Brett worked with me and got the number I needed to make a deal!

Went in for a simple oil change today. Was told within the hour. My trucks oil change was done in 50 minutes great. Wrong, I had to wait another 45 minutes and see my truck sitting there because nobody could do my paperwork. I can't believe that someone else doesn't follow up. So I waited till there service guys lunch was over even though my paperwork is sitting on his desk. I ask someone else and they said they can't help, as he basically ignored me.

Went Heinrich Chevrolet for my complementary free State inspection (bought the truck there last year) made the appointment yesterday, took my truck in with my trailer, got both inspected and was out in less than hour, no issues, that's what I like!

Although I'd previously had a negative experience in the service dept at Heinrich, Sean Kelley oversaw the oil change and subsequent other minor problem that was duscovered when I brought my car in today. He was very efficient, professional and expedient in getting the job done and making sure that I was satisfied with everything. As long as you keep people like Sean on your team, I'll feel much better about continuing my relationship with Heinrich.

They seem very pleasant and happy to see me when I walked in.

If I could give them 0 or even a negative star review you had better believe I would. In September of 2015 we had the throttle body replaced on my 2008 Chevy Impala with less than 60,000 miles on it. I did get reimbursed for the throttle body a few months later because there was a recall on that particular part so I got my 536.00 back. Six months later and less than 3000 miles later the exact same think happens exactly they tow it in (at no cost) and then tell me no its not the same thing (but trust me its did the exact same thing) it cost me 650.00 more dollars and they said they did a new wiring harness. So either they were wrong with the first diagnosis or the second but I have complained to the main office GMC what a joke. I told them I was never buying another Chevrolet that it is a money pit and they're attitude was oh well no skin off my back. I have called everyone I can think of including the Attorney Generals office I e-mailed the television stations with no response. so far. I will go back to Dodge or Ford. I have a 2002 Explorer Sport with over 100000 miles on it I trust more.

I worked for this company for a week and it was the worse. The employees let me know that they did not hire black people and they were surprised I was hired. The owner wife Debbie called me in the office when I clocked in and said they're letting me go, it's not working. But you're a great worker it's not you honey. If you need us for a reference don't hesitate.. this is the reason why us young single black people with no kids and not on government assistance can't survive . People like them who take their blessings for granted make it hard go us

In the past I have purchased quite a few vehicles from Heinrich. My salesman switched dealerships and I followed him. He couldn't find the truck I wanted because of lack of inventory. I looked at other dealerships and saw a truck I really liked at Heinrich. I stopped in and met salesman Mike Porth. He by far exceeded my expectations and provided me with the most enjoyable vehicle purchase I have ever experienced! I will definitely return to Henrich Chevrolet for my next vehicle purchase.

Since getting the car in April 14th 2017 it is a 2017 car now only has 4,900 miles on it and I had check engine light come on well June 6th I took it in to service after waiting 2 weeks for the service appt to be told it was o2 sensor and here it is and 1 month exactly and my check engine light is on once again the car buying process was easy but the service aspect is not deff going to a different gm dealer this time to get it fixed

I recently purchased a 2011 Chevrolet Silverado truck and as someone apprehensive to the whole experience my sales consultant nicholas quartararo did a great job getting me into the vehicle I needed.

I was treated very well at Heinrich. I was greeted by multiple people upon entering the sales room and settled on completing my sale with Brett N. With his and Jen's help I was able secure a newer used vehicle within a week of starting my search at several local dealerships. They were patient and offered refreshments and did not seem annoyed that I had to bring my children with me on one of the visits I needed to make. After looking on the website and finding a few vehicles that fit our needs, my wife and I decided to give Heinrich a call.
We have a very active 3-year-old that would not have been able to sit still at a car dealership (tried and failed in the past) When I called I was helped by Jason Cammelleri and he said it wouldn't be a problem and suggested logging into the website to get things started.
We already had a short list of vehicles that we were interested in. I told him what they were and he called me back about an hour later.
He had the car, a 2012 traverse, and the deal ready and waiting for us to take it for a test drive.
All this before even stepping foot inside the dealership.
After a quick spin we knew this was the car and the dealership for us. A brief wait and a few signatures later we were headed home in our new-to-us vehicle.
Jason even stayed late to help us finalize everything and even braved the cold to put the plates on. (the weather was single digits that day too)
Then, a few days later we found that one of the headlights had blown and there was a problem with the headlight switch and a piece of trim. I called Jason back up and he was able to squeeze us in and we got it all taken care of at no extra cost. We couldn't be more satisfied!

