Total scammers, over charged for repairs,tried to say vehicle needed repairs that weren t warranted. Took to another dealer who said three of the four repairs were not needed. Talked to service manager at Heinrich and he lied through his teeth. I ve bought two new vehicles through them, and leased one. Will never go there again.

Honestly from my sales experience to my service this place has followed through. They got me a great deal on my car after me hassling them for awhile. Today I had a flat shortly after leaving the service center the previous day. They stayed open an hour later to get me a new tire the following day it was absolutely amazing. If there was a less then poor to very unsatisfactory I would have chosen it. First I dropped off my vehicle at 8a.m. for a very slow check in, understanding that people are new and it takes time to gather some efficiency I did not concern myself to much. At mid-day I received a phone call barely able to understand the individual who called me and he abruptly told me that they could not find anything wrong with my vehicle. Considering that I dropped it off because the passenger side of the vehicle was soaking wet I could not believe that they could not find anything wrong. In complete shock I said OK, and after hanging up I had to double check the caller ID just to make sure that the call came from Heinrick. Later in the day I received another call that they cleaned a hose and everything was fine. Upon picking up my vehicle no one explained the services that were completed to my vehicle or the findings, I was escorted to your very cranky cashier and while I was trying to read the services that were completed on my vehicle I was snapped at that she needed that paper work back. I went to my vehicle the passenger side of the vehicle was still soaking wet, seriously I brought it in for this reason and you could not attempt to dry it. I let that pass again but after leaving the lot only to turn the corner and have engine lights click on and no acceleration in my vehicle I turned around and brought it back. I am disappointed in the services to rectify this situation I will never return to this dealership.

Friendly staff. Good service department, it's nice they ONLY recommend things that NEED TO BE DONE. (Or manufacturer suggests at X miles). I feel like they are very honest and prices are very good. Only reason I can't give 5 stars Is because booking a service appointment over the phone took WAY too long, took too much info from me and asked too many questions. literally took 4 mins. People expect 30 second....name, contact info, vehicle and date/time. I shouldn't be put on hold to check for recalls and asked about how well my wipers are working, etc etc over the phone.
<But, I'll still take my car there for now... and buy my next one there!>

never will i come back to this dealership, if you have wayne as your service tech, run. he called me and told me i needed new front brakes and roders when i brought my car their for an oil leak... also left me a voicemail saying my bill was $109 when we got there the bill was $200! we asked what he was charging me for since he didn t find the leak, they weren t even sure what they charged for. we agreed we would pay$61 because they did bring it into the shop and put it on the lift, then we were told we re the reason the machanics are getting pay cuts

They neglected to tell my friend about better warranties for her used 2011 Chevy Equinox and now they continue to tell her she has to pay for repairs because the warranty she was offered cost $3000 more but covers none of her problems. She just purchased the vehicle 5 months ago. Never trust them with your car buying needs!

Poor service department with lazy or uneducated duramax mechanics brought my 2014 3500 duramax in on 2/27/18 for a exhaust/fuel smell in the cab while the exhaust is cleaning or regeneration at stop lights. I looked up any recalls or tsb s on the truck and found a tsb PI0235H that is directly related to my complaint. First tom calls me and says they can t replicate the concern because at that time it wasn t doing a exhaust regen. I had to tell him that they could use the tech2 to make the truck manually regen. He also told me that the smell could be my spray on undercoating that I had done in November. I told him that there is a very different smell from diesel exhaust / fuel to my undercoating. He said they would manually regen and get back to me. The second call was to say that it was done they couldn t smell anything in the cab on there test drive and that the exhaust looks to be properly aligned per tsb PI0235H. I accepted the fact that they couldn t smell or see anything and picked my truck up. On my way home at the corner of transit and Lincoln at the stop light I smell exhaust/fuel in the cab funny how that s the first light I stoped at just like I explained. So I took the truck home and put it on my lift in my garage yes that s right I m a mechanic myself and have my own vehicle lift in my own garage and looked for the issue myself. This is from the tsb Condition/Concern
Some customers may comment on fuel smell and/or white smoke intermittently when driving the vehicle, usually after coming to a stop. They also may comment on a possible exhaust leak or on rare occasions a vibration/rattle noise at approximately 900 RPM. Upon further diagnosis, a technician may notice what appears to be an oily substance at the bottom of the turbocharger's exhaust downpipe.
The cause of this condition may be that the joint for the turbocharger to turbocharger exhaust pipe or turbocharger exhaust pipe exhaust downpipe connection may be loose or out of position. The fuel smell or appearance of an oily substance could be from the Hydro-Carbon Injection process used during the diesel particulate filter (DPF) regeneration event so when my truck is up on the lift I look at the turbo down pipe for a oily looking spot and I found it the clamp that holds the turbo down pipe to the exhaust pipe looks wet. I thought to myself was it that easy? So I started the truck on the lift and the exhaust was still regening so I was paying close attention to that clamp I suspected to be bad and Started to notice small amounts of white smoke coming from the clamped seal. Is condition is also listed in the tsb. The only reason I bring my vehicles to dealerships is for Warranty Work! I am now contacting a gm representative for the second time with this truck. The first was with spurr and I had to go in there shop and show them the fuel leak! What a ordeal that was so I think I will save myself the hassle and just fix the truck myself instead of dealing with people that don t want to do the job (I have pictures to prove my findings and I am sending them to the gm rep)

