Our salesman, Robert Scopoulis, was not only personable but knowledgeable with no high-pressure sales tactics. When it came to time negotiate the price, I countered their offer with what worked for me and what I thought would be acceptable them. Done deal. The finance manager was very friendly and efficient. In just a few hours including a few test drives, we were out the door in our new Sonata.

I looked at a vehicle online and was contacted by this dealership. I told them I was looking to buy soon, but would call them back when it was a better time. I have since been called so many times it borders harassment. Someone should tell Andrea that 3 calls in 5 minutes is unprofessional and screams desperation. I only answered at my desk at work because I thought 3 back to back calls from a number I didn't know could be something wrong with my kids! This isn't the first time either on several occasions if I have not answered she calls immediately back. I will now purchase anywhere BUT here, because if that's the lack of professionalism you allow as a first impression I fear what lies further in!
There are no words to express the " WOW " factor !! It's been 3 days and all I can think about how fast I was in and out , ZERO sales pressure, very clean dealership fast and friendly is what I expect ! And they went beyond expectations. The G70 !! Where to begin with this place? I'll preface this review by stating that I purchased three separate cars in a three year period from this place. So why the one star?
Let's start with sales, since most of us go to dealerships to buy a car. Every single car has a "market area adjustment" line (or something along those lines) in the cost of their cars, ranging from $2k to $8k. I haven't found this item in any other dealership. I'm sure they'll have a reason why they have this, but do yourself a favor and compare prices with other dealerships in the valley.
And if you're looking for service for your car, I would recommend looking elsewhere. After bringing my car in for recall work, the service rep told me that one of my belts was cracking and that my transmission fluid was black. He then used scare tactics to try and get me to spend an extra $750+ by telling me how a different customer was in a similar situation and their transmission blew out, resulting in $4k+ worth of work..
I had a second opinion and wouldn't you know it, the belts are fine and the transmission fluid was red, which didn't come as a surprise since I had the 60k service done elsewhere. It's plain to see that the mechanic lied to the rep or the rep lied to me. Either way, I was lied to and tried to be taken advantage of. Most of us don't enjoy it when people do that.
Their customer service is nice enough. They are polite and know how to speak to customers, but that's not enough to warrant a rating higher than one out of five stars. Shame on this business' service standards and unethical behavior.
We got to the dealership and thankfully Matt greeted us. He was very charming. He did everything possible to make it an easy and stress free process. He was honest, forthcoming and took the time to understand our needs. He got us a great deal on our lease. We couldn't be more happy!!!! Thank you, Matt!!!

What an amazing experience! Brent Sharp is a gifted young sales associate, I was blown away to learn he was only on his 5th day in the business. He listened to what we said, never tried to show us anything we weren't interested in. I was in the car business as a Finance Director 15 years ago so I am not easily impressed with sales people so when we walked into the store a week ago I was not expecting much. When we drove away with our new car I was truly amazed with our experience.
I came out here to check out the g70 and the whole experience went much better than I could have expected. The car itself is amazing but the service was even better. The person I spoke with, Seth, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. While he knew I was from out of state and not looking to buy anytime soon, he spent a lot of time going over the details of the car and did not do any typical sales pressure tactics you'd see elsewhere. I'd go as far to say that I'd come back to this dealership to buy and make the long drive back to Texas.
This rating is about a sales issue. The service people were great! Unfortunately I can t say the same for the Salesman Brent. We were waiting to finish service on our car and Brent offered us to trade in our current car for a new car. Which is fine. He almost convinced us but We had to leave for an appointment and it went all downhill from there. We thought about coming back there after the appt and he told us to test drive the car before. We loved it and we were very excited to come back later to get the car. But he said he made a mistake and the deal he offered was for the 2020 car. We test drove the 2021 that we were told at first. Then he said to go drive the 2020 car to the appointment and come back later. Ps: he had to jump the car to turn on. Right there we didn t want the car anymore. We told him when we came back later we see what to do. We left to do a hair cut and he didn t stop texting and calling us. Pressuring and asking what time we would be back. Very annoying! Here is the text that he sent and messed up the chance of buying that car:
Us: We understand if you can t do the same price for the 2021. Thanks so much with trying to get the best deal. But to jump to 491 for the 2020 isn t worth it for us. We were planning to go around 450, 491 is fine for the 2021 but we re not as exited for the 2020 at that price. Thanks so much again.
Him: I'm not sure what you are trying to accomplish with these vauge texts. I honestly didnt take you two as the type to blow off our appointment. I stated multiple times if you ever had any questions or concerns to just text me and we can resolve it. I kept my word to you and your husband. I installed a Brand New battery from parts and had the vehicle completely detailed. I apologize it was empty so I made sure it had a full tank of gas for you arrival. Did I do something to upset you or your husband?
After that we returned his call and he yelled at us when we turned the offer down and he hung up the phone when we tried very nicely to explain that we don t want that car anymore.
Keep in mind we purchased 3 new vehicles at this location previously.

