In 2014, we purchased a new Sonata Hybrid at Henderson Hyundai. The finance guy fabricated so much information on our paperwork that it was difficult to verify. After speaking with the new manager, he apologized and offered us free oil changes for life and an extended warranty, which I m sure got rolled into the questionable financing in one way or another.
Last year the car started having issues that was covered through the extended warranty. I brought it in and they said they would go through the warranty company to approve the repairs. After two weeks of the runaround, I called the warranty company myself and got pre-approval. When it came time to fix it, they told me they need to order parts etc. and it would take longer. I then decided to take my car to Hyundai of Las Vegas.
I spoke to Rodrigo and he said to come right in. The car s information is in the system so he had no problems getting the repairs approved and quickly took care of my vehicle. I drove my car to their service area and their friendly team immediately came out to greet me. I ve never been disappointed with their service. It s clean and professional and Rigo keeps me updated throughout the repair process.
Fast forward to today. I brought the car in to get my free oil change and I was asked if I d like to do my 75k mile service? I told them it was already done at Hyundai of Las Vegas. I was then told I would have to pay for the oil change because they only give free oil changes if I get services performed here! I was NEVER told that that was a stipulation, only that it needed to be done in a timely manner. I will gladly spend my money at any dealership besides this one. Totally unprofessional and dishonest!
The best compliment I can give this dealership is to Delfino. He always has a smile and sunny disposition. He makes everyone feel welcome and his professionalism has not gone unnoticed.
In recent months I started to notice an issue with my 2018 Hyundai Tucson of under 13K miles. it seemed it would shake at times sporadically when I was driving and then the issue would stop. Unfortunately, I was never able to duplicate the issue when I brought the vehicle in for inspection.
Debra Garrett is my wonderful service advisor. At every interaction Debra has been extremely attentive, professional, and always kept me informed of what was going on. Even after intensive and thorough inspections, the issue did not seem to repeat itself in order to be diagnosed when it was in for service.
Despite this, Debra was always reassuring, letting me know that if the issue occurred again I could bring it back so that it could be diagnosed. At no point did she tire of my questions whenever I would reach out to have this issue looked at further.The fact that I was not dismissed as some sort of overreacting customer that was nitpicking or imagining something that wasn't there really meant a lot.
When the shaking issue reoccurred and I was near the dealership, I was able to bring it by. Debra arranged for the lead service tech (I believe Eric is his name) to actually ride along with me in the parking lot and actually see the issue that I was referencing.
It may seem minute, but I truly appreciate that my concerns were listened to and addressed. Service facilities sometimes have a stigma of being a tedious and unpleasant experience. I could not be happier with the service from everyone and especially from Debra as my point of contact at Henderson Hyundai. My Tucson is driving now like it was the very first day I drove it off the lot at Henderson Hyundai. Thank you!

Service for this review is pertaining to a tire change. Appointment was requested on 08/12/2020, with appointment date of 08/19/2020. After arrival and being checked in I was notified that they did not have all four tires to be replaced, and to come back the following day. This was frustrating as the appointment was made in advance. When I came back the tires and alignment were completed, but not to a satisfactory level. My original tires were nitrogen filled, and the work completed are regular air. Upon asking manager, James, it was conveyed that they always replace tires with regular air. As well, when tires are maintained during winter months the protocol is to fill nitrogen tires with regular air. Yes, they are stable together, but a consumer paid for nitrogen air and a dealership should continue that process. In calling other dealerships such as Hyundai of Las Vegas and ABC Hyundai they do hold true to these processes. Lastly, there was a misunderstanding between a verbal quoted price from 08/19/2020 and the price charged. Hoping this review will help customers to look at other dealerships. Especially since money is tight during a pandemic and services rendered are not at a satisfactory level.
Been coming here ONLY for my car maintenance since I purchased in 2014. Every oil change I have been to has taken 2-3 hours. It feels like because of my age they don t treat me the same as all the old people that go here. I even go with my son and they NEVER say hello or anything. Will never purchase here again
If you want to be treated like a human being then this is where you need to be. I have never dealt with a salesman and finance team so awesome in my entire life. Jeff, you have my utmost respect and gratitude. Regardless of the difficulty of my situation you kept going back to the finance department to try something else. I can't remember the finance guy's name and I apologize for that but I am also grateful to you as well. Either one of you could have said at any time, this guy can't be serious and just gave up on trying to work something out but you didn't until all the options were exhausted. Even though my credit score and the negative equity on my trade in made a deal nonviable you never treated me as less of a person.