I have purchased many vehicles at Heinrich Chevrolet. This was my first time with a different salesperson. Nick Q was great. We setup an appointment on the phone, he had everything ready when I got to the dealership and we were able to complete the entire new car transaction in a little over an hour. I am extremely happy with my new truck as well as the purchase experience. Would definitely recommend Nick as well as Heinrich to anyone looking for a vehicle.

I wanted a brand new Trailblazer after seeing a black one that I loved. There are not many around but my husband contacted Donny Boyle knowing that he would go above and beyond to find one. Well, sure enough he did! He found the exact one I wanted, located it and had it in the parking lot for me in less than 5 days and at a very good, reasonable price! I couldn t believe it because with everything going on with the pandemic I know that dealerships are not getting many cars in at this time. If anyone wants to work with someone who will go above and beyond to get them exactly what they want in a car I highly recommend Donny Boyle. No one will work harder for you I guarantee it. There is a reason he s been around and respected for years. He goes out of his way for the customer while other salesman and dealerships could sometimes act like they could care less if they get your business. He just isn t in it for the money but he wants happy customers who will WANT to come back and I definitely will!

First time I have had to use the service department and no one can call me to let me know they were going to have to keep my car over night. I call to see what's going on a service person says im gonna find out and call you back soon, and never does. Not too happy for this being my first experience and I purchased two cars from them in one day.

We just leased a 2020 Chevy Equinox LT through Heinrich, and Tony Heary. This is our second dealing with Tony, as he was the salesman that dealt with my son who purchased his first vehicle last December. We were very pleased with the service, that we chose Heinrich and Tony, for the lease of the Equinox. Just have a couple of follow up questions, that I hope will be taken care of shortly.

There service department doesnt want to do the work. Took my brand new 1 month old 2500 hd in because when it rains the headlights fill with water and fog completely up. They told me that theres nothing wrong with them they will do that. Also had them look at the running boards to adjust because after they undercoated the truck every time I got in or out you would hear a cracking sound. They said nothing they can do for that also even though it never made that sound until they undercoated the truck. Just stinks spend 57000 and they dont care very poor service department.

They ordered the wrong part for my vehicle, and then had to reorder, which was then a broken part (purportedly), so the final part (on the 3rd try) did not arrive for 9 weeks, in the meantime they put my in a loaner vehicle 1/3 of the value of the car I was leasing, though I was guaranteed this would not occur. It was the worst vehicle experience ever. I think I should be compensated for all the money wasted on a lease I could not use because of this poor customer service.

We purchased our used Silverado several weeks ago and couldn't be happier. Chase Collins, our sales rep. handled everything in a professional manner and we will recommend him to our family and friends.

I recently leased a 2017 Silverado from salesperson Catherine Hienrich. Catherine was on my side during the whole bargaining process and achieved 99% of my desired goals. I purchased a Chevy Blazer with Heinrich Chevy. Zach and the sales staff were awesome when it came to making my purchase, the exact model and specs were on the floor when I came in and the sales folks took the time to move the cars around and let me drive the exact model that I have sitting in my garage today!
Zach was very accommodating given my hectic work schedule and was able to help set up the financing and other relevant details via txt, making it very convenient for me.
I will be doing all of my future purchases from Heinrich and send everyone that is looking their way.

Happy customer, My experience at Heinrich Chevy was a pleasurable one. Chase Collins my sales person was friendly, knowledgeable but not pushy in any way. When I walk in Heinrich's I feel comfortable, I told my wife it feels homey in there. everyone gets along and helps one another. I will be a repeat customer. My husband purchased a new truck and I purchased a new 2021 Blazer. From start to finish, the customer service we received was outstanding! Tony Heary was extremely knowledgeable and awesome to deal with. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and made buying our new vehicles a pleasurable experience! My wife purchased a new Trax from Heinrich chevy. She was very pleased with the experience. The salesman, Mike Porth was very polite and worked with her to get the Trax at a great price and 0% financing. He helped her link her phone, set up OnStar and answered all her questions.

I m a little concerned that I just had brake maintenance done on my vehicle new brakes installed, etc. 2 months ago and was still told I needed brake maintenance completed which cost $99. I am not sore they really looked at them and just went by the service in the computer done at Heinrich. I was also disappointed that the work was completed to update my radio without calling me with the cost first. I just to purchased an update directly from Chevy and now I do t even know if it was the same update...I may have paid twice for the update!! My ask was for them to look at the Bluetooth because I was having phone connection issues...then was told the radio was updated?

I had a great experience with Larry Bryer and Bryan Fox. I let Larry know what I was looking for in a vehicle, he called me when one came in that matched that criteria, I went in and test drove it, liked it and was driving the new truck home literally 2 hours later! Fast, efficient and professional service!

we really had a good time buying our truck. the sales people and others we met were friendly and eager to help. we highly recommend them. we had a couple of problems , after the sale but they all did what had to be done and all is well.