My wife and I purchased a new vehicle yesterday from Henderson Hyundai and had the BEST car buying experience ever! A very friendly and knowledgeable staff assisted us in a non pressure environment. An extremely professional team at this dealership! Salesman Johnny Cook patiently assisted my wife answering all her questions and and highlighted all the features of their vehicles. General Manager Carlos Hidalgo introduced himself and offered support for anything we needed as well. I also must mention that the great pricing on their cars handily beat their competitors! We are retired, budget concious shoppers that understand a "great value proposition" and this place certainly has it. Our days of shopping around ended with our visit here. After we completed the paperwork (the fastest and easiest of any car purchase I have ever made) I went thank Carlos the GM and offer feedback on the stellar work of his team. He kindly thanked me and pointed to the back wall that highlighted this dealerships # 1 rating for several years. Yes, customer service and integrity is top notch here and it shows! I rarely take time to post reviews but Henderson Hyundai made such a positive impression that we wanted to gladly share. Save yourself a lot of time and avoid the frustrations you'll experience at other dealerships. This place is the real deal! No games, no gimmicks, no pressure. A great staff eager to help in any way!

Came in for service on my car. Jared was very professional. Very fast. Didn t try to upsell me. I even asked why he didn t up sell me on service and he said the car didn t need it. I was impressed to say the least. Much better then centennial Hyundai. Also he honored the phone quote I had got.
Surprised by all the one star reviews of late. My wife and I went in thinking this dealership would be like all the rest. That they would keep us there for a while, put on those fake smiles that so many sales people do, and then try to rake us over with a bad deal. That is exactly what we didn't get. We traded in our pile of junk KIA that had way too many miles for a brand new Hyndai Elantra. They got us a lower interest rate and we did not have to put any money down. My wife and I were blown away because we've been to other dealerships and they promise the world and never come through. Yes we were there for several hours but it was well worth it. We love our new car. Ask for a sale man named Eddie. He was straight forward and worked things around where we didn't owe a thing on our previous car. We are praying their service from here on out is just as good as our car buying experience, that will for sure determine if we buy from them again but so far so good.
If you love deceit and a waste of a Saturday this is the place for you! Terrible experience both times I have been here for service. Watch out for extra "misc" fees. They charge everyone, but no one could explain what "misc" fees were actually for. Take whatever wait time they give you and triple it.
I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. Honestly stay away! They will make it seem like a great deal but most things they say are lies that you figure out later. After reading a lot of reviews, I'm pretty sure the people who speak of such great service, are in fact workers there who had to write a good review. Don't waste your time and money!
This is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased from the Henderson Hyundai Super store. I have had the best customer service the staff is very kind the finance magaers are amazing they have really done everything to give me the best deals possible. My Sales person Casey McKenna has now sold me my second vehicle a 2017 Elantra he has gone above and beyond to give me the cars that I want he's absolety incredible and he has amazing customer service. Went in for a gas smell in my car. They identified and fixed the problem extremely quick. When I say quick I mean less than 3 hours total, while also performing a recall, fixing my hood latch, and a car wash! John Ackerman was fantastic, he kept me up to date and was very knowledgeable and friendly. I did not catch his name but the service valet guy was amazing, a very nice and courteous fellow. Thanks a bunch.
Almost 2 hours for an oil change but it was the first one so it was "free" honestly sometimes its hit or miss here, you make an appointment to get service and normally you would expect that in doing that you would get serviced as soon as you're in the door at that time because it was scheduled but people walking in the door with no prior time set are done faster than me? For a simple oil change? Nah I'll go somewhere else and only come here when its dire.
My wife and I dropped in to see what kind of deals they had for a lease, and our sales associate, Mr. Johnny Cook, did an excellent job. After discussing some options, we drove off with a 2017 Elantra right off the showroom floor! We would recommend him and this dealership to anyone! Thank you! :)

The process went well, or so I thought. I went in with my own financing, and made it absolutely clear that I wanted to use my own financing, and not apply for loans with other banks. When the application went through, I immediately got an inquiry on my credit report from the bank I wanted, my interest rate was half a point higher than my pre-qualification, but I figured that was due to the actual processing of my credit. Both the salesperson and the finance person assured me that financing would be through my bank, they even seemed a bit annoyed that I was mentioning it so much, and was so insistent. The next day I got another credit inquiry (which I very strongly wanted to avoid) from another bank, with which I was unfamiliar. Sure enough I get the white slip and bank documents and my account is owned by the other bank. The increase in interest alone is costing me $550 over the life of the purchase. I hate buying cars