Came here to get a car wash and make an appointment for my next service. I usually go to Centennial Hyundai because it's closer to my house, but I work around the corner from this location, so I thought it would be easier to get my car serviced here. The guy outside told me the car wash was down, so I walked inside to make my appointment. There were 5-6 people walking around, but only one was helping someone. There was another lady waiting to be helped, and no one offered any help. I waited, but still people walking about and no help being offered, so I decided to leave and call my usual place for an appointment. As I'm driving away I see guys washing cars, after I was told the car wash was down. Never coming back to this location.
I cannot speak to their sales but their service center is untrustworthy and will not admit to their mistakes. I had the unfortunate experience to have went to the service department to have some remote programmed. I signed a paper authorizing my car to get worked on and did not notice that it was also a signature of the walk-through which was not done on my car with me present. When they brought my car back for me to pickup, I got in on the driver's side and never even see the passenger's side until I had gotten home. I saw that somehow someone at the dealer swiped either a car or a something but my right rear fender and bumper were scraped and had this brown marks on it. Keep in mind that I did not stop anywhere prior to coming home from the dealer so this could have only happened at the dealer. When I went to the dealer they acknowledged the damage but they would have to look at the walk-through before they could make a decision primarily because they couldn't readily locate my Repair Order. I told him that walk through was never conducted with me! After not hearing from him for over 2 weeks I went back and talked to the service manager and after waiting for about an hour he finally produced the Repair Order he showed me the walk through with the damage noted to my right rear fender but it also showed numerous damages that did not exist! All I CAN SAY IS BEWARE!!! MAKE SURE YOU DO A WALK THROUGH INSPECTION BEFORE AND AFTER RECEIVING YOUR CAR!!! THEY WILL LIE AND COVER THEIR ASSES SO THEY DON'T HAVE TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DAMAGED THEY DO WHILE THE CAR IS IN THEIR POSSESSION!!!

In 2008, I purchased a 2007 Hyundai Accent from this dealership. The problems started immediately.
I was told that it was a dealer demo, and I would receive full remaining warranty; only to discover years later that I only got the used car (half) warranty.
Recording gas mileage, I noticed I didn't even get 25 mpg with mixed driving (rated 27/32). After months of dealing with them, I was informed that it was too low, but they couldn't do anything about it.
It developed an unusual click on accelerating. Dealing with the dealership for months again, and eventually the regional service manager. He informed me that the rubber seals on the sway bar are not designed for this environment, and that they had worn out and that was causing it. They could not replace the parts "until they broke , but if I replaced the seals with polyurethane ones, it would solve the problem.
Shortly before my (half) warranty expired (47k), the blower fan stopped working completely. They replaced it and, when asked, told me that the replaced part had a 1 year warranty on it.
Several months later (after my standard half warranty expired, 52k) the car stopped running properly. I could not determine the problem, so I took it in for diagnosis; also explaining that the new blower fan was vibrating and sounded like it had a problem. The catalytic converter had broken, but carried a separate extended warranty and was replaced. They were unable to determine the running problem and returned it to me still almost entirely undrivable. I discovered that a spark plug coil had gone bad, and replaced it.
Less than a year later, the blower motor has begun to fail again. I returned to the dealership to get it corrected, only to be told that the replaced part carried no warranty past the original warranty, and that their notes recommended replacement last time it was in.
Upon performing the 60k mile service (belts, just under 60k) I have discovered that ALL idler and tensioner pulley bearings are worn and need to be replaced already. I can only assume that it is because "they aren't made for this environment"
My experiences with Hyundai, Henderson Hyundai, and the car itself, have all been absolutely reprehensible and inexcusable.
Me, my family, and my friends will NEVER purchase another vehicle from this dealership, any related dealership, or another Hyundai at all.
I've been working with these guys for about 4 months and almost every time the service is flawless. We bought a 2017 Santa Fe and there have been no issues, we really like pur car. The only negative experience was towards the end of our purchase when we were speaking to the finance person. We were on the phone with our insurance provider and trying to figure everything out but were running into a couple issues. It was getting late and the guy clearly wanted to go home but it was important for us to get everything squared away. He asked to speak to the insurance provider so w3 handed over the phone and he was a little bit disrespectful to the woman on the phone and hung up on her even though we were in the middle of trying to figure something out. We were rushed out by him. Everyone else was very helpful and I still give a 5/5 because everyone else has been dedicated to giving us the best experience possible. I have never had such an enjoyable experience when buying a car, and my dad even bought a newer Santa Fe and had a great experience. If management can keep an eye out for the very few (in my case only 1) employees that need a little nudge to ensure good customer assistance this place would be even better. Salesmen who didn't even know me continuously asked if I needed help and didn't hesitate to get me where I needed to be.
My husband and I love dealing with Henderson Hyundai. We feel that they are the best dealership in town. We have bought seven cars from Jason DaSilva. He always treats us like family!! His customer service skills are outstanding. Even though the dealership is closed on Sunday's, he always has time to answer any questions we may have regarding upcoming service on our cars. We highly recommend giving Henderson Hyundai a visit, be sure to ask for Jason.

