I bought my car here with ease! They were super helpful and so ready to get me into one of their newer cars it made negotiating a bit easier! They have lots of cars on the lot so you can really choose any feature, color, make combos you want and it s likely they will have it. Service on my car is great and they did the tinting at no cost included with the purchase of my car. I spent a few hours there but walked out with one of my proudest moments and a brand new car that I m the first owner of. I have 5 year protection on my wheel and tires and 10 year gap coverage. They really have some great protection plans that are affordable as well.

So, first the good stuff. The sales guy Noli is a good guy and a decent salesman!!! Apparently though they are not good with going the extra mile once they get your money!! I am an Uber and Lyft driver part time. I went and asked the dealership to have one of thier ASE certified mechanics sign off on the vehicle inspections, on the brand new car I just purchased from them for both Uber and Lyft. I felt like this should have been a 5 minute process. First the Service Director Jim refused stating that "he was not sure they could and that it was not standard process," I would have to go the Uber and Lyft locations. After debating with him over if they were qualified to do it or not I asked to speak to the GM. I believe his name is Carlos, but not sure. During my discussion or debate, depending on how you look at it, I was trying to get a point accross and he simply said he wasnt going to talk about it anymore. I did raise my voice and stated to him he was going to listen. He turned to walk away and I stepped in front of him and again tried to speak. I did this several times with him continuing to try to walk around me demanding I get out of his face. He then dialed 911 on his phone and showed me the screen. Here is my point, Say they are right and Uber and Lyft would not accept, what is the big deal for them to sign off on it and let me take my chances? Why would you not do this for a cuatomer that just bought a car from you. Precisely the reason car dealerships gey a bad wrap, take your money and no follow up customer service!!!

I want to thank the folks at hh for being so helpful with my new sonata purchase. I have owned toyotas for 20 years but after Josephine had sold my daughter a sonata last year I decided to check one out. She told me about all the discounts hh is offering and steered me towards my best deal.She then arranged for me to meet with Bruce to work out a deal. He was very knowledgable as well and quite a nice guy. No pressure or nonsense. I had zero intention of buying at that time but wanted to start shopping for a car. He continued improving the deal till I couldn't say no so now I'm the proud owner of a 2015 sonata!

They made me sit for 3 hours just to buy a car. Yes I had a trade-in but I was not asking for a loan, I paid the difference. This is a sham. They get you so tired of sitting there and waiting you make stupid decisions just to get out. i.e. Overpay for the car and accept a lot less for your trade-in. This is pure manipulation - a game they are playing. DON'T BUY HERE because they are into tricks and abuse.

After getting the "old school" treatment at other dealerships it was refreshing to go back to Henderson Hyundai.
This time I was not looking for a Hyundai but a used truck on their lot. Seth was awesome I feel that he was completely upfront about everything and did not put any pressure on me to buy right away or sway me from what I originally wanted. I was able to get what I wanted for the price I was willing to pay. Thanks again.

Henderson Hyundai took great care of us. Tina Fuentes in Sales was FABULOUS. We had a very specific car we were looking for. She found it in another state and had it ready and waiting for us when we came into purchase. The GM was awesome as well! Sonya in reception was friendly. Very Terrible service experience, older Hyundai XG...

Very Terrible service experience, older Hyundai XG300L with only power steering issue at start-up. Thought Dealer (who had done all my previous service) would be more knowledgeable on older car so took in for diagnostics/repair this week. Explained to service advisor needed to fix ONLY that issue so concentrate solely on it, nothing else. What a waste, phone estimate came back with cost more expensive than value of car. Refused spend thousands for minor repair and when picked up car discovered very expensive list of issues that had nothing to do with power steering. When requested write-up explaining diagnostics findings got nothing but attitude, and demand for payment to release my car.
Was planning on new 2017 Genesis purchase later next year, but now NEVER at this dealership. Use my wallet to express total dissatisfaction with their dishonesty and greed.

