The food is phenomenal. A little pricey, but we'll worth it.

Nice lobby, ate a quick meal at the bears den which is a sports bar inside. Hit the spot before going to the park.

Our room was very dated for the price of the hotel - every time the air conditioner kicked on, there was a really overpowering smell of mold. Fitness center was lovely, shuttle to park was nice.

Came for a professional conference. The facility was very clean and welcoming. The staff was fantastic. The only downside was the lack of parking for all guests. I had to park at the Giant Center and take a shuttle back to the Lodge.

Took my two small children here for Christmas and during summer vacation. Both times were excellent. The holiday lights at night in the park are beautiful and the water park during the summer was unbelievable.

Really enjoyed Hershey Lodge for our Hershey Candy Lane weekend. Wonderful restaurants, lots of hershey candy, water park is nice and really close to all the things to do.

Very informative vendors. Lots of helpful information.

Shuttle was very convenient, as was the water park that is really just a pool with a few nice extras for the little ones and 2 water slides.

Ate a late dinner at the Bears Den restaurant inside Hershey Lodge. There was no wait when we arrived around 9pm. Server was very attentive and food arrived quickly. Temperature in the restaurant was slightly chilly overall.

Great besides a long wait at check-in (45min). Not enough staff there at the check-in time. Was almost late to a wedding ceremony because of this. Also, there was no place to park to check in, lot was full...

Amazing place and people were great can't wait to come back for Christmas time

Doesn't look like much from the outside but it's absolutely stunning inside. It's extremely large for a hotel out here and the staff are all very nice and respectful. The only complaint I have is you really need a map to navigate around due to the size but if you're up for a little exploring then you should have no problem here

Room was small, air conditioner very noisy. There was no parking in the lot had to drive around looking for a spot. Breakfast buffet was top notch.

Great place for kids, really enjoyed the indoor water park and free shuttle to Hershey Park. Room was comfortable and luxurious. There were plenty of activitiet for kids and adults on site. Happy hour "chocolate Reese's martini" and half price appetizers in the lobby restaurant was a highlight. Staff were friendly and helpful, overall a great place to stay, wish I could have been there longer!

Better every time. Many of the staff are familiar from previous visits, which suggests a good workplace. I always enjoy staying here, and look forward to each visit.

We ate at the Bear's Den restaurant for dinner. The food was very good with some innovative selections. Good drink selection and an interesting sports and hockey themed-decor.

The hotel is great. Clean, great food, easily accessible and locatable vending machines, ice machines, gift shops, restaurants and more. The rooms are rather small, however, suitable for about two people.

Worth the money. There's a shuttle from the lodge to Hershey Park every 20 minutes so you don't have to worry about parking at the park. The food in the restaurants within the lodge are good. There's an indoor water park and arcade which we used after a long day at Hershey Park. Also, there's a pretty impressive 24 hour gym on premises. The facility is clean and very well kept. They give you chocolate every 15 minutes (at check in, after room service, after every check at the restaurant, etc). Every night they light a fire pit by the lake and roast s'mores (more chocolate). The staff look like they're high school / college kids so customer service is sub optimal (with the exception of the parking attendants, those kids are awesome) but considering all the conveniences the lodge has to offer it's easy to overlook it.

Nice comfortable room. Upscale restaurant Forebay had good food and service. We could not locate the fitness room in this hugh Lodge.

Totally awesome! Water park was nice, clean, well staffed. Room was very nice except hard bed. Shuttle was nice to HP and back.

Hotel is nice and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They do a great job of getting you into the mood of the stay with chocolate bars when you arrive. Everything is themed well, though the hotel isn't decorated excessively. Rooms are tiny but that is to be expected. Probably a bit pricey compared to other local locations, but easy to take the shuttle every where.

My family and I love it. Waterpark is fun for kids and adults! Beautiful lobby- a lot of dining choices! Fun activities outside on premises! So close to all Hershey attractions. My kids LOVE it here and beg to come back!!

The lodge was beautiful. Our favorite parts of our visit were the arcade and getting pictures with Hershey characters! The restaurants looked great. It was a pleasant visit and I would recommend staying there if you wanted the full Hershey experience for a couple of nights with your family!

