I have been chiming here from 25yrs and they have maintained the quality the same

Their Arabic fish is always heavenly, best tasting fish I ever sampled. Been visiting their main restaurant for over a decade now, food and service are always spot on!

AC is very less effective in most rooms. Do chk the difference in room category as superior rooms will have separate beds. Food is costly. Buffet breakfast was very good. Location just below lakdika pul metro stn.

No one helped during fire accident, very irresponsible staff

Hotel was good. Food taste was ok.. but the real thing with cost.. good was little expensive comparative to quality..And they are saying chargeable everything like even for ritha... Also they are not following our suggestions in preparing food like extra onions .. over all experience was just only ok.....ALSO WHE BOOKING THEY WILL INFORM THAT EARLY BOOKING AVAILABLE.. BUT AT THE TIME OF CHECK IN they wil say rooms are not available for early check in...

Rooms are not up to the mark. Torn bed sheets were placed on the bed, You get only free channels on the TV. Food served in the room was not good. Breakfast was good.

Telephone lines are disconnected after 11pm .
Tv cable isnt working.No hot water in room

Very bad service, rude manager (use vulgar language) , no proper response from staff.
I personally do not suggest anyone to visit here.

Attended a marriage reception yesterday. The facilities and food were o.k but due to limited parking some problems were faced.

It is a good and budget stay. I stayed for around 4 nights during my Hyderabad visit. The metro station is right next to gates and the major attractions like NTR gardens, Lumbini park etc are nearby. The best part is for Ramoji film city pickup happens right in front of this hotel. So I would suggest this place to anyone who want better connectivity over stay luxuries.
Breakfast spread was ok. The western dishes were good. South Indian dishes like idli, upma could be better. The reception is cordial.
Only thing I might have an apprehension is cleaning service. Since I was there for quite a long time, I noticed that the cleaning and maintenance was not up to mark. I had to call them up to come.
Overall a pocket friendly, resourceful stay.

Good food...rooms are a bit cozy....Rooms at 3rd floor are a bit noisy due to the function hall above

This hotel is very dirty and dirty. Ground floor looks promising but on the floors it is messy and there is all mess. Front desk works poorly, complaints are not or not fully followed up. Repairing a safe takes 2 days while only a battery needs to be replaced. No toilet paper and no towels. After a lot of nagging and often calling or going to the front desk, finally results are achieved. Bar hardly speaks any English. Happy hour is not right and no second drink is offered for free. Breakfast looks good but must always ask for replenishment of fruit and bread. Only a slow toaster that all guests are waiting for. In short, moderate. I will never come here again and will inform my travel agency that they should avoid this hotel. Too bad it can be so different !!!

Hotel is centrally located. Rooms are spacious. Staff are very comfortable operative. Stay is pleasnt

Location ambiance, hospitality is good.I loved the hotel. even though the hotel is beside the main road but is is very silent inside. Food is good. High spirits

Comfort stay, luxurious free breakfast and dynamic travel desk. Rooms are very clean and equipped with all facilities but wifi not accessible. There is no it support guy available for help.

The hotel is not upto the mark. The ratings given to the hotel prior to this aren't correct. There were worms in food, bugs in bed, fire while eating the breakfast and that's just a total of day 3. There were no table fans given as the air conditioning wasn't up to the mark.

Pros:
1) Centrally located
2) Rooms are decent
3) Quick Room service
4) Reasonable tariff
5) 24 hrs hot water

Cons:
1) Temperature adjustment of Air conditioner doesn't work. It's prefixed and cannot be adjusted as you wish
2) Food prices are expensive. 1ltr water bottle price is 77 rupees. Outside you can get it for 20 rupees.
3) Food taste is average

big rooms , located on main road , public transport easily available.

The Central Court Hotel is located in the heart of Hyderabad city at lakdikapool Hyderabadd it's a very very good hotel. Buetyful veiw, provides all kinds of dishes and very good in service wise and very good parking structure and Reception

Worst food and service.. I suggest everyone to not to visit..waiters were rude. And the taste of the food is very low .

Good ambience helpful staff ,food is a give or take sometimes it's just amazing and sometimes it ain't..so it's a gamble with food otherwise rest is very much what you'd expect from a hotel

The hotel is gloomy from both outside and within. I had visited it to check their banquet hall for a party.

I had to wait for 25 minutes for meeting their F&B manager. Apparently they're very slow. The ambience says it all.

Rooms very average. Beds and pillows old. Ac noise in room like motor in room.

the hotel is good in interior but the the problem is the room service is very poor i called maore then 50 times then also the water bottles dint come thats really bad and the rooms are very nice but the talking behaviour of the receptionist is very bad very poor and the food is fantastic

Location is good. Complimentary breakfast is to improve quality of south Indian dishes which are not tasty.

Not really the upscale 5 star hotel but nice budget hotel

Can't say about stay at the hotel. Went to "salt and pepper" restaurant over there only. Food is good. Price is reasonable. Catering has room for improvement. Not that they are bad mannered.

Quiet centrally located though, but needs to get the infrastructure updated n the food also
