Excellent experience each & every time I step foot in the Hendricks Honda dealership. Be it to purchase a new car or to service my existing Honda, i am treated to a first rate experience ... just like everyone else.
I have owned a Honda since '89 (CRX), the Honda dealership was located in New Britain, CT, and they were good. But since moving to Charlotte 14 years ago, my wife has leased 3 Accords and I purchased a Civic Hatchback 2 years ago. Just incredible experience.
