The taste of the food is not up to the mark, i have visited there for office party there they offered snacks as veg sandwich, corn samo sa, spring roll, and black forest cake with tea or coffee, the veg sandwich has only bread with tomato and kereta pieces no sauces added in it and the spring roll goes horrible only chappathu masala and not cooked well also, its a horrible experience

Best place to stay as the price is all affordable and rhe location is also good. Plus service was very nice and food too.

Good Budget Hotel

First thing first, the hotel location is at Ladki Ka Pul area and exactly outside the hotel you will find Metro Rail construction going on which gonna be really hassle. The road is really bad and lots of dust smog. You can expect 6 more months for the constructions to finish up. Contact hotel before you decide to book.

This is some what I can call a good budget hotel. I booked double room thru make my trip but they allocate me twin room near the storage area (room no.: 208). I asked them for room change which they allocate me on next day (room.: 113). Room was good, clean bed and bathroom.

They have breakfast time from 07:30 am to 10:30 am at their restaurant Salt & Pepper. Food was average. All the food on buffet spread was on low flame so the food is not hot. Along with the flakes and egg's you will find idli and vada sambhar in common, change in paratha menu (alu or gobhi) and added upma or ugadhi or wheat oat.

They have small store inside the hotel which have some good collections of local artefact and a travel reservation as well.

They have 2 restaurants, Salt & Pepper and Touch of Class and 1 bar, High Spirit.

Do yourself a favour, whenever you book online, contact hotel, confirm with the details and ask them to allocate room in the centre area. Or if you are traveling off season, ask them to show you the rooms first. Thank me later :)

Bathrooms are very Dirty. Bathrooms are having Full of Cockroaches they are coming inside the room also I am very much disappointed I complained to the Manager about but they are least bothered.So Don't stay in this Hotel.

Best place for single females..... Wanted to extend booking for other day but it was online soldout they kept but actually it was not they wanted to open it online after 10am itseems... got to know from receptionist... its a best place to stay but food is costly enough

I can't believe we got such an amazing hotel at such reasonable price. I've rated 5 stars because the value for money we got is simply unbelievable. We paid a mere 7000 for the WHOLE trip (5 days) yet we got such amazing service.

Located in central Hyderabad, beside Lakdi-ka-pul metro station. Rooms and room service is good. Breakfast area is lacks facility of wash basin, drinking water facility though will get after asking staff

Rooms and washroom are clean and neat. Breakfast is nice and variety sufficient enough. Staff are cooperative. Only problem with poor AC functioning.

Pathetic hotel with pathetic staff ....u will find bed bug and management are ok with it ....they don't wash bed sheets, they don't clean blankets...useless hotel...they should return our money.

Irresponsible staffs I wonder how they gave 3 star class for this hotel where the hotel is not even having kettle in the room and when asked Mr syed resiptionist he says no we don't provide kettle may be they are treating online booked customers in this way because the room service guys have me kettle which was denied by resiptionist. Not at all fit for Business stay I planned for 4 days stay in this hotel but I didn't even stay 20 hours

Room service has to improve a lot. Food and breakfast was OK . Service levels are low . Cleanness is good. Hotel rooms are nice and spacious.

Central location is an advantage but needs serious refurbishment

Location is just ok. Spicy preparations but considering hyderabadi cuisine, ok...... just ok. But the way the staff( especially room service) treat you is horrible. We asked them for information regarding a dish, he did not give us and told us to order if we want to or leave! Unacceptable behaviour. Thoroughly dissapointed.

Very worst hotel in Hyderabad no maintenance no cleanliness and there is no proper response from hotel staff for our concerns more over beds and bedsheets were not hygienic, in beds there many bedbugs. Please find the below photos of bed bugs which are very harmful. Moreover i don't give this 1 star rating also. This is not 3 star hotel this simply bedbugs star hotel.

The manager needs to understand that we were guests and required our own privacy. He literally came into our room every morning and night to check what we were doing.

Comfortable and clean rooms in a property that is centrally located adjacent to the metro station. Facilities in the room are basic and the breakfast spread is rather limited. At best a two star hotel. Floor towel is not provided in the bathrooms. Very basic toiletries are provided (soap and shampoo). Restaurant service during dinner is slow and indifferent.
