I leased a Mini and was given very friendly and competent advice from Mr Sahin. I was and still am very satisfied and can recommend Autohaus Heermann Rhein to everyone. The service and customer support after the deal is also very good.

A seller who would like to charge me an accident damage when I took back the lease, which also had the vehicle. However, it was repaired in the same house and paid for by the opposing insurance company. The seller didn't want to worry about it and referred me to the BMW hotline. Only the service consultant, who is not responsible for this, was interested in solving the problem and was able to find one after consulting the seller. Thank you again and the one star.
But what happened after 2 weeks shocked me and disappointed me deeply. I received a payment reminder for an invoice for a rental car, which I had never seen, let alone driven or rented. Incidentally, I had also not received an invoice.
In summary, I can only say that I will never set foot in this house again for no money in the world.

Actually, we just wanted to look at the current Mini Cooper including the electrical models, but were then so impressed by the unobtrusive competence of Mr Ilkay Sahin, his detailed descriptions of all the details and by a very good offer of an existing convertible that we were still so impressed bought just before Christmas.
The handover of the winter tires that were obtained at lightning speed also worked perfectly.
We would recommend Mr. Sahin to friends at any time.

I bought my wife a MINI F56 last year at the women's entertainer Tobias Knopp. How were with consultation, purchase and service very satisfied. Mr. Knopp had taken a lot of time for a professional, technically experienced advice. Particularly noteworthy is his sympathetic and humorous way, through which a - otherwise rather "stocksteif" running - car purchase is an experience.

After the purchase, he and his team are always available as contact persons for minor problems and questions. Solutions are fast and immediate.

Never again, dates are not respected, after cost estimate if you have already delivered the car for repair, you will find any damage and then it will take forever until the car is fertig.Ausserdem you have to beg all day so you will be called back to learn when the car is finally ready, but also that seems to be a problem, you will not call back. Because of such a "great service" I have to take my vacation. I have never experienced such. Unknowable, a disaster They do not drink coffee. Fingers gone.

In my opinion, Mr. Olaf Martin is not a good workshop master. A single catastrophe what happened during repair work, the workshop is not to be recommended.

I am totally disappointed that there are still many defects in the vehicle, and today I even get an invoice after the work was not completed.

We have already bought two individual minis from Tobias Knopp and are very excited. For every budget, he puts together a unique mini that you can only be satisfied with. I've never met a salesman who knows his products so well and brings that passion for the Mini.

The coffee is included and is freshly prepared. BUT ... No explanation of the bill. And especially annoying .. No bus ticket etc. If you live 12 km away, you can see how to get home. The service doesn't really work in my eyes and doesn't fit a premium brand.

I would like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to Mr. Kanlier, someone lives and loves his job here. From the first contact in December to today's handover of the vehicle (Corona-compliant, of course), everything went smoothly. Even just before Christmas, a parcel came under the Christmas tree to keep the anticipation of a great BMW going. All correspondence, whether email, phone or on site, was done very calmly and with a high level of professionalism. Nothing to notice of time pressure.

Actually, because of my experiences in my place of residence, I didn't want to have anything more to do with BMW. But the journey from Aalen to Heilbronn was more than worth it, that's why I now have the 4th BMW vehicle and so far (ok only 2 days) I am absolutely thrilled.

Apart from the fact that he did not respond to our requests and completely ignored our budget, he was nice (as a person) but intrusive (as a seller) during the consultation. I don't know if he's a very ambitious salesperson, but he made a negative impression on me and my partner. BMW could not win us as a customer.

Here the customer service is so good that I like to drop by for coffee.
Have ordered an X1 for my wife on Friday, as always Top Service At Herr Wahl.
Car was refueled for a test drive ready, before all the basic data which should include the car briefly.
After 2 hours of test drive true of Mr Wahl already all formalities conscientiously done.
Still signing and everything was done in 2.5 hours, so shopping is fun.

For customer service I can only say a call to Mr. Abele and everything runs perfect and really every time, thanks for that.

Simply bad service without direct will to solve. Only after repeated requests was active and has paid me for a Notrad deposited pledge of 50 EUR. As it turned out later, I should come back due to the short-term change of the parts service the next day what an additional trip of 30 km would have meant. Good service is different ...

Not recommendable! Rude, impersonal, and also unprofessional almost brash.
It shows that you as a private customer in this house but worth nothing.

Especially with the used cars we were treated extremely rude.
No coffee no offer explanation, just fast fast.
If you have a bad day as a salesman, that's okay, but you should not leave this out to your customers, and do not spend your time on your mobile phone.

We drove to this "appointment" to a local Mercedes dealership and bought there as well, because there was still a lot of effort.

Looking for a car for me we went to Herrmann & Rhein for my dream car Mini and bought a Mini from Mr. Sahin because of his excellent advice. After his offer for a test drive with a club man, it happened to my husband and he received a great offer from Mr. Sahin. Now we bought two mini's in three months. Now the handover has to be just as great. Until then, we are very enthusiastic about Mr. Sahin and the Hermann & Rhein team and the handling. That it stays that way.
