Stayed for 2 nights, mediocre customer service, unclean bed sheets, stained couches, not enough towels. Ambience is okay.

I stayed here for 3 nights. The stay was very comfortable as it is located on the main road and the rooms were quite clean when we arrived. The room service is done on a daily basis. The furniture and bathroom, are of the modern type. It has a laptop friendly desk and chair arrangement. Well lit rooms and air conditioned rooms.

Average hotel.. Average rooms with faulty switches and ac not working properly.

Am a regular customer here stay is good but food you need to explore

No spoon provided in room for mixing tea/coffee. Glass is also not provided to drink water.

Hotel building is not bad but the staff and service quality is very poor which made the experience bad

Very decent Hotel rooms and courteous Staff , Close to a metro station and well connected to Tourist places