We are new to the area and were a little concerned we would not get the same treatment as we did from where we bought our Hyundai, but after spending only a short time in the service department, we knew we were in good hands. It sucked I've both five cars from there in the last three years. Someone has opened 12 fraudulent accounts on my credit and Hyundai won't finance me. I'm going back this morning to see what happens. They are always super friendly and professional at Henderson Hyundai. I enjoy bringing my car in for service there. However, I have noticed one thing. The past two times, even though they said that they had set my tire pressure to the correct level. My tires had uneven air and I had to go to Discount tire afterwards to get the air pressure adjusted.

I brought my friend in to help her buy her first car. The only thing I asked the sales representative was could he insure me in a great first time buyer experience. If you are going to buy a car from this dealership you must see Jamal hashimi. He is experienced in sales and will awnser any question that you may need to make your experience excellent. I m a sales person myself and I am very hard to deal with when it comes to getting all the questions and objectives out of the way. Jamal was very patient with me and awnsered all of my questions are kindly as possible. Everyone here has always been awesome! My service advisor today, Will, was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me.
The one thing that did make me mad at my visit today-- went in for my first "free"oil change. The guy who did all of my final papeework when I first bought my car did not tell me about the two different types of oils that they use. Of course I want to use the best. It will, next time be close to $80.00!! Today my "free" oil change cost $32.00!!
Also, Michael Lombardi was who found and sold my car to me- he is the best!!

This rating is about a sales issue. The service people were great! Unfortunately I can t say the same for the Salesman Brent. We were waiting to finish service on our car and Brent offered us to trade in our current car for a new car. Which is fine. He almost convinced us but We had to leave for an appointment and it went all downhill from there. We thought about coming back there after the appt and he told us to test drive the car before. We loved it and we were very excited to come back later to get the car. But he said he made a mistake and the deal he offered was for the 2020 car. We test drove the 2021 that we were told at first.
Then he said to go drive the 2020 car to the appointment and come back later. Ps: he had to jump the car to turn on. Right there we didn t want the car anymore. We told him when we came back later we see what to do.
We left to do a hair cut and he didn t stop texting and calling us. Pressuring and asking what time we would be back. Very annoying!
Here is the text that he sent and messed up the chance of buying that car:

Us: We understand if you can t do the same price for the 2021. Thanks so much with trying to get the best deal. But to jump to 491 for the 2020 isn t worth it for us. We were planning to go around 450, 491 is fine for the 2021 but we re not as exited for the 2020 at that price. Thanks so much again.

Him: I'm not sure what you are trying to accomplish with these vauge texts. I honestly didnt take you two as the type to blow off our appointment. I stated multiple times if you ever had any questions or concerns to just text me and we can resolve it. I kept my word to you and your husband. I installed a Brand New battery from parts and had the vehicle completely detailed. I apologize it was empty so I made sure it had a full tank of gas for you arrival. Did I do something to upset you or your husband?

After that we returned his call and he yelled at us when we turned the offer down and he hung up the phone when we tried very nicely to explain that we don t want that car anymore.

Keep in mind we purchased 3 new vehicles at this location previously.

Don't go there to buy a used car. We were there for 4 hours, finally decided on an attrractive offer they got us, they did downpayment on my VISA to save me that car, We did paperwork and in process sales manager came and said, they cant do the price we before negotiated, it was a "mistake" and I have to pay 1,200,- more if I want that car. I got my downpayment refunded but it took me half a day off for nothing. Pretty unserious.

I know when your buying a car your going to have to deal with some less than honorable people but this place takes the cake! I have never been lied to so much in one night! Such a waste of time. All I can say is be sure to ask what your out the door price is. You might be surprised how much the price goes up. Over 12k in my case after all the ridiculous fees they add on.

