HDFC BANK(HBL Global), Hyderabad & Vizag Review

We had a booking in Amrutha castle from 30th sept to 3rd oct.I had intimated them on 29th sept that I would be late in check in due to flight arrival time is at 4 pm.
While after check in at the hotel their manager S Anand Raj told me that due to water logged in rooms they will shift us to Central court hotel..This was just a lame excuse as there was not so much rain on the last 2 days that water would logged into rooms of a 3 star hotel.It may be possible in dharmashalas.Actually they had overbooked, and wanted to shift us to the central court hotel.I didn't had option I agreed to stay in the central court hotel.Now after reaching central court the manager said after 2 days we have to again come back to Amrutha castle.I requested him that I want to stay in same hotel as it is a short trip and dont want to roam around the hotels with my wife.He agreed.

But on the third day morning at 9-45 am a lady from central court hotel called me up and ordered me to check out at 10 am suggested to shift to Amrutha castle, I was travelling with a private car on that time.Mind it I had my breakfast at the central court hotel till 9-30 am, nobody told us to checkout.Suddenly they told us to check out.She forced me to check out.Then again I had no option.I shifted to Amrutha castle for a single day.

This was a ridiculous experience.I think these 2 hotels do this practice frequently.They have a setting if the hotels are overbooked.

I booked through Make my trip and paid the full money in advance 3 months back.They should refund the full money for this kind of harrasment.I will move to Consumer forum or ministry of tourism.

Beware customers dont book rooms in these two hotels.

Pleasant stay, in the center of the city, just adjacent to metro station building, in case u wanna travel through metro. Seems to be a old property but well maintained. Rooms are spacious & breakfast is tasty although they shd have more options other than South India food. Overall a recommendable property....

This is one of the classy and elegant places i was visited in Hyderabad. Located near to the main road and staff is good a polite and they have bar inside the hotel and i found the prices are quite high compare to other hotels.

Food service worst. No one is caring items finished they're serving what ever left. Don't elebrate any function.

Staffs are nice here. The internal decoration are good and rooms are clean enough.
We tried the restaurant food one night. Foods were tasty, though bit spicy.

While booking we mentioned that we need large bed, but they seem to ignore the instructions. We were given room with twin beds. When asked at reception they just joined the beds together. Also, poor valet service. While checking out, at exit I handed over my car parking token and to my surprise I was asked to go to basement to get the car myself. Very poor service. Never going back.

Service desk is horrible... Especially Receptionist Pooja has no manners to talk to customer... She was telling as if they are giving rooms for social service.. Not at all satisfied... Myself Dr Sunil Kishore... Booked banquet hall and rooms for my kids 1 St Bday... Better to change her attitude or her for betterment of your hotel

I stayed here for 20 days, Everything is good, food and maintenance. Clean bedrooms and washrooms, friendly environment, it is placed at centre of hyderabad, lakdi ka poul metro station.

Poor service and staff was irresponsible when a fire broke out in the middle of the night. They all saved themselves first and didn't even raise an alarm for the guests for evacuation and no assistance was offered.

Decent place to stay in Hyderabad. We got this place when the entire city was sold out.
The Hotel needs to get the plug points checked and changed wherever required.

It is situated in the heart of Hyderabad good hotel cost wise(food&room tariff) little bit high otherwise it is pleasent & comfortable.

Worst and mannerless staff. Don't know how to speak with their customers. Very bad service.
Rooms very decent but seemed like hadn't renovated or cleaned since a long time. The hotel smells of liquor and cigarettes.

Front Desk is not very Friendly and are very rude. Room are okay nothing great. Coz of the metro construction, it's horrible and noisy.

This is the worst management which I have seen ever. Nothing at all was proper in that hotel. Amateur staffs who don't even understand any language apart from local dialect. The room service manager who is a lady was so rude as if she is doing a favour on the guest. The location of the hotel is good and breakfast was good.

Went for buffet, and the items for the buffet are very less compared to any other.

Firstly Acs are completely not serviceable secondly the room key cards are not actually supporting you have to pull room service again again thirdly no hot water available for bath and lastly such a aggressive behaviour and arrogant receptionists i have ever seen I'm a traveler i have been to multiple Hotels but never seen such behaviour over anywhere . People just please ignore staying here if you with very less patience

Good conference Hall. Food is also very good. Neatly maintained.

Good hotel. The Banquet Halls are one through the other, so if there are two events happening, could cause confusion & interruptions. Buffet platters don't have many options; the hall is too small for a big gathering; the dishes are not kept on food warmers; serving staff require training; but the chef seems to be an artist so hot or cold - the food is delicious!

I like the room interior very simple yet attractive and BAR is very good.

Go here to stay eat or drink !! The food is worth a try !! Especially their Nellore fish curry !!

I had book the hotel from 02 - 04 Feb for attending an conference which was being held at Taj Krishna.

I have faced many problems with the Hotel Management & Facilities being provided by them.

They didn't have proper customer care support team nor they are bothered about solving the problems of the consumer.

I will not recommend my family & friends to stay there eben if this is the last hotel for them to stay.

Great food but house keeping service needs improvement.

Indecent staff, inappropriate behavior and early check in charges sucks. Only well maintained rooms. But what will fetch if not served well.
