So I was very happy with this dealership. I was with Mr. Ilkay Sahin. Mr. Sahin was always very open and of course extremely friendly when giving advice. Thanks to Mr Sahin's open advice, I decided to buy a Mini from this dealership.

For a long time I was looking for a friendly, reliable and competent dealer, regardless of the technical know-how. Unfortunately, many retailers, or rather, sellers, seem very unfriendly and condescending. Many readers will definitely agree with me. At least I never really felt comfortable.

Car is in the workshop for several days, but the customer is not informed that the car will not be finished by the weekend. No call, not even on Monday. According to own demand: "Probably on Thursday". Great service
Promises of the hotline are again not kept: statements, among others to car rental, spare parts in stock were wrong, so I have to go there for the third time. In addition, the service employee was not particularly interested.

We can only give positive feedback on the MINI center in Heilbronn, especially to Mr Ilkay Sahin. He gave us a very friendly welcome and had us take a spontaneous test drive in a MINI Countryman on the same day. Unfortunately, such good support is now only available in very few car dealerships.

I'm a customer here for service and repairs and I'm very satisfied. A small problem with my tires was solved quickly and easily for me, for which I thank you very much. Sometimes it is really full, then parking is difficult and there is a bit of waiting time even with an appointment, but this can be avoided if you ask for an appointment outside of peak hours.

My 2016 BMW 3 series had to be towed and I opted for Hermann Rhein because I thought that everything would be done well there. Because it is a very large BMW dealer. When my car arrived it was said that it was probably just a little damaged (software). I also told him that the service was overdrawn 5,000km, and he told me that it wouldn't work and none of it would break. After a few days, I got a call that the car was completely broken. It said the diesel pressure sensor was broken and the entire electronics + control unit was defective. Damage about 10 thousand euros I should pay 2 and BMW will take over 8. I said I didn't agree and a month later Mr. Schmid called me and told me that more is broken and that BMW will take care of everything except for 400 troubleshooting. I said ok then let's do it. 1 week later I was able to pick up the car and then Mr. Schmid told me that the turbo was also defective, but he also exchanged it. I never got this information before and was never asked for permission to repair the turbo. When I had my car I drove 20km and the car had something again. Now the air flow meter was defective so back in the workshop. There Mr. Schmid told me I can drive it until part is there. I wanted a written confirmation that I could drive it if something broke, but I was just yelled at. And pissed off unfriendly that if he says it works then it works. So I didn't drive it from Friday to Monday and bring it straight to the workshop on Monday. Car was repaired in 2 hours and I was finally happy. 1 week later I got the call that I still have to pay 900 for the turbo although it was said that it was repaired free of charge. I said I can't pay it at the moment and it doesn't matter when I pay it. And today comes the payment reminder ...
Hermann Rhein repairs things without letting them know, without asking if I want it and I agree to it, although they have to.

I got carried away on the recommendation of friends to let the service of my BMW but again at a large dealership to make, although I have the experience that you will be milked here financially maximum. At first I had a good feeling, until I held the bill in my hands ... It was built without informing me parts that are extremely! are expensive and just written on the bill. Sorry, that you probably "passed by" each other. I finally paid anyway and wanted to check off the chapter. The account manager wanted to report to me the next day, which resulted in the fact that I called him the day after next, because nothing came. He promised me a little compensation, which he would take care of right away. Two weeks later, I still had no feedback, whereupon I had to call him again. Now (3 weeks later) I get a discount that is significantly lower than promised by the account manager. The fact that the discount was anyway only a means to calm me for the moment and in no way make amends (10% of a grossly overpriced bill), is one thing, but now that I am against the agreement, a discount of Only 8% hold in my hands, then I feel totally kidding (to say the least).
Technically all right, but for me this was the first and only time in this workshop. In the front around friendly and behind them they stab you - metaphorically speaking - the knife in the back!
I've been a BMW driver for many years and have been a customer of Heermann Rhein in HN for around 4 years, i.e. I have been there several times (from normal service to tire storage / service to repairing an accident damage) and everything always worked smoothly and on time. Service consultants were always competent and friendly, not to mention the girls at the info / counter .... So a full 5 points and keep it up ...

The advice was provided by Mr. Aykut Avsar. From the beginning we were given the feeling professionally, but also human to be given excellent advice. We were all pros and cons of a new car leasing discussed and Mr. Avsar was our satisfaction very close to the heart. I was there to take a look at the 1 Series BMW in real life, to look at some equipment features live instead of just using the online configurator. I was welcomed in a friendly manner and even after a few moments I had my contact person, with whom I then went through the models and the different equipment. He took a lot of time to answer all of my questions. I was then given a spontaneous test drive because a vehicle with almost my configuration was available. After a few days, they checked whether there were still open questions or whether I could still be supported in some way. That's what I call service and I definitely want to highlight it. So if you are looking for a BMW, I warmly recommend the dealership to you.
Unfortunately, one star is still too many. Error could not be found after three repairs. No problem for BMW in the run. Vehicle papers lost, no feedback as to whether the vehicle is ready for collection after the inspection, etc. I will never be a customer here again. Too much went wrong !!!