Was there for a conference. Everything was well organized. On site restaurant prices were extremely high.

The lodge has really gone downhill. It used to be one of favorite weekend getaways in the winter. It was always relaxing, the kids could play at the water park, and the food used to be good.
Now, it is noisy all of the time - loud groups of people in the hallway & parents yelling at their kids till 1:00am. The food has really gone downhill, and they had to shut the main pool down because there was glass in it. Not a great weekend.

Great! Nice rooms and the water park is awesome with food/beer options right in the water park. There's also an arcade.

Thanksgiving dinner there was awesome! Decorations were increadable and as always, service was excellent.

Over all the place was clean but I don't think they have enough parking for the amount of guests my husband spent 3 hours out of our time here looking for parking. I think the rooms are too small for families and they should offer extra Roll away Bed.

For such a busy place, they keep the line moving! Clean room with both hallway and parking lot access, friendly staff, and a nice indoor pool area, a great place to stay if you're visiting the park.

The place is not as advertised. The indoor pool requires to go outside to get into the pool area. Rooms are dirty and overpriced. We spent 600+ for two nights, that I did not use since it was so bad we left early. You are better off staying at a Red Roof Inn. This place takes your money based on lies.

Love it. There's free shuttles to the park, restaurants inside sever pool areas and you get free chocolate. Staff is great. Drive up parking to your room. And my favorite, all the bath products are chocolate and smell delicious.

Lodge was clean, family friendly, and the water park was awesome! Food prices were reasonable. Workers of the lodge are welcoming and friendly. Activities are offered throughout the day for the children and are free!! We played an hour of bingo with the kiddos. A really good time.

Check in took forever and we didnt get our room until 6pm. Otherwise facilities are clean and prices for food reasonable. The water area was fun for a toddler.

Great accommodation and a wonderful place to stay. Great for the entire family no matter what time of the year.

The place is very clean and very nice but they gouge you on the prices for things. For example 3 dollars for a bottle of water and 5 dollars just to add chicken to a salad. It cost enough to stay here they could at least be competitive on food prices

For the money you'd expect a little more. The rooms are over due for an update. They really need a sky bridge or something to get to Hershey Water Works from the Reese's wing by the Lobby. We had to walk outside and then across a parking lot area. The people are very nice though, the service was very good all over the hotel.

Great service. Rooms are a bit on the dates site but everything is very clean. Would stay again.

I really like the entire experience. Chocolate everywhere. Even kiss print on duvet cover. The room was not as clean as it should have been. There needs to be available outlets on nightstand.

Conference was well run. The room was an adequate space, and the food was good. The place was very cold.

It is the perfect place to stay if you are going to visit Hershey Park. The indoor waterpark was so much fun

The hotel itself was very clean and nice. Food was excellent we ate at the forbay and had breatfast room service. The room was nicely finished and comfortable. However the events of this morning made the whole stay less than desirable. We were awaken at 8:30 by housekeeping banging on our door, not once but twice. That was followed by no hot water. When I reported these things I was told it was my fault because I did not put out my do not disturb/occupied sign. Any other hotel let's housekeeping know when a guest checks out they don't go up and down banging in doors. she banged on 8 rooms. The head of housekeeping said they were to big to notify housekeeping when guest leave. So if you stay here put your occupied sign out at night, and we were not distrubed on Saturday morning with no sign out. And be up at 6 to get hot water for your shower.

Hotel very nice and clean. Everyone who worked there was incredibly friendly and helpful. The food was incredible and they had a varied menu. I was next door to a screaming baby but that is not the fault of the hotel. I would definitely stay again and bring the family.

I was never in an actual room. However the bathrooms were extremely nice! The floor plan was very well set up too!

Very nice rooms.Hershey bars put on the bed for you. Beds we're comfy. Only problem was on Sat they had no wash clothes.. Good restaurant, breakfast buffet was great. Smores event was canceled due to weather. Nice kids swimming area. Which also had adult drinks . Love the big fireplace in lobby. Can't wait to go back AGAIN

Wonderful location. Wonderful, pleasant and helpful staff. Some new upgrades but didn't quite hit the mark to deserve a 5 star.

