parking was a little absurd. There is very little parking near the main entrance and so you are forced to park on the sides of the building and walk to the front. Really that was my only complaint from my visit.
Very comfortable stay. The rooms as nice as they are could do with an ipdate. They have some nice places to eat here in the lodge. The waterworks pool area. Check in was quick. They seem to be holding to the covid-19 standards. Everyone is wearing a mask and no daily cleaning unless you need something. I do love staying here.

An awesome place to stay! Everything is cocoa scented! Staff is great, the rooms are cozy, and there is a year-round indoor pool that's like a small water park.
Went to a quilt show here. There was plenty of parking, places to eat and everyone was helpful. Can't comment on the rooms, I didn't stay hete

We go here anually for the antique car show / auction, but have never stayed here. The public areas are nicely decorated and well maintained. There are several restaurants in the building and bars in certain lobbies. The event is always run very smoothly, and crowds are handled well.
Not a 4 star hotel at all. This is just a 2 star hotel with a 4 star rating because it has the Hershey name on it. There was mildew on the curtains and the beds were really hard. I felt like I was sleeping on the floor. There was also food under the bed and more mildew in the bathroom. The breakfast was like the continental breakfast you get at any 2 star hotel for free, but here you will pay $20 per person for it. It was just horrible. The only thing good about this place was that the bus to the park was empty and the very small indoor water park. Never staying here again!

Great place to get away with family. They need some help with their Wi-Fi. However if you're getting away with family and don't want to deal with work probably a good idea not to have decent Wi-Fi.
It's ok. Resort is lovely for my first time there. Rooms are clean. Staff are friendly. Like that they have free shuttle to Hershey park and museum.
My wife and I got a weekend away, just the two of us. The room was nice, and quiet! The hotel was great lots of places to spend time together. It is much more of a family place, there were lots of kids present, I think it was to visit the Hershey attractions. Overall it was a great trip and we enjoyed our stay.
Our room was very outdated and small. Our view was a brick wall. The rooms are hard to find, they give you a map and you are on your own. Poor and confusing signs. Parking was hard to find by the room. Had to call for hand towels and soap. Way overpriced and disappointing. Beautiful on the outside but not worth the money. Also check in took over an hour with only 3 people at the check in desk, even though the line was extremely long..and this was at 5 pm. No excuse for that.

Yes, it has nice rooms and a water park, but it is crowded and definitely not worth the asking price.
Wonderful getaway hotel for the winter with kids. The indoor pool is large enough for kids to be able to run and play but small enough that families won't be completely seperated. Plus there are dinning options in the lodge give you the option to just park once and not have to go anywhere else.
Stayed here for 2 nights and the room was clean. Good in connected restaurants. 5 minutes ride to the park.
We booked 2 nights. Our room was perfect! So clean and pretty much baby proofed! We had our 1year old so we were a little nervous. Loved the fact that you could walk anywhere. You never need to leave the property (unless going to the amusement park). The inside pool was so much fun. We loved all the food. Customer service was exceptional! We will 100% go back. This was our first family vacation and loved every minute! So happy with how clean everything was! Thank you for providing our family with so much fun!
We stayed here for the "water park", which comprised of three pools and two slides. It's minimally clean and very outdated. Also, there were about twenty people drinking in the hallway until late and security said they couldn't do anything about it. The food was great, I will say that, but we will definitely not be going back.
