I set up an appointment via your website, and when my mother went to drop my car off (I was at work), there apparently was no record of my appointment. I had also asked for my key fob batteries to be replaced but that was not done, being said there was no error code . When I got back in my car, I had the dead key fob battery message on my dash. Not too happy about my experience.
