Nice place but... Could be improved more specially smell i. Rooms

The most pathetic nd worst hotel we have ever been too. Anyone traveling to this city please don t visit this place at any cost.
The staff is waste and absolutely useless Nd totally unfriendly. They don t know how to treat a customer who is from another town.
Worst they don t have any kind of helpful services like the Most Important thing is being courteous.
Hope they learn nd improve here onwards.

Because of its location, the traffic noise is quite laud and the sleep during nights gets disturbed.

Fantastic interiors. Centrally located and spacious neat and clean rooms. Befriend the room service boys to get the existing deals from their high spirit bar right into your room.

Love the food here... May it be salt and pepper which is open 24/7 or a la carte ... Love the buffets too and the lounge pub. Service is really good and the rooms are exceptional too !!!

Old property. Rooms are specious but fuzzy and old. Location is very convenient.

I am afraid and unfortunately the stay was a nightmare and was one of the worst booking experience. From the checkin to checkout we had situations and felt discomforts. Even though We changed the room the result was same as before.
We were shocked seeing the room interior which was extremely different than the photos in website in many reasons as follows
1. Untidy
2. Irresponsible and arrogant response by receptionist
3. Poor room service and support
4. Poor maintenance
5. Unsafe electrical
6. Old and spoiled furniture and electronics
7. Stained floor and wall
8. Spider nets
9. Dusty ac vent and rusty cupboards
10. Unfinished and fungal ceiling

Overall I must say waste of money. Though they have a wonderful and iconic building at the Centre of city, it s unfortunate they providing a poor service.

Love the bar in Central Court. They have 2 bars and a family restaurant. One bar is an "authentic" bar with lovely bar kind atmosphere. The rates are little on the higher side in the " authentic" bar, compared to the second one. The second one is more like an affordable version which is priced very moderately. The food service is a little slow in both the places - but the taste is good. The curd rice and sambar rice are good.

I loved the hotel. Very clean and the amenities provided are up to mark. Very good services for a 3 star hotel. Definitely would stay again

The waiter was very helpful in advising us what to drink. The beers were served chilled. Loved the ambience of the restaurant.

Very good hospitality and management ..very good clean rooms with added basis such as tea kettle tea bags milk powder

Good hotel for weekend getaways. Clean and well kept. The food is okay. Rooms are clean and nice. No newspaper services. No laundry services. Gift shop available.

Location is very good . Nearby Lakdi ka pool metro station...rooms are quite specious and good. Neat and clean. Room service is good.

It's in Heart of city Lakdikapool.. But food is not so good..

Average fare. There was no remote in the room for the TV, it was not provided despite 3 reminders. We had to ask for extra towels a few times as well. Quite noisy location. The bar is not great, service is quite poor.

Rooms are good but breakfast was not upto the Hotel Standards.

It's a decent hotel providing nice stay and serving average food. Function Hall is good for small gatherings. PatKing is limited.

Simply they are charging Rs250 each person for no reason

I went to Salt and Pepper restaurant. The buffet was good but the service was poor. Overall, not bad.