Cool Waterpark to relax in after a long day of walking at the theme park!

I attend a company Christmas party every year here, and it is all top notch. Food it good, servers and bartenders are attentive and fun. Great place to hold an event!

The room, services and people at the Lodge were exceptional. We had the greatest time with transportation provided. We had five adults and three children, and not a board look in anyone's eyes. Amazing. I highly recommend staying at the Lodge.

Huge facility. It's easy to get lost. The staff is awesome. They're always willing to go above and beyond. The food is ok at best.

I went to the grooming expo at the Hershey Lodge. Parking was easy, getting in was simple, looks clean and nice there. A few friends have stayed there and the room is nice.

Came here for a Christmas vacation. Very professional staff, and well decorated for the season. The lobby area is cozy and welcoming and the rooms are comfortable.

This is the worst experience ever I have. I asked for a 2bed and a sofa bed because my family is number of 5. I pay over 350, for the room, I didn't get what they said, they gave me a 2 queen bed and a little room. And in the front desk, my husband said do u recommend this place to rest, he said if it is me I wouldn't spend my money on it. When I call the manager they said they can't do nothing because there no more rooms. So after a long day driving from south Carolina. I have to sleep in the floor , never again like the front desk say I won't spend my money here.. I'm a handicappe and they say the parking was in front of my room. Lying. Have of the lod walked with all my stuff. No happy at all. They don't say sorry or we can do this for you. Nothing but I'm going to report this yo the Marshall to see if it's legal to put 5 people in 2 bed in a room. Or I hope these get see by the big cio. And do something about it. We paid so much money to be treated like this. I rented a motel it was shipped an biggest, clean, and they promised from parking. Because they consider it my condition. My husband tells them about my sickness to see if they get compaction, and nothing.

Kids loved the water park. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Wonderful experience.

Never actually stayed here, only been to a convention. It has a great "lodge feel" with its wide wandering hallways, fireplaces, wood paneling and good cross section of restaurants and shops. Exceptionally clean restrooms! . You can easily grab a coffee at the Cocoa Beanery and sit in the lobby just to people watch. Beautiful landscaping and relatively easy parking.

We had a great Christmas at Hershey experience. Our room was in the Reese s section which is near the water park. Kids had a blast. We will definitely come back next year.

usually the food is wonderful but I can't say the same for the catering

I've had a great time staying at the lodge in the past and this time has been no different. The staff is always incredibly friendly and the rooms are always tidy. When I come to this library conference I look forward to staying at the lodge.

Absolutely love this hotel. This is one of my family's favortie places to stay. Now with the new indoor water park the kids love it more. Amazing customer service, comfortable rooms, and convenient to Hershey Park. The food and drinks are also amazing throughout. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Hershey. Also great for meetings. Great meeting space with excellent service for anyone looking for an event venue.

In Chocolatetown for dinner function at the lodge. Food was delicious! Tower room was comfortable and quiet. My companion did not like the bed. I had no problem.
Would like to see a better bar situation in the lobby, or table service. Maybe 10 can be served comfortably.
The set up for the Bears Den is not great hanging at their bar. Table service is not great.
Drinks are expensive, not sure why.
There is a large coffee restaurant that does not serve breakfast. So back to the Bears Den which is like eating in a hockey rink, bright, loud and uncomfortable. $11.50 for eggs and bacon and another $3.50 for coffee, nothing special here. Morning service :( not great.
They pipe chocolate fragrance into the lobby. Large ballrooms, conference rooms and staff support. Parking can be far away from the room.

Didn't actually visit the "Lodge" itself. Had dinner with friends at "Fire and Grain?", one of the restaurants off the lobby. Seemed to be numerous celebrations going on (graduations and Memorial Day weekend). Staff handled the chaos excellently. Everyone's dinner was excellent, a little pricey (but not surprising for the location).