Our salesperson went over and above his job to make sure we were treated with respect! He also made sure we left with the vehicle we wanted and made sure our payment was where we needed! Also the finance manager was the most efficient,pleasant person we ever have had anywhere.

I have been posting about my experience with Henderson Hyundai and here is an updated.... The previous issues have been addressed and resolved. Some body damage that could have been from towing or shop has been repaired by Hyundai no charge to me. A new issue... Rodents have attacked and chewed some wires doing over a 1,000 damage. We had Insh. Cover it. It happened again, exact same spot pluss a couple more. We paid $2,495 cash on Fri drove home. By Monday it happens again. Back to the shop and I called corporate. In short, everyone was concerned about this. Chris at the service desk got everything moving and told me who to call to get the car back to the shop. Corporate listened and said they were going to look into this because it was exactly the same 3 times. Today, Jim told me there will be no charge and they are going to try fix it different so hopefully the rodents won't get it. I am starting my own campaign at home as well, death to all rodents. I feel Hyundai has really listened to me, even when I am a bit heated, and they are truly looking to help me the best they can. I recommend this dealership.

Service advisor, Amber Thompson, was so great to work with. She always called to keep me informed on what was going on with my car. She was my advocate with the extended warranty company, and was always so professional and super sweet. I have had such bad experiences at other car dealerships in the past, and I have to say that Amber and Henderson Hyundai have my business for life !!!!
This is my best experience buying a car told Chris what i wanted from the car to the payments and he listen worked with me never tryed to up sale me anything like past experiences. This is the second car I bought from Henderson Hyundai. First car was a 2003 Tiburon that has lasted me over 13 years without any problems! The car I bought this time around is the Turbo Voloster and the salesman that sold me the car was Eugen. What I liked about the sale is it went very smooth. Got the at 10am and drove out with my new car a little before 12pm. No haggling no hidden cost. If you don't want to waste a bunch time. Ask for Eugen. He's very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and not pushy. Another good experience with Hyundai Henderson. Thank you!

This place gives people false hope about trading in your car. They always like to get you to put more money down that you have. They only care about making money, not the customer. They have you come down, run your credit to tell you that you need $7 or $8 grand for down payment, plus your trade in. False Advertisement!
I stopped here with my parents to look at a new car, and was disappointed by the salesman. He needs to learn listening skills! After we told him what we were looking for, he showed us something else. Finally, I asked for a new salesman to show us the model we were looking for. Parents were annoyed about wasting time, and we decided not to buy from this location.

the worst car dealership i've ever encountered. stay as far as you can. my sales person was fired the day after i purchased my car. the service dept. will make up problems to increase the total, oil change is no longer free anytime as promised, loaners are no longer available and scheduling a service is days in advance. all in all, look for someone else....

Took my immaculate 2 year old 18,000 mile Accent SE in to trade for a brand-new, fully loaded, Elantra GT and they offered me $3,500 for it (I walked).
That wasn't the only bad experience at this garage. I have been here four times and every time has been a nightmare.
Everything Leland Smith has said below about the high pressure sales tactics is true. I experienced it each time I went in, over a two year period, so it isn't just a one-off, or a particular salesman, it is their policy.
There are two other Hyundai garages in Vegas, both are better than this one at Henderson.

Liars! Misleading advertisement is what they do to get you in and make you buy a car from them. "Free" lifetime oil changes are a scam! Today went to have my oil changed and was told by John (service adviser) that unless I do 15K service on my car, they will not do free oil change. Typical hostage situation. Guess what? These guys won't see me again. They can shove their "free" oil changes up their A$$.

I was in the market for a new vehicle because my clutch had just went out on my Genesis Coupe. I did some research online and talked with Josephine before coming into the dealership. I got to the dealership and was immediately greeted by Andrew and had an instant friendship-like connection with him. I really felt at home with him. He went above and beyond what he is expected (in my eyes) to get me in the vehicle that I wanted. Andrew and Josephine worked together to make sure I took home the car that I wanted and didn't settle for anything less. From start to finish, everything was absolutely wonderful. I also worked with Noe in finance who was very knowledgable and efficient in getting all paperwork done in a timely matter. Thank you to the entire Hendo Hyundai team! We had first visited another Hyundai dealer in the Las Vegas/Henderson area and were treated so badly. We then drove to Henderson Hyundai and were pleasantly surprised as the salesman treated us with respect and really listened to what we needed. We purchased a new 2015 Hyundai Sonata and a used 2006 Ford Fusion. The salesperson Alli was great. He actually listened to what our needs were and helped us accordingly. We feel that this dealership really had our best interest at heart. They did a complete check of the used Ford and put 4 brand new tires on it for our safety. We are very pleased with the service we received from Alli and the dealership. The general manager was upfront with us regarding what they could and couldn't do for us and met us in the middle with payment amount. We are very loyal customers and have been with Nissan for 30 years. This was a real jump for us but we feel good about it so far.
Casey McKenna is a wonderful sales agent, Benny in service is always great and helpful Nick in finance is also a great asset to HH and they all are friendly, courteous, and helpful. I would recommend Henderson Hyundai to everyone to shop at for a new or pre owned vehicle. It is definitely an enjoyable, stress free experience. In fact, it is quite enjoyable which is a nice change from other dealerships that are "pushy" & pressure you innto purchasing a vehicle you don't really want.

