Overall good receiving was good and response was quick

- Budget hotel.
- Average (poor) hospitality.
- Tea making machine found faulty. Replaced the same but took 20 minutes that too when argument with housekeeping staff.
- Overall just ok...

Food is too good, especially Earthquake Chicken and Tandoori Garlic Fish dipped with Vegetables in Mayonnaise.

Centrally located, the hotel offers all the facilities. Rooms are spacious, well maintained and airy, the food tastes good, service is prompt, the only concern I had was the toiletries were missing. Rest all good.

Good budget hotel in a convenient location of Hyderabad

It's good location for party not costly, very tasty food

Good hotel with a 24 hour check in policy. Conveniently located. There is some construction work going on near the hotel and hence it would be little jam packed if traveling during peak hours.

Nice place to stay. And excellent food available in the restaurant as well.

The show has gone down due to metro works , needs to be a little more ventilated.

Stay is average, as there's no ventilation in the room as windows are also locked. And room cleaning is not done on time, even 2 water bottles should be provided each. day for stay, but they provide sometimes 1, sometimes 2 and sometimes they don't even bother to give you.

A really good hotel. We had an amazing time there. The breakfast and the lunch were commendable. Overall I quite a pleasant experience. And I would also recommend to anyone who's going to Hyderabad. Also, it being right under the Lakdikapul, it was easy to go around as we could redirect the auto drivers easily. :))

It's a nice place to have couple of drinks as it is situated at the prime location. Parking is a challenge and it would be great if you have non-smoking bar & restaurant

A ceantally located middle level hotel for comfortable stay in Hyderabad.

Bad service.. they didn't refill water for second day. Removed bedsheets and don't give towels unless asked for. Dirty duvet. They took the bedsheet given with the extra bed on day 2 while cleaning the room. We realised this only at 10 while getting ready for sleep.This hotel is close to the metro station. Not a place for family where u will expect clean, neat and good service. A Traveller who uses it for a day will/may not notice. Food is ok. I won't recommend this hotel for anyone for anything other than the location.

Stayed at this hotel on 15th Dec 18 . Would never recommend this place for Bad hospitality, Annoying room service and greedy service for food and beverages. They kept increasing there price double the menu price kept in the rooms.

One of the hotels with still that 90's and 00's ambience and flavour. The property is on point to the modern day standards and styling, but the staff working style gives you a nostalgic feel. Not so bad, again not so engaging either. The wifi here is paid, and the tariffs are ridiculous. For spending on the base amount of tariff, you can have your cellular topped for a week usage atleast. It's your call to take a stay in this hotel.

Compared to the price this hotel doesnt offer a great hospitality . The buffet breakfast offered here is also not that good. But the staff and room service people are good in manner....

Had dinner with friends in the restaurant, liked the food, will visit again

Stayed here with my family for 3 days. The only advantage of staying here was the location and accessibility. The staff here are very slow. They took about an hour for the checkin and another 30mins to arrange for extra bed. Since we reached post mid night and were very sleepy we got really irritated with it. Secondly since we had booked through a partner with a much lesser price, they put us in one of the shady rooms that they had. There were better rooms in the hotel but we didnt get those. We could hear rat sounds in the night and was a very bad experience

Great place to organise cultural programmes in Hyderabad. Very well connected by railway, road and air. Good ambience.