Bought my first brand new car 1 year ago and cannot say enough about the quality of services I still receive at every visit. Pleasant staff in all departments and even the smallest routine oil change I made online for same day appointment with advisor William Collier, always professional and amazing on time to get me in and done. Says volumes when I'm able to feel comfortable walking away to waiting lobby and TRUST to have my car given back to me and know his only expectation is to have me leave absolutely satisfied.
Service reps don't treat every customer the same. They can be quite rude, I talked to the supervisor and there was no change. I now take my vehicle to Pep Boys for all services, I'm treated like a queen and my vehicle is out in under thirty minutes where The Hyundai service center can take up to one-one and one half hours with only smart sassy remarks.
I had a dead battery the other day on my 2019 Sonata. I had it jumped, so I was able to drive to the dealership. They got me in right away. Advisor Jared Alcantara was courteous and prompt. It turns out that the battery had failed, so they replaced it under warranty. The car had been washed when I got it. Good service!
I rarely leave reviews on any businesses unless they have greatly made a positive or negative impact. I did not purchase my vehicle at this particular dealership, I did, however, own a Hyundai which had open recalls that needed to be fixed. Will was the one helping me throughout. He was very communicative and responsive. He informed me almost every other day on the process and what was going on with my vehicle. When I dropped off my vehicle all the service employees greeted me kindly and were extremely helpful! If and when I purchase my next Hyundai I will definitely be coming here.
Honestly the customer service could be better. And if they can't make at least a Decent offer for your trade in... At least don't insult with a "slap in the face"offer! So unreasonable.
I love working with John in the service department. He remembers my name and what my needs were for my car during my last appointment and reminds me what I need to do next. I appreciate his friendship and looking out to anticipate future problems with my car. He always texts me when it is ready to tries to squeeze me in on a very busy Saturday to keep my car running at tip top shape. I will continue to come back because of his attention to details and I tell my family to ask for him when they need an oil change or car wash. I would recommend him over anyone else!

No stars. Took 2 hours to change oil and rotate tires. Had problem with tire since I bought the car. Service people just keep putting air in it. Today find a nail. Had the problem since I bought the car. But its my bad. Service manager is a pile. Knowbody knows anything send you to the next person. Bought brand new car in June. Still having same problems. Been in your service department 2 times. Not very happy. Will not recommend to anyone I ever meet to buy a car from you guys.

So..... - they sold me a car with a bad clutch - the car only had 40k miles - took it back a couple weeks later when I started noticing it, I noticed it the first day I had it, but was like "maybe it just delays a little, it has such low miles" - nope - bad clutch - service told me it was going to be $160 to look at it - I talked to the salesman and finance - they blew me off like nothing - So I drove it as long as I could with a screwed up clutch - the clutch was $1200+ to fix at the dealer - I got it done at a local shop for just over $1000... #1 I and nobody I know will every buy a car from them again - #2 that is what I get for buying a foreign piece of crap - I will only buy American or Toyota (they are mostly made in the U.S. anyways) - Oh and free car washes?? - yeah if you have an hour or so to wait
Easy to book my service online, they were quick to acknowledge me when I arrived and the service was well worth the price. Lower than those non-franchise quick lube joints, plus they washed my car!
So I called here today and asked the salesperson Aeisha the final cost of new 2017 Veloster turbo. She told me $18,200 with 0% apr. When I finally got there the price shot up to over $19,000 with 3.9%.
I've been dealing with the Service Dept as I own a 2012 Sonata. Everyone there has been amazing, knowledgeable and friendly. Really makes a huge difference in one's perception of Hyundai in general. I've had nothing but problems with my Sonata since I purchased in in Dec 2017. I didn't purchase my vehicle from this location. It's just been nice to have been treated with courtesy and respect. Bought a car from this deal ship back in October 2015. my sales man jeff treated me and my wife great and they helped us get the car we wanted. My only complaint is that I called and tried setting up an appointment to have my oil changed and the first I I called I told them I need the appointment on 01/25/15 at 4pm so when I showed up they said I was supposed to be there on 01/22/15 and that I didn't have an appointment on my scheduled day. I left upset that they screwed up my appointment and made me feel like an idiot. I just called today and they said there all booked up and wanted me to schedule 2 weeks from today I told no I need my cars oil changed sooner than that. I recommend buying car from here the selling part is fantastic and they really do work and help you with getting car but the automotive service part suck ass guess there is pros and cons to everything was hoping to have all pros from you Henderson hyundai

That was NOT fast at all! We just got done getting the oil changed at the Henderson Hyundai. It took an hour! That is definitely not fast. The email sent to me saying stuff about "fast service" is false advertising. An oil change shouldn't take more than 20 minutes. I'm not going to Hyundai for oil changes anymore.
Their service department ripped me off and double-charged me for some parts and services. When I took it to their management office, the lady who fielded my complaint said there was nothing she could do and that the employee who'd ripped me off was no longer there...as if that was some sort of consolation.
I'll never by a Hyundai from this location based on the crappy service department experience.
