I really enjoyed my experience at Heinrich Chevrolet. The sales department is top notch and they got me amazing deals, no going back and forth. I ended up walking out with 2 new leases, one for myself and one for my husband (Suburban & Equinox). Years ago I had a bad experience there and said I'd never go back. I was headed to see my sister 500 miles away from my home when my Chevy Tahoe started overheating. Thankfully, Heinrich Chev was close by and I made it to their parking lot just in time (my water pump blew off right in their driveway). It was closing time for them but they took care of me anyways. A very nice lady even gave me a ride to my sister's house a few miles away. They got me back on the road the next day at a fair price. I was at their mercy and I greatly appreciated their honesty, friendliness and prompt service. I would give them my business again if I lived closer.

I purchased a 2001 Chevy Venture van from Heinrich Chevrolet in Lockport 16 years ago thanks to Charlie Heinrich who helped me get the financing I needed. I chose the Venture van to accommodate our growing family and couldn't have made a better choice. We drove my family in that van everywhere for school functions such as softball games and track meets, chorus and band concerts, musicals and dance recitals. We have so many memories of different events and everyone of them involved driving in the Venture van. It was a very dependable vehicle and always got us to our destination. Sadly however, 180,000 miles later, after driving two daughters back and forth to college in Oswego and Alfred, and driving to work all over Niagara and Erie county, and from Rochester to Jamestown, it was time to retire the old van.
Last year, my wife and I went back to Heinrich Chevrolet, in Lockport, to get a car for her to drive. We were introduced to a wonderful salesman, Charlie McClure, who was very helpful in suggesting the right car within our budget and we purchased a 2011 Chevy Cruze for her. So when I wanted to replace my Venture van, I went again back to Heinrich Chevrolet and asked Charlie McClure for his recommendation.
He was again very helpful and worked very hard to help me get the vehicle that was right for me at the price I could afford. Again, thanks to Charlie Heinrich and Charlie McClure, I was able to trade-in the Chevy Venture van and purchase a 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe. I just love driving my new SUV and am so thankful to all the staff at Heinrich Chevrolet for making it possible. I recommend anyone that is looking to lease or purchase a used or new vehicle to go to Heinrich Chevrolet for the best customer service in Lockport. They are AWESOME !!!
After a $1400 repair, I left the dealership only to have my vehicle break down the next time I took it out. I found out the problem could have been avoided but for an inexpensive hose that was rotted and in need of replacement at the time of the repair and they chose to let it go as it was not leaking at the moment. When my engine overheated while I was driving, I had my car towed to Heinrich. After the inconvenience and 2 days without my vehicle, not to mention the dangerous position in which I was placed, the hose was replaced. I was treated, however, as though I should have been grateful that I was not charged. Upon speaking to the manager when I picked up my car, I found that the other hose, which also should have been replaced to avoid the possibility of it s leaking and again causing engine overheating, was likewise not replaced.
I originally brought my car into Heinrich trusting that the problems involving the safety of my vehicle would be given the care and attention necessary. My trust in this dealership has been completely eroded and as I move forward looking to trade in the car for a newer one, Heinrich will not be a dealership that I will be looking at.
Tyler Laubacker was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and at no time did he try to pressure me into a purchase. The experience was quick and painless, which is not the same at all dealerships.
I found a vehicle online and made an appointment to test drive. Whole experience from start to finish was wonderful. Next day, the vehicle was in my driveway. Al was the perfect combination of friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy. I feel like we paid a fair price and I wouldn't hesitate to send family or friends here.

Tom Conheady, Charlie and the service department did an excellent job in getting to root of the problem of my 2013 Malibu as it was an unusual fix to come across in a new car. From day one, Tom and the service department tried their hardest to get it figured out and set me up in a loaner to assist in my situation immediately. The car I was interested in had been sold, so they gave me a wonderful deal on a 2010 Toyota Corolla for a lot less than the original price. They even worked with the bank to give me the best rate for my loan. I am extremely satisfied and I would definitely purchase another car from them when I have to. Your service worker Randy Poeller is very rude, and kept trying to rip me off. I know his prices and diagnoses of my car were inaccurate and unfair because I know a retired mechanic who said so, my car also tells me what my problem is. He kept insisting different, more expensive problems and one problem would be their fault because they fixed it previously! So smart, now fix that for free then!! The store manager came out after the weekend on Monday and he instantly looked at my mom with an attitude and said You NEED to put your mask on because the officer has already been here because of it with EXTREME RUDENESS. Not our fault that you don t comply with the law and got in trouble. Also you snuck up on us, my mom was going to lift her mask over her face. We just need to breathe sometimes! And then made a deal (his words) with us, that he will give me back my car for the price I approved $145.00 to run a diagnostic, (ridiculous price) if we promise to never come here again (Also his words). And we said that s a great deal. We re not planning to return anyways. I know a lot of people, and I have posted on social media about this location. It s terrible customer service and price gouging is ILLEGAL! Also that there are no African American employees ANYWHERE at this location, which you shouldn t treat a black customer the way you did & yell at me I m tired of your mouth from across the garage. I will be reporting to any company management higher than this! Thank you for the worst service ever.
I just bought a new equinox here, the deal I was able to get and the experience were great. My familu has always bought cars here and I wont go anywhere else. These cars are always dependable and never have issues. I was also extremely pleased with my salesman, Mike Porth, he went above and beyond yo help me in the car buying process and covered everything about the car. He also introduced me to many other staff members and showed me around the for when I need an inspection or oil change. I would 100 percent recommend heinrich chevy and I would also recommend using Mike Porth as your salesman!