VIN - 2C4RDGBG1JR251499 stock 5598P- I had a pending sale delivery on THIS on 12.22.18. I put $5000 down and would pick it up on 12.27.18 per the finance manager, owner, and owner's son(I won't mention names easy to deduce). This is 2018 Dodge Caravan with 5400 miles, essentially brand new. The owner's son called me on 12.26.18 at around 7-7.30pm letting me know that the power windows functions on the new vehicle wasn't working. He also let me know that the THIS would be covered under Dodge's warranty. I thought it was a bit funny bc when I test drove the vehicle I noticed the master power lock function also wasn't working well and also asked them to verify and check this function as well. It may have locked with FOB, BUT not manually. I mentioned to the owner's son(sales rep) in "What setting or world do we sell vehicle as NEW or almost NEW(pre-owned) with 5400 miles and a 2018 model. I give you $25,000.00 and you give me a broken vehicle promising that Dodge would repair. Dodge could not promise that until they saw the vehicle(I called Dodge Transit town they just laughed). I have never heard of this and quickly realized that the van was brought into the lot as a nice pre-owned vehicle and intake used car lot clearly missed that it had functional issues wrong and failed. SO, instead of shouldering the cost to repair in good faith, they tell the customer to fix the vehicle under warranty AFTER I take possession, register it and of course buy it. I wish I could make this up. Everyone, I have shared it with think this is odd, EXCEPT the dealer himself(the owner, sales, and finance manager). I know this bc they told BBB review that "Dodge covers this stuff under warranty(meaning Heinrich doesn't want to) and of course bc I asked for a vehicle discount OR gas gift card, that the dealer did not decide to finish the pending sale. They back out of sorts".
ACTUALLY, my e-mail to the owner, went simply like this. 1.) Guarantee that if Dodge doesn't fix this thing on Day 2, that Heinrich WILL(WRITTEN guarantee). 2.) Give me a loaner at your cost. 3.) discount OR large gas card as a gift and for huge inconvenience, 4.) and the vehicle is given a FULL once over and certified of sorts with written inspection list in light of what I was told about doors and windows. Of course, owner denied all of this citing too HIGH a cost and too much to comply with. I'm equally assuming that he never thought a lowly car buyer like me would write an e-mail asking for the impossible in light of fixing a new vehicle on DAY 2 after delivery. A NICE gift for my wife. I'm not a big review guy BUT I had to file a formal complaint with the BBB as well as Google. I told Heinrich I'll continue to share in light of the shock of the experience and lack of client centered service. I'll inform the DMV as well in case they want to take a look at what they are selling. WHY? Too easy, the van was back on the lot, still broken, and of course no advertising that it is NON functioning broken windows and manual door locks too. WHY? Too easy, bc you don't sell cars like that. A little odd? Good luck with whoever buys this vehicle. My hope is anyone researching the VIN will pull up this review and read it prior to buying it. It's ALL about the money NOT the client.

(IF for some reason you are not convinced then just go to their lot, find the vehicle and VIN described above line and try the power locks and power windows).

Place is total garbage! Full of people only interested in making a few bucks and then some. I needed a repair done, I told them what the issue was, they said I was wrong and that they'd fix what they thought the issue was - took then an entire day to contact me and it was after hours, so when I got my vehicle, I got 5 mins down the road and car was worse than before! Of course it was after hours so I had to wait another two full days until they could work on my vehicle and I re-explained what the problem was - this time they listened to me... Finally I was once again contacted, but 10 mins before closing so by the time I arrived to pick up my vehicle and contest the highly excessive charges they batted their eyes and said "sorry our service department is now closed" - I pray no one has to deal with such terrible customer neglect. Appalling!

