I'll start out by saying it was a pleasure to deal with a pleasant and courteous staff. I purchased a 2018 Traverse. I was a little skeptical when I walked in, being my first experience with Heinrich They were very generous on my trade allowance. With only a little back and forth dealing but thats to be expected from any dealership. My salesman Tyler did an excellent job putting the deal together and explaining the feature on my new vehicle At the end of the day when I picked up my new Traverse I was very happy. I'd recommend Heinrich to any of my friends.