I was so happy with my stay at the Hershey Lodge this year. I attended a convention in the Lodge and decided to rent a room here. I have a service dog, so sometimes travel can be difficult. Every staff member I encountered from the moment I entered was awesome! They went above and beyond to make my stay great.
Even without my request, they put me in a room with direct access outside to make it convenient for me to take my boy out for bathroom breaks. Any time I needed help or direction, there was always someone near by.
It was super convenient to be able to walk straight to my classes in the morning, take any purchased items back to my room, and eat at many different restaurants, all without leaving the Lodge at all.
I'll definitely be staying here again next year!

Attended a conference there! Great facility and very clean! Lots of amenities.

Overall, we had a great time here. Great dining options, helpful staff and convenient location. Indoor water park and kids activities were also nice. Rooms were just okay though and we had problems with water not going down in our bathtub. Def. could use some upgrades.

Chocolate lovers dream. There wa so much attention to detail in the room. The artwork, the soap and shampoo, the lotion to even the sheets had chocolate accents. The room was very inviting and the staff was super helpful. They provided us with bed rails for our toddler. We had dinner at the Grill. The food was tasty and the drink were great. We had banana fosters bread pudding for dessert. Definitely give that a try. For breakfast the following morning we ate at fire and grain. Again the staff was friendly and the food was tasty. My lady and child enjoyed a few hours at the indoor pool. I stayed behind and got some much needed rest.

Great atmosphere, good places to eat, wonderful staff, very nice and clean rooms!

Would love to give this 5 stars because my children absolutely love it however, it is very pricey for rooms that are quite small and uncomfortable. Also very loud. You can hear everyone from them talking to slamming doors shut.

They recently opened up a small indoor water park which only added to why our kids love it here but for our one shared bedroom with 3 big Kids and a baby it's really tight and $400 a night is crazy.

Food is great and regardless of it all our kids enjoy it and we've been coming here for years.

Excellent service in all areas. Lobby smells like chocolate. Shampoo and soaps made from cocoa beans. Can we say heaven?

We stayed at the Hershey Lodge. It's a nightmare and by that I mean it's totally fine but the furthest thing from relaxing because there are kids everywhere screaming. Including mine. My kids didn't care one lick about Hershey Park, all they wanted to do was hang out at the lodge and their indoor pool which I'd amazing. So that's good I guess. We could have saved money o. Hershey tickets, seriously.

It has a lot of rustic charm. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The amusement park was fun. The kids loved it.

I ve been calling all morning and the guy at the front desk is to smart he kept hanging up on me I ve been tryna book a room for the last pass couple of hours his name is Brandon he shouldn t be working if he s gone be talking to people the way he do and talk to people I will never come here and I ll be telling everybody else how this hotel gets down

I was at a work function. We were allowed to bring one guest and stayed at the lodge having dinner and dancing for 5 hours. The food was great however 1 server who served our section was not very pleasant all of the other wait staff or phenomenal and professional. Our server in particular was unfriendly and unprofessional, and was rude and short with us. She threw down our salads and could not get our orders straight. My company has the same gala every year at the lodge and has mostly had pleasant experiences. However this year was not to that standard. Now to be fair, this was a large function with around 1,000 guests attending. Obviously no one can speak for what this server had to put up with earlier in her day, however her service left something to be desired. All in all I enjoyed the event and look forward to next year's event at the Hershey Lodge.

We only went to the restaurant but that was an amazing experience. Made me want to go back and stay there next time.

We visit the Lodge every year. They do a beautiful new years package. Indoor carnival.

Lots of fun for adults and children.

Great room, lobby a little dark but does have the lodge feel. Beds were comfey and staff was helpful. Was a little more pricey then other hotels but pool area and shuttle perks helped offset cost.

This is a very nice place. The rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly. I also enjoy the restaurants in the lodge. Definitely a great place to stay. Complimentary chocolate bar when you check into a room.

It was ok. Rooms ok. Restaurants a mixed bowl. Service at Lodge was just plain bad (concierge especially unhelpful) Only bright spot was the kids pool. Not a great combination with the rates they charge. Concierge gave us Park tickets that did not work. Shuttle to Park is free, but few and far between. Given what the Hotel strived for and was in the past, Milton must be turning in his grave.

Nice but crazy. Screaming kids everywhere.going back to the camp site next year
