I've called them for five months with questions about my warranties that i pay for. Left over 20 messages not one call back. Today i demand to talk to a manager and get told certain things were not covered that were told to me at time of purchase were covered. It has been nothing but a hassle dealing with them. This is not the first issue I've had.

Arrived on Saturday morning at opening. Service writer was not sure he could get us in as he had only 2 servicemen . Told him we were on vacation carrying a truck camper in back of 2003 Silverado 2500 HD. He verified that he could determine the problem but not guarantee same day fix. Problem was front U-joint on main drive shaft was broken. So that we wouldn t have to stay in camper over weekend he got us in and fixed our problem. Our total time at dealership was under four hours including unloading and reloading camper. This dealership gets my highest recommendation for friendly and prompt service.
I recently just purchased a new Silverado, nick was my salesman he was very nice and did everything he could to get me a good price and good payment.. definitely will be coming back and seeing him again!
Just recently purchased my first car with Heinrich Chevrolet. They made the process both exciting and comfortable. Steve Toland (my salesperson) supplied me with all the information about the car and the purchase process that I needed. And Brandon (the assistant manager) helped us get all the details right! I am very happy with my purchase and will likely be back in the next couple of years to add a Camaro or Challenger to my garage. Can't wait.

Well for starters we began with my wife arriving and registering and letting the serviceman know she needed a the courtesy ride to work..... 45mins later she decides to check on her ride to find the driver and the serviceman just having a jolly time chatting and snacking.... he forgot to send the driver for her..... then they set up her pickup for the wrong time....finally the driver was a crazy bigot and a rampant psychopathic republican spouting murderous rants about Mexicans (hilarious for a guy working for a company that relies on mexican labor to be competitive) and the president...fyi you should probably hire drivers with at least a little bit of social skills. Not everyone who drives a chevy is a teabagger.... aside from all the people she had to talk to, the work was done fine. However, yeah, we will not be returning.

Heninrich Chevy is a bunch of slithering liars.. Bought my car there because they said they would take care of me, my car and my service (oil changes and scheduled maintenance) on a handshake..
So I go in for my first scheduled maintenance and they tell me I'm not a certified pre-owned car.. Talked with the salesman. Said in a joking manner. "This was 3 months ago.. I can't remember 3 days ago".. Real funny
Place is a joke. Wish I didn't buy from these idiots..