Me and my husband we're browsing for a new car for about 2 years now, and were the kind of people that does a lot of study specs,price everything before we decide purchasing big ticket items and to add up we're not impulsive buyers. Thanks to the agents online Melissa and Ericka made us go to the dealership. We we're assisted by Bruce, after test driving 2 cars but can't still decide if we'll buy it or not since it didn't have the hatchpack and the color we wanted. We'll Bruce basically noticed that it matters to us.so he let us test drove the 3rd car the Elantra GT. We test drove it and we love it! We look at it inside out,and all we need is in there. Most of all the price is right and insurance is right thanks John. So it's the right timing, price and approach they used that makes the transaction a success :-)

UPDATE: No one from the dealership will return my emails or calls regarding the warranty refund. I was provided written documentation that the protecton plan was canceled and a check written to Henderson Hyundai--they have not yet applied it to my loan. It's been more than a month since they received the check.
Beware! The terms you agree to with the sales person is twisted when you meet with the Finance department. They push hard on the extended warranty--I said no 4 or 5 times--and he kept dropping the price and then harrassing me for not purchasing the contract. "Why won't you buy this? Don't you see value in this contract?" But, he wasn't really dropping the price (about $2000), he was extending the terms of my payments by 15 months!! He never said this. He scribbled out services I was losing every time he lowered the price. I told him I was confused and I didn't understand what I was getting for the cost,, and finally, I thought, "Ok! $10 more and get me out of here." UNFORTUNATELY I was totally swindled. He pushed the contract at me and never vocalized the change in months of payments (but it is on the contract that I signed so I'm stuck).

I have 30 days to cancel the contract but I had to get a form from the Finance department to do so. It took an email, three phone calls and a visit to the dealership to get that. In fact, I never realized the lenth of the contract had been extended until he pointed it out to try to get me to keep the warranty.

Also, as many others have noted, the free oil changes come with a hitch--you have to get all of your service done by them, AND they will charge you $160 for a $20 air filter during the 15K mile service contract. I think this is one of those dishonest dealerships you see on 60 Minutes - I would never take my car there for service as I wouldn't put it past them to loosen something or break something on purpose and tell me it'll cost $500 to repair.

Another story for your sales dept. My salesman Jamal made me feel like I was bothering him. I am a senior and a woman. He did not go over the vehicle with me to explain new things on the vehicle. Had to go back several times to have other salesmen show me how to operate dash computer,etc. He was always rushing me. Maybe that I is his style. Think he needs more training with seniors.

The only reason I give it 4 out of 5 is because it is so difficult to make an appointment. I get a free oil changes and car washes because I bought my car there, but there are almost always only openings during the day when I'm at work. Other than that, it is nice to not need to pay for oil changes!!

Service is reliable. Friendly most times. The wait for an oil change on a Friday morning averages about an hour forty five minutes. In my opinion it s much too long when I can get the same service at Jiffy Lube along with the same recommendations and coupons for less. I will try one more oil change to see if I make the switch.

Went to Henderson Hyundai yesterday afternoon and was looking to renew my lease. Walking around the lot looking at cars and Marland the sales lady approached me and she was very personal and not overwhelming like some car salesmen. I explained what I was looking for and she listened and I drove out with 2019 Elantra with the price I wanted to pay. It was actually a great experience and I was very happy. Excellent service on Marland s part. Definitely recommend Henderson Hyundai and if you get Marland then even better. Thank you!

I couldn't be any happier with my experience at Henderson Hyundai. I began at looking for a car online. I had made a few calls and I have to say the customer service Aija provided was the reason I chose to go with HHS. Aija helped me and was very resourceful and helpful with all my questions. She scheduled me to come in and when I arrived Anas greeted me with a smile and made sure I was well attended. He helped me pick out the right car and his knowledge is OUTSTANDING, I was extremely impressed. Danny along with Daniel made sure the finance portion of it was handled smoothly and were able to give me a great deal! From beginning to end, the staff at Henderson Hyundai was superb.