I just watched a commercial about this dealership, and I realized I should tell my experience.
My lease was due at the same time I was diagnosed with cancer. I needed to have treatment immediately so I went into Heinrich to turn my car in.
I didn't know what the outcome would be with my diagnoses, therefore wasn't going to renew my lease as of yet. And I didn't know when I would be able to drive, if ever.
Heinrich Chevrolet would not accept my car back and would not help me in anyway. I was upfront and told them I wasn't able to start a new lease at that time but was willing to go to them if I was back in the driving public.
Needless to say...i would never go back to them, for how I was treated. And I am telling everyone I know by mouth and social media.
This was the best time of my life to be able to get a car from a place that make you fell like your hard work is to be looked at. I want to say please if you want to be look at with understanding ad kindness please come here loved my purchase , visit, and the way I was treated was lovely.

I dealt with Roger Haseley who went above and beyond to make my experience a delight! He would call me daily updating me with number crunches on a 2011 Avalanche while making sure I got the options that I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. He did everything in his power to make sure I was completely satisfied in every aspect! He even allowed me to take it home for the weekend for a feel out session. After oil change and tire rotation my car had grease/oil on the inside door and outside door handle. Tires were never checked for proper pressure. I had to go to a service station and put air in all 4 tires. My radio was messed up playing all hip-hop music. No sticker on window recording service performed. OnStar had to notify me of tire issues. Mechanic doing service said check engine light issue. After waiting it was determined NO issue.
Really needed a truck. Felt I was not going to get what my car was worth in a trade in but Brett Nogle made it happen! The best is yet to come: I am suppose to pick up my new car Jan. 2. A colder, snowyer day could not be had.
I call Paul and ask to delay pickup.

Great customer service! After 5 years with my favorite truck it couldn't keep going anymore. We decided to go into Heinrich Chevrolet to look for a replacement. My experience at Heinrich Chevrolet was excellent for the second time. Stephen found me the truck I was looking for at a fair price.
Old truck had bug n window shields said needed in new truck but they decided it was not part of the deal. cost over 300.00 And to top it off Im Very frustrated.. So they insisted to still make me pay. Got a new cover for the bed and besides not having any keys for it the guy dragged it over the side and put scratches down the side, tail light and back end! Sick to my stomach. A NEW truck has not a mark on it.. mine will never be like new because now they have to fix their mess and it will SURLY RUST RIGHT THERE FIRST!! Now driving it to show off w scraches n no key to cover... cant wait to see what the next update on here will be.. hum. Update less than w yes old and they had it's week to find out why engine light is on, got it back and it's on again. After the last oil change I told them it didn't sound right then the oil pump goes? Seriously?? Now this issue.. How can I trust picking it up again when you tell me it's fixed. I NEED RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION THAT WHY bought it!!

Our buying experience with Mike Porth was awesome. He had great customer service, asking us if we want anything (like water or coffee) which is very different from other dealerships that we have been to. He was honest and he did try his best to be able to meet what we were looking for, especially in lowering our monthly payments but still getting additional add-ons on the truck and SUV. Everyone was able to look into our needs and be able to give us the best pricing that they could offer. The paperwork was smooth sailing and we had no issues. Process was very thorough and we never felt like they were rushing us out the door. Over-all, a very positive experience.
Had the WORSE customer service at this dealership. They charged for repair of vehicle that was supposed to be covered by warranty. The owner was very rude and unprofessional, yelling and talking down when we tried to resolve this issue. Would NOT RECOMMEND doing business there!
My husband and I had the best experience this past week with Nicholas Quartararo and Catherine Heinrich. Service is good but it often takes too long and they don't seem to have great deals on their vehicles although some deals you see at other dealers are very limited and almost false advertising.

I'm from Lockport NY, I just leased a 2018 equinox in January 2018. I had a great experience working with Tyler and Patrick. They both provided great service and professionalism throughout the entire transaction. They were not pushy and did not attempt to pressure me at any point in the sale. The transaction went fairly quickly, they attended to all our needs and got us everything we asked for. I would definitely do business with Heinrich again in the near future. Couldn't ask for anything more!
