The first time I went to hendrick, I swore I was not going back. The salesman I first saw believed in traditional gender roles and clearly was shocked my husband "allowed" me to car shop without him. Another shocker, my husband was home with the kids while I car shopped.

The service we received the second time around at Hendrick was phenomenal. TANNER FISHER was awesome! I called 20 minutes before arrival with 2 toddlers in tow saying what I was looking for and needed an expedited experience. Tanner met me outside, pulled the van around (cliche, I know), clicked the car seats in, and off we went for the test drive. Tanner was knowledgeable about the Odyssey and its features. He did not miss a beat if a kiddo whined or got excited about the automatic doors. I was worried about the length of time to buy a car, but he and Criss Cross worked efficiently to get us a fantastic deal that we could afford, all while engaging my kids. Thank you Tanner and Criss! You made what could have been an awful, stressful time with 2 young kids into one we won't forget.

Ronnie Russell is a great salesman. We are leery of used car salesmen because of past experiences, but he seemed more interested in our satisfaction with the deal than with making money. He was customer centered, and did all he could to be sure that we were totally happy with our car before we signed on the dotted line.

This was my first visit to Hendrick Honda and I was very satisfied with my visit. My advisor Donald was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained everything my car needed and helped me pick out what was best for me at the time. The service center was very clean and comfortable, and before I knew it I had my car back all fixed up and ready to go. Would definitely recommend Hendrick Honda to anyone in the Charlotte area.

Even though I live 15 minutes away from the Concord location, the customer service at this location is much better! It's totally worth the 40 minute drive. They are very efficient and accommodating. I don't feel like they tried to squeeze me for money. There were services I assumed I needed that my awesome service advisor, Nick Walter advised that I wait on. That felt good. I'll be making the 40 minute drive again next time I need to have my car serviced.

My sales rep, BRAD THOMPSON, should be Salesman of the Year, because I know I was a hard sell. (Ask him, if you don't believe me!) I was in & out of Hendrick Honda--along with a couple of other dealerships--numerous times over a two-week period & I asked countless questions every time. I was first impressed with Brad on our first meeting. As he approached me, I told him I was not buying at the time, that I just wanted to sit in a couple of cars in the showroom & wanted one bit of information. I then asked him for the dimensions of the Accord's exterior. He immediately printed out the info I wanted & suggested he get some contact info from me. Knowing that would likely mean unwanted phone calls & emails, I declined.

What Brad didn't do next impressed me even more: He accepted my preference, answered a couple more of my questions, & didn't attempt to sell me a car. So few sales reps realize how important it is to back off when requested & simply hand their card to what might become a prospective customer. I've tossed countless cards of sales rep who refused to back off when requested. I kept Brad's card & asked for him by name on all subsequent visits to the showroom.

Brad was unfailingly patient with me & answered all my questions. Of all the sales reps with whom I talked at all the dealerships I visited, Brad had the greatest wealth of knowledge at his fingertips. That, along with his genuinely friendly demeanor, earned him my trust.

Another reason I opted to buy my Accord rather than a Camry--which I liked equally as well--was the service I have received from JEFF NALL, my personal service rep at Hendrick Honda. Jeff has always given me honest & competent information/service. In fact, he has, at times, gone out of his way to be helpful.

I have been a customer for 30 of the past 32 years, so I must love Hendrick Honda. I love my new Accord Hybrid too! Kudos from a happy customer!

I went in to this store looking for the bare minimum. Nothing special, just needed something, anything. RONNIE RUSSELL said not today. He put in a vehicle I didn t even think I could look at, let alone drive off in same day. He worked the magic and I m a Hendrick Honda customer for life now. After a falling tree totaled my 2010 Honda Civic, I was less than thrilled to have to go through the whole process of finding a new car. I purchased my 2010 civic from Hendrick Honda on South Boulevard and decided that I would be buying from there again. I called Gus (the sales manager) and he paired me with the most amazing sales consultant, Melissa Hunter. She was so helpful and fun! It took me about an hour and a half to decide on a 2012 Black Civic EXL Navi and I couldn't have done it without her assistance. I picked my car up two days later and Melissa had all of my paperwork ready to go, the car looked amazing, she was knowledgeable about all the cars features and was able to demonstrate the capabilities of the technology very quickly. I was in and out of the dealership, paperwork signed, car looking perfect, with a full understanding of all the functionality of the vehicle within an hour! I would highly recommend requesting Melissa Hunter to help you purchase your new car - you won't be disappointed!

Just completed an on-line purchase of a car from this dealership. Not living in the Charlotte NC area, I was hesitant about pursuing a long-distance purchase. The staff of Hendrick Honda allayed my doubts about the wisdom of this by being transparent and fair in their negotiations with me; providing full documentation about the car and warranty; and answering any questions that arose. My representative, Tanner Fisher, was always polite and responsive to my communications and never pressured me, but instead made sure that I was comfortable with the process and the purchase. When the car was delivered to my door, it was exactly as advertised. I would recommend Hendrick Honda.

What another great car buying experience right honey? Not quite, and far from it. Now before you stop reading, this isn't a disagreement in price, failure to be approved, or any of the sorts. They had the deal in the bag $47,000 would be paid over the next 72 months. And they let it walk out the door.
****Failure to pay attention to detail, poor communication, and lack of any other concern for customers besides their next paycheck caused this review****

Went looking to buy a new car, as it turns out I have done almost every 2 and a half years on average. I know crazy right. So I heard wonderful things Honda has been doing with 1.9%, the cars hold their value depreciation is low, and you get your money worth. Going into it I knew I was 7,000 upside down who would approve that much negative equity. Hendrick Honda did I was thrilled, they even took 5,000 off msrp so in reality I was maybe then 2,000 upside down with a new car and lower interest rate. I put a deposit (told it would be refunded) guaranteeing I wanted the car that they had to purchase because it wasn't on their lot.

