May be it used to be Good in yester years.. too noisy and a pain

Never thought the hotel to be so good. I went for only interview. Couldn't get to know the hospitality over there. Banquet halls are fine.

Low quality service......I'll give 2 out of 5 for food and lastly overall rating is 3/4.

Hotel is fabulous. Located in a prominent area. Well connected by bus, mmts and metro rail.

Pathetic rooms, the staff hung up on me after I called for a second time for extra mattress, denied when I asked for extra towel, food is tasteless. Rooms are poorly designed in terms of sound proofing, AC doesn't work, hot water on max setting is just luke warm. Better options available at this price point .

It is a standard Bar and good place to visit specially with high class people and standard rates. The food is really good .

Very good location heart of the city.buffet breakfast was good not too many items offered. Previously they gave us a room where ac was not at all working but after placing this complaint next time they gave us a good room spacious rooms ambience also good . Mainatainence of ac and rooms will be more helpful

Cozy & Comfy Just down the lane of Lakdikapul, has a restaurant and a good bar, very economical, good for business men stay

Poor management of staff and house keeping . Inspite of pre booking of 2 rooms for 5 days we have not been allotted with our rooms .No proper facilities in washrooms and rooms . The manager kept changing his statements. I would not suggest this hotel to anyone. Just one day spent and such a bad experience we had that too after pre booking.

Attended a function. Hotel is good. Hall is not spacious...steuggled for air. Dining area is spacious well ventilated... food was good

Most useless hotel ever visited Reception staff need a crash course in hospitality management. They do not Know how to deal with their guests. They are more busy in talking on their cell phones ignoring the guests. No proper maintenance of records. Despite having paid one month in advance while checking out on 5th Nov Morning the female at the reception tells me " you have to pay Rs.3000/- for the room" this despite the fact that while checking in at 8.00 p.m on 4th Nov evening after much drama by the reception staff my check in was confirmed and a room was allotted to me. Asked for two drinking water glass and room fresher ( since on entry room was having bad odour) despite promising till the time we checked out next day nobody attended to the same.
Mere ambience does not make a hotel good, it also needs disciplined, well mannered, knowledgeable and curtioues staff APART FROM PROPER MAINTENACE OF RECORDS
LOUSY HOTEL WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY THIS HOTEL

Gave one star so that i may write the review otherwise it doesn't even deserve that.. Worst experience ever.. Worst buffet... Worst services.. Least cooperative staff... Impolite dealing... Food quality and serving extremely inefficient... Not at all worth of the money it charges.... On the whole very very disappointing experience... Never go for it....

Good Hotel. Located just adjacent to Lakdikapul metro station. Dignified maintenance. Reasonable rates for all food items. Sweets are tasty.....

Located just outside lakadikapul metro station. All tourist places are easily accessible.
The property is old and the bedsheets in the room was not that clean

It was a very pleasant stay in here. Staff is cooperative and ambiance is good. Food is costly but there are plenty of other restaurants outside the hotel. Most important thing is metro station is just outside the gate which makes travel very easy.
