I am very disappointed with the service agreement Henderson Hyundai sold me on my 2013 Elantra GT. It lists many normal service items, but I have 17,000 miles on my car and all Henderson Hyundai has done is free oil changes which they offer to everyone.
They even charged the maintenance contract company for rotating my tires last time when I told them I didn't want it done and they did not do it.
Henderson Hyundai engages in fraud with both what they promise and in charging for services that were never done. I was told to call Josephine Gentry to resolve my problems, but my repeated calls have gone to her voicemail and gone unanswered. I guess the next steps are filing reports with the Better Business Bureau and Henderson Police department for fraud.