Understandable! Now it's their turn to work after all I'm paying that much I should get EXACTLY what I want. It took till the beginning of the next week to get an answer, but it was an answer I had to track down, and was not called the next day as I was told. When the car arrived took all day to get it serviced cleaned and inspected.

We arrived, after spending 5 hours the previous week at a dealership with a 4 year old, thinking we will sign the loan agreement no numbers changed get the car may have to wait a little while after all they are busy. But they were Ill prepared had 3 to 4 days to prepare loan documents, and advise of further needed documentation.

It turned out to be one thing after another they need this they need that stuff that could have been prepared over the course of days when they were getting the car! Even if the stuff wasn't needed they could say I know your time is valuable (now days who's time isnt) you might want to have this this and this ready in case it is needed. Nope the managers didn't even know we were upside down on the loan they had no knowledge.

This kind of attention to detail and service gets people killed. Tires fall off, oil caps plugs, fliters not installed right, fuses, wires etc. If this is the attention to detail they offer I don't want them touching a 47,000 vehicle. If you go beware ask questions have letters references and ask what might be needed even if it's not, and do not request Manuel Dasilva "Manny"

I asked if the unit had been tested to see if it working; and was told, Yes, it was tested.

When I tried to play a dvd the United kept ejecting the disk.

I will have to go back to have someone show me what I must do to get the unit working; I checked the manual and still could not get it to work?

Ronnie allowed us to see and drive the car but also informed us the car wasn t ready as it had just arrived. The car was originally out of my price range but Ronnie worked with us. We negotiated a lower price and he ensured the car was ready in time for my daughter to return to college. Did I mention I was under the weather and he provided Day Quil?! The sales rep Jessica Johnson from beginning to end did a great job in making sure I had an outstanding experience and put me in a vehicle that I wanted in one of the quickest automobile purchases I have made. I was very pleased with my recent car leasing experience. My color choice for a new CRV was not available yet. Steve Bagwell called me many times, keeping me informed as to when one would arrive. Once we were ready to go, the financial piece was hassle free with a new computer program that expedited the process. When I arrived back at Steve's desk, he had the car ready to go and sat with me to review new features and answer any questions that I had.

5000 mile oil change for 2019 Honda Civic. Included tire rotation and inflation adjustment. All tires were over-inflated. Fronts inflated to 40 psi, rears to 37 psi. Correct inflation is 32 psi for both front and rear. TPMS was not calibrated as required. As a result received low tire pressure warning during drive home from dealer.

Horror!!! Two months ago we changed 4 wheels, a week later we noticed swelling on each wheel, they arrived and they say we have no guarantee !!! You need to call the factory, and decide with them, we say decide ... two months have passed, nothing has happened, now today my wife went to change the oil and at the same time find out what happened to the wheels, but they say buy new ones, there is no guarantee for these, how not ?? ? we bought from you and you said and the receipt says there is a guarantee !!!! How so ??? It is not safe for us and for other people on the road !!!!

Purchased a new car. Salesman was Christian Skinner and I cannot begin to say enough good things. I was on the fence regarding the car I wanted, and rather than pressure me to buy immediately and trash talk the competition, Christian just focused on what made the Honda the better option. First of all I gave them 1 star because it would not let me give them nothing less. Came all the way from out of town yesterday just to get disappointed. What i came there for needless to say I didn t get. They were going to put me in something after seeing it from the salesman and telling him that wasn t the color for me was going to sell that car and the only car that would be financed. Plus they wanted more money on top of what I already had with a substantial monthly payment. Did I say this was a 2017Honda Accord at that. Will not buy any automobile from this dealership in the future!!!!!!!

Over the course that my family has lived in Charlotte we have bought an excess of seven cars from Hendricks Honda, starting back in 98 with a 98 Honda accord that lasted for 18 years with regular maintenance from there mechanics. And most recently we got a 09 Toyota Tacoma from them. There service is great and we bring most of our vehicles that can be serviced by them there to get the work done. Always is fair when telling you what needs to be done to your vehicle. Will say that if you are trying to sell your car to them they will most likely offer way less than it is actually priced at.

On Thursday October 5th, my husband I had to purchase a new vehicle due to Ruby(my Acura) saying she had enough. We definitely were not expecting to go that day but things happen. Upon reaching the lot we met Ronnie Russell (car dealer) and he and my husband connected right off. He was very attentive to our needs. He made sure that every vehicle we looked at fit the needs of what we were looking for. I have to admit that I was kind of a brat, and Ronnie adapted to my "bratness" quite well. Even though I pouted about a few things, he still made sure he was meeting both of our needs. I have to say, he did a pretty good job. He has a great personality, he's extremely funny, and is a awesome person to work with. Since last Thursday I have had to come back to Honda on several occasions for a few things, and each time he is so pleasant to be around. Ronnie Russell really cares about the individuals who are purchasing vehicles and wants to make sure he takes care of you. If you are stopping pass Hendrick Honda, go see Ronnie Russell and tell him Shana sent you!

I had a great experience with this service departm...

I had a great experience with this service department recently. The gear shifter on my 2003 Accord fell apart while I was in a mall parking lot. I had never been to this dealership, but it was closest so I managed to drive over there. It was about 15 minutes till closing, but instead of saying it would have to wait overnight, they stayed past closing to fix it and get me back on the road safely. Nice job!