I have bought 2 cars here, and have had them both serviced here as well. Sales - well, you are buying a car - its stressful - but here, it was painless. I knew exactly what I wanted each time, and stuck to my budget (life lesson learned ) It was a painless, almost pleasant experience. For service - I am 120% satisfied. Bennie is awesome. I had an issue that took a few times to fix right on my Genesis, and he kept me in the loop at all times. He never pushes anything. I am totally satisfied.

I am disappointed that I dropped my car off this morning and just called now to see if my car was ready for pickup. I just got feedback that the representative called me and couldn t get a hold of me. I am puzzled. Now, I went in for ONE lightbulb to be replace and coming out with two that where replace. Call me stupid but, I remember I only needed one light bulb replace. I never thought that Hyundai would be so frustrating. All I wanted was ONE lightbulb replace not two and it costly! Beyond frustrated I am praying nothing more will go wrong with my car! $125.00 turned into $250.00!!!! Go figure!

The deal closer was a promise of a $500 rebate at funding. Well, its funded and I've made 2 payments and still no rebate. National says they can't control Henderson, but National dreams up the rebates!

Although the service department is great and I would recommend John, the sales people are thieves and liars. The car I test drove and made a deal on had a back up camera and blue tooth, the car they switched out on me had nothing it was a base model. And not realizing what they had done and being excited to get a new car I took it and was told there was no grace period to return it. So no I will not recommend anyone to buy here. Henderson Hyundai.
My experience was horrible. I bought my car in December 2016. It was a 2011 Hyundai Elantra. The sales man told me the dent on the drivers side door would get fixed and come to find out when I signed the paperwork they told me no they cannot fix it. My car since day one vibrated for no reason it would also shake bad at a light. I kept calling them and yes they did take it in to look at it but never gave me a answer on what was causing it. I finally got mad and when into the store to speak with Carlos and I was very upset. I told him something is wrong with my car and it needs to be fixed or I have no other choice other then to hire a lawyer. Carlos told me then go ahead and hire one. I've been so upset because I never know what else will go wrong with my car. They never solved the problem. I stopped calling the service department because nothing would get done. They also told me I would need to pay for there services they provide on my vehicle. I will never go back there again.
I highly recommend anyone who is looking to purchase a Hyundai to come here.
I originally went to Cenntenial Hyundai with two vehicles in mind and settled on one. I was told they did not have any 2016 Santa Fe Sport only 2017 and no other dealerships had them. After spending a few hours there, magically a 2016 appeared in the color and features I wanted. Needless to say, I did not purchase there because the salesman was dishonest and/or maybe he was told to say they did not have any 2016.
After doing another internet search, my vehicle was found and a friend directed me here. The Santa Fe Sport had all the features I wanted plus more. Ali is awesome!!! He is very professional, patient and took his time to review all the features with me. Ali went above and beyond to get me into the vehicle I came for. John in finance is great, went over my contract and did not try to hide any fees.

Bought a car got great deal but there service department needs alot of help
I went there because of the Costco auto program and that is the only dealership that has it. The sales person (Bruce) it seems to be bother of helping me with some questions about the program. (costco). Took the car for test drive and it was very hard to establish conversation with him. back at the dealership i felt i did all the work. i ask for several price range of 4 vehicles and i was giving 2. did not follow the instructions of the costco program. I bough the car because i got the price i wanted but there was no help from Bruce.
Love my new car and definitely recommend shopping here!
OMAR IS THE BEST PERSON TO BUY HYUNDAI FROM!!! we did a lot of research and heard so many great reviews about him that we really wanted to buy a new 2012 sonata through him. We did 90 percent of the negotiating through email and telephone and when we came in, all it took was finding the car and financing the car. He is honest, easy, and no-nonsense. I highly recommend getting a new Hyundai through Omar. He also gave us the deal we wanted, so we ended up with a new car, and with the initial requested price.
Becareful when buying here, shady. Everytime I have to come back for maintenance I have a bad taste in my mouth.

Service department associate Selene was amazing at her job. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products and services they offered in service department. I got quick Oil Change and was even offered a shuttle ride back home by Friendly Driver Eric . A hour in half later Shuttle Driver Eric was at my house to take me back to the dealership to get my vehicle. I also noticed they offered a free car wash afterwards. Very convenient.