I don't mind buying a car there but if you have a problem they can't fix it. My sons Malibu is having electrical issues. Radio goes on and off, reboots, Onstar makes calls to people on its own. One guy called back so my son answered it and guy went ballistic. Apparently the car has been calling him day and night. Kinda hilarious if you think about it but the technicians don't have clue on how to fix it.

I know that's what he is paid to do but I felt like I was buying a vehicle from a friend. Everyone at the dealership made me feel like a VIP during the whole process. I will be back.

Hope you never have an issue with your vehicle!!...we drove four hours to their dealership for a truck that had a good price. Had a great experience with our sales team other than trying to get the owners manual for 3 months. We took the truck for an oil change at our local dealership and Heinrich had put the oil filter on so tight that Manginos couldn't get it off and we were told we would have to pay out of pocket for the repair. We called Heinrich to see if there was anything they could do for us and we were told they were opting out of any services because at first Manginos couldn't tell it was a GM filter due to being covered in oil. I replied with our concerns on how they couldn't help us with a fully covered warranty on the truck. Their response was sorry we are opting out of services. Thankfully our local dealer was willing to help us due to Heinrich just dropping us and they fully covered the repairs for another dealerships mess up. This was just poor customer service and to think we drove four hours to go to their dealership. Regretting it now and am truely thankful for Mangino Chevrolet not turning their back on us!! We are still waiting on the owners manual as well.

Recently bought a 2014 Chevy Cruze from them - Went there because I was preapproved through one of my credit cards to get an auto loan with them - first issue I had - they put my credit application through SIX other banks as well - ALL of which hard pulled on my credit, without telling me they were going to be doing so - rather than just through the one I was already approved for. I made the mistake of telling them that I basically needed a car asap as I was starting a new job with a hefty commute and needed something more reliable than what I had. So yea, I got kind of screwed, they probally could have gotten the price of the car down a little bit further for me, but knew I wasn't in a position to be able to say much anyway. Then I purchased an extended warranty and a service plan for the car since I have TERRIBLE luck when it comes to mechanical issues - was driving the car home, and realized that there was a bit of a jerk in the transmission it seemed to be sliding a little bit or something of the kind when I was accelerating and "creeping" forward, as well as being in Drive and rolling BACKWARDS if I didn't have my foot on either the gas or the break - so if I was at a light and took my foot off the break to start to accelerate, the car would roll backwards, almost causing me to get into an accident TWICE - I called them, exactly a week after I purchased the vehicle, to inform them of this and to see what could be done - I was told nothing, they already fixed the Recall on the transmission - Recall? I was never informed of ANY recall or service being done on the vehicle, the service history report they gave me showed NOTHING of the sort on there - then they told me they didn't have any available service appointments for me to even bring it in to have it looked at. NEVER going back there again - I will be trading this car back in at another dealership when it comes time to, and I will taking my service to another dealer instead. one that operates on INTEGRITY and HONESTY. - also, when I called the other dealership to set up the service appointment she had no problem getting me in right away, said that they will look at it for free, and also informed me immediately that there are MULTIPLE recalls on my vehicle that are closed, but they may have been done incorrectly and that they will make sure it gets taken care of - ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT !

Wanted to trade in my 09 Silverado and start leasing a 2019 Silverado. After going to West Herr and getting high balled I thought to go see if Heinrich could do any better. The first offer I received from Heinrich was better than any offer I received in the three hours I wasted at West Herr. Heinrich was willing to go even lower! I was overjoyed to make a deal with them. The staff was super friendly and willing to accommodate. When my wife s lease is up at West Herr we plan on giving Heinrich ALL of our business. I would recommend them to anyone!

I am so thrilled! I just leased a Chevy Equinox from Heinrich Chevrolet! I love this car! It is solid, and I feel very safe in it. The whole crew at Heinrich was wonderful and so fast! Efficient, mannerly and smart...that is how I describe everyone there, from my salesperson, Nick Quartararo, to Tom Colona, the financial guy and of course, Debbie and Charlie, the honest-to-goodness Heinrichs! The extra features on my Equinox 2.0 LT are awesome. Heated seats, back up camera, side zone alert mechanisms built into the side view mirrors and a host of great additions with the I-Phone and OnStar! I am confident that I made a great choice going to Heinrich's and working with Nick.

I was very impressed with everyone at the dealership. They were very knowledgeable and helpful in finding the SUV that I wanted. Even though it was a busy day at month end, everyone was easy to work with and I did not feel rushed. I have driven my car for a week and it is exactly what I wanted in an SUV. The service department has always done a very nice job for me. They have gone out of their way to make sure my car is operating properly and using my warranty when appropriate. It is nice to deal with a WNY, family owned business.
