Stay is nice ,water bottle provided at restaurant is normal 19rs water but they charged 60rs ,which is not acceptable

The hotel is located at a very good spot, it is just adjacent to the Lakdi Ka Pul metro station. The management and the staff are very polite and helpful. The room had all the necessary amenities along with free WiFi. Overall hotel deserves 5 star rating.

Good business hotel located in the Center of Hyderabad. The hotel features three bars and restaurants, mid-range pricing and convenient access to most of the Central City. Very convenient for those who travel on long distance private buses.

Located ideally for the Hyderabad city tours............

All well but they took some drinks in the fridge they called mini bar when you use them they charge for that. I want to say that whitout any notification why they took all this things to our room when we go outside? I am very disappointed when they give the bills I paid 1800 for 3 coldrinks and 2 chips packet athorwise all good.

Ambience is too good, hygiene, bathroom and service.. best hotel I stayed in Hyderabad

Food is good. Very Comfort for small get together for lunch parties of about 10-15members. Price is also cheaper when compared to nearby hotels.

It's very good condition to stay and royal suit also available on this hotel, it's located in lakhidikapol at prime location Hyderabad.

Service in high spirits is pathetic. The bar attender is so adamant and doesn't know how to behave with customers. When asked to call manager he says he is having lunch and can't a attend us. We have waited for almost a hour and half but still he is having lunch.. great response

The price of the hotel is reasonable if we Book through internet , but it is not recommended for families as we have faced a lot issues with people smoking and drinking

Food was good but management is not. They cheated on us by giving us the old menu and inflated the price by telling us we accidentally gave the old menu.

I called many times to the staff they didn't responded and wifi and AC those are not working worst experience i had and i will never visit and never suggest to my friends too

The Hotel is on main road next to Metro station but when buses blow horns loudly then peace is disturbed. Bathrooms not cleaned properly. Breakfast is good but they delay in serving.Location of the Hotel is very Good.Front desk staff is friendly. A gift shop is attraction.

Worst hotel in the category that I have stayed. The staff does not respond to the complaint raised. Hygiene is an issue. Rooms are very old setup with water leaking. In one word waste of money

Rooms are okay. First we were given one room and it was stinking with smoke so they changed our room. This room was not smelly so good. Approachability is good as metro station is right in front of the hotel. They have two restaurant in the hotel itself so you have choice. Outside the hotel also there are good options for food.

Amazing place. Its centrally located and best suited for tourists. Ramoji film city bus also has a pick up point just outside the hotel.

A centrally located star hotel at Lakdi-ka-Phool area, good for shopping and easily accessible from any area of the city. The food is delicious and prices are moderate. The large rooms and highly experienced staff gives a pleasant experience to stay.

We stayed at Central Court for more than 2 days, It was an awesome experience. Nice staff, delicious food and a nice place to have a drink with our best buddies.

My parents went to Hyderabad on 31 and they weee staying here for 3 days so opted for dinner inclusive package...
The hotel service is so bad that they got only daal chaval for dinner and when they complained, hotel staff said they cant set up a dinner for 2 people
Rooms were not at all good.. AC was not working... washrooms were not clean...
I will suggest never go to this hotel if you don't want to ruined your Hyderabad vacation....

Hotel is good for to celebrate small functions and birthday parties with parking facility. Easy to find the place.

Wow what a wonderful place. The food was delicious and the meeting hall is also very decent
