Have brought my partner's vehicle to the workshop for an oil change. The hood cable was damaged, so that it can no longer be opened. After the damage was caused, we were notified by phone. When picking up the vehicle, I asked for a written confirmation of the incident, as the damage was not repaired, and was only rejected because the colleague was already finished, although we picked up the car at the agreed time. After we got no further information, we called again and were rebuked in an outrageous manner and it was suddenly denied that the damage was caused in the workshop. Apart from that, the bill for the service provided was also disproportionately high at around 500 and for the repair of the damage we will probably have to plan around 200 again (now of course no longer here). Poor service at an absurd cost, a shame that such a little thing leads to such an annoyance. And at "one of the largest BMW dealers in Germany".
