After I have now learned that this dealership has massively damaged two of my freshly powdered 20 inch Vossen rims and probably even the coilover suspension was badly affected, due to improper installation of a screw that does not belong to this suspension, I am now the matter after several attempts to amicably out of the world, was forced to report this to the police and to hand it over to my office. Property damage + willingly accepting a serious accident, etc.

And then my company was given a totally lying revenge rating on Google. On threat, this was deleted again, but everything was denied.

I can prove anything and I have no reason to lie.

I had brought my BMW M4, which I had also bought there, to this workshop and had explicitly agreed in advance with the foreman, Mr. Liske, what everything had to be done (customer service, balancing the wheels, adjusting the lights and eliminating noises on the front axle) and that I I don't want my car to be driven afterwards, as I had an average consumption of over 27 liters during the last workshop visit and the engine was still hot 3 hours later.
Master wrote everything down and said that I would get my car back on the same day at the latest the next.
After 3 days I was allowed to pick up the car again.
Almost nothing was done!
Even customer service was not carried out properly. I only knew that 300ml of coolant was missing. They were still missing after that! As a customer you ask yourself what else has not been done.
Except for the small thing that, in addition to the noises that had not been eliminated on the front axle, I had new noises on the rear axle that were clearly attributable to a bent armature plate.
And the car was now pulling hard to the right. And the wheels were balanced in an amateur way.
So the beautiful car was brought back and added to the order that the track had to be adjusted. After only another 3-4 days I was allowed to pick up my car again.
Instead of practicing humility and eliminating the errors quickly and accurately, they only screwed the car 1.5cm high and claimed that the noises in the back came from grinding tires on the body. This only without traces of sanding and you could clearly see that my 20 inch Vossen rims were thrown onto the shield of the brake disc. This sheet is clearly bent to this day. The liquid was again not topped up. The car still pulled the same way to the right.
And 11km were driven with an average consumption of 27.9 liters! Against my clear wish.
The noises on the front axle persisted. When I asked why the noises were not eliminated, I was informed that the squeaking components were not original BMW parts.
When I wanted to know which component was squeaking and pointed out to the foreman that they were original BMW parts, Mr. Liske told me that they didn't know. So that's an absolutely unbelievable cheek.
So I took my M4 back with me, half repaired, and I'll never set foot in this workshop again with my other BMW.
Let alone buy another vehicle there.
In summary, it can be said that it is a bottomless outrage how you ignore customer requests and a decent job, damage customer vehicles and then not even bother about your mistakes and this takes almost a week and in the end generates 27.8 liters of consumption (see above) I never drive - and twice not with a cold engine!) and lets me go there a total of 4 times.

I'm really sorry for old Mr. Rhein who built it all himself and who certainly doesn't even know what has become of his life's work.

Appointments:
It was surprisingly quick. The vehicle was brought in the same day after the problem was identified. A plus for that.

Submission / acceptance:
As always, nobody feels responsible for serving their customers. The service lady on the phone and at least 5 consultants in the same room who prefer to smoke cigarettes instead of serving customers.
The car was brought into service due to two defects. Delivery was in the evening. With the delivery of the key, the acceptance was also completed. No asking whether you want to be notified or anything else.

The next day there was no (!) Call to the intermediate status or completion.
After two days I asked myself what was finally determined, what was done and the most important thing when I could pick up the car. After waiting forever on the phone, the response came "EGR valve replaced, vehicle can be picked up in the evening, provided you don't hear from me anymore". I don't do that anyway, I thought to myself ...

The best comes last:
When I picked up the car, the (presumably) trainee gave me the key and asked me what was being done on the car. Wouldn't it be the job of the workshop to give me qualified feedback on the repair instead of simply handing the key to the customer without comment?

Conclusion: The one problem is still there. I never had contact to the service consultant or workshop "master" and there is no information or feedback on the status or work carried out.

Unfortunately, this is not much better with the Pendant Stadel. BMW only takes its customers out. The service is getting worse and worse, and this car dealership certainly doesn't shine when it comes to communicating with its customers.

Only so much for potential customers who go there extra:
Prices this car dealership in the net names are negotiable fixed prices (so we were several times insured).
If then everything is tuned to their car, that's a matter of luck ... We were missing the winter tires and the cover for the trunk (both was still on the website! The "new" summer tires were 8 years old and quite down) However, was no reason for our seller to give only minimal discount .... No! As extras he wanted to calculate the missing!

Have brought my partner's vehicle to the workshop for an oil change. The hood cable was damaged, so that it can no longer be opened. After the damage was caused, we were notified by phone. When picking up the vehicle, I asked for a written confirmation of the incident, as the damage was not repaired, and was only rejected because the colleague was already finished, although we picked up the car at the agreed time. After we got no further information, we called again and were rebuked in an outrageous manner and it was suddenly denied that the damage was caused in the workshop. Apart from that, the bill for the service provided was also disproportionately high at around 500 and for the repair of the damage we will probably have to plan around 200 again (now of course no longer here). Poor service at an absurd cost, a shame that such a little thing leads to such an annoyance. And at "one of the largest BMW dealers in Germany".

In short, almost everything that can go wrong went wrong when I bought my car.

- The car was re-ordered as a demonstrator -> Condition after the 9000 km / 5 months was bad (several scratches on 4! Interior strips, approx. 15 stone chips in the front) Willingness to provide goodwill? After repeated inquiries, it was rather bad than right.

- The communication left a lot to be desired. After the first delivery, I was informed that I had to provide winter bikes within a few days, although I would only take over the car in summer.

- The vehicle handover had more or less taken place in the parking lot in front of the dealership.

- Car services agreed in advance were only carried out when the vehicle was handed over (waiting time several hours). Annoying with 500 km arrival and departure.

- Purchased parts and provided winter bikes were not in the house when the vehicle was handed over. After these were sent to the wrong recipient, they finally came after 5! Weeks with me.

- The vehicle registration was forgotten to give me - via the detour to the wrong recipient, it came to me after weeks.

- My front license plate was screwed so badly to the bumper that I had to get a new license plate.

How this company can hold up in the market despite its obvious unprofessionality, sloppiness and hardly any goodwill is an absolute mystery to me.

New vehicle was purchased from Heermann include retrofitting a trailer hitch. The hole for the wiring harness was milled too large, the built-in rubber plug contracts over time and does not seal the too large hole. This has ultimately led to the battery in the trunk under water and on the highway, the entire on-board electronics has failed (including power steering and brake booster). Clear evidence by BMW workshop that the installation was faulty, no interest in correcting the error or to participate in the costs. Simple reference to the expiry of the warranty although the defect with life-threatening consequences at installation was approved accepted. Behavior and quality for a BMW dealership more than questionable, so I strongly advise against a purchase and would buy directly from BMW

We could then pick up the car after 2 weeks! Of course not everything went smoothly here, the second key was not in the house, he sends it to us.
Even on the same day I noticed that the spray system is not working and something in the engine compartment klapper. I thought it was a check made before the sale?
Now it's up to BMW in the workshop and I'm curious what comes out! but even here you will NOT be notified if the car is not ready on the day! Call again ...

The key came then by the way when we telephoned back - after 6 weeks ..

Conclusion I would not buy a car here anymore. The advice the staff .. no - I think somewhere else you will be better advised. Cars and prices are great, that was the only reason why we chose this dealership.