This was my first time buying a car and I was a little anxious about it! The original salesman was inconsistent one day I heard one thing and then the next day another...I had very little credit experience so I bought a used car and Paul Walker who is not even a sales associate there anymore assured me I had no worries and for the most part I liked my car except for the overwhelming smell of smoke it had in it and I am not a smoker (but I was optimistic) until 8 months after I took it back to be maitenanced and the mechanic told me I needed over a thousand dollars worth of work and that was just right then and there and I would need another five hundred on top of that..when I called Heinrich the lady was very nice..that's one thing they are is nice..I'm not sure about honest! She said well maybe we can discount the parts and because I had already given over two hundred dollars they sent me a discount of a whopping nine dollars and then she says maybe I can get you into something newer!..Goodnews right? Wrong! She proceeds to tell me that the car that I originally payed 6,000 dollars for that at 24% interest rate I still owe over 6000 for it and wait it gets even better my car is not even worth 5000 dollars and I haven't had it a year!!! So not only did they sell me a lemon to get me into anything newer I would need 1500 down though I have never been late on a payment! Ever! She never followed up with me because she knows as well as I do they screwed me! The Bank Manager then was the one who suggested the car..oh Ms. Britt your in good hands I have the perfect car for you! Yea right! And I originally did not want it but I got it due to needing a vehicle! Patience is a virtue and I regret this purchase I WILL NEVER recommend Heinrich to family or friends! It was the worst experience I have ever had! But the people are nice..even though they make a mockery out of hard working people who are trying to live within their means! They are in fact nice..Ba Humbug!!! If I could I would give zero stars! But thank you for the lesson learned!!!

The dealership had a welcome, warm environment, everyone greeted me with a smile and a hello. I was helped right away and was able to test drive and purchase my new car quickly. I love my new 2021 Trailblazer! The one i wanted was in stock and had all the options on it I wanted. Thank you Heinrich Chevrolet Corp. Never use this company for your car buying or servicing needs. They will rob you blind. My co-worker purchased a used Equinox 5 months ago and it has been problems from day one. They continue to rig repairs and demand a $135 diagnostics fee for the same problem that keeps occurring. Please spread the word about this company.

Just purchased a 2013 Buick Verano from here and my experience was like no other. The sales man, Nick Q, was very professional, personal, and overall a great salesman. He told me everything that I needed to know. I would recommend him to anybody, 11/10 he was amazing.

Everyone seemed nice, but as usual it was a totally different group I got to deal with. Everything went well, I just wish Heinrich could keep their staff. I cannot understand the constant turnover, it is really my only reservation in more strongly recommending Heinrich. Hopefully I will finally be able to deal with the same service advisor twice in a row. It would be nice to be able to establish a relationship like I have at West Herr KIA, being able to deal with the same service advisor, someone familiar with me and my vehicles. I met a nice new salesman as well. Everyone was very nice.

Just bought a vehicle at Heinrich yesterday. Norm Delavaga was a great salesman...he looked for two days to find me exactly the car I wanted. The team at Heinrich was friendly and did everything they could to make my dream car available to me. The best thing about the whole process was that Norm was not pushy at all. He was patient and understanding when I was indecisive and couldn't make up my mind!! I would definitely recommend choosing Heinrich for your next purchase...and ask for Norm!!

I was looking for a used car for my daughter. My wife and I went to Heinrich Chevy and Tyler Laubacker greeted us and assisted us in finding the perfect car for our daughter. We got to take it overnight to see how she liked it and Tyler and his finance manager, Paul went hard to work to get us the best deal on it. My daughter and I went to pick it up today and the delivery of the car was easy. It took about 45 minutes and we were driving away. Tyler and Paul made sure to answer and address every concern we had and made this purchase a enjoyable one. Definitely will purchase from them again. It was a 2005 Pontiac G6.

Don t fall for the typical salesman pitch. They will make false promises and sell you extra b.s. and then when it comes time to fulfill the extra they sold you they will find every excuse and extra detailed fine print to ensure they don t make it right. Do yourself a favor and spend your hard earned money at a dealer who keeps their word and is willing to keep a customer for life verse loosing ten and not caring. Very disappointed, will ensure family, friends and anyone I know does business elsewhere.

The only issue was that they didn't record my husband's information when he dropped the car off, so I got a call during a busy day at work. My husband had them switch out my telephone number for his when he went back to Heinrich to pick the car up.

Overall though, they were incredibly helpful and able to do all the work we needed.
