Not frauds, but poor customer service. Took our money but failed to give us a refund or new shipment for 1 year after the post office lost the package. Customer service was useless. Gave up after numerous contacts. Edit: I received a partial refund (wrong order, so still out around $100) after customer service reached out to me following this review. Better than nothing, so I am bumping from 1 star to 2. Painful process, but it looks like most others have had better results, so maybe I was a one-off?
