I stayed on the third floor. I must give recognition to Betsy Nut. Very nice and helpful in answering the thousand questions I asked during my stay. I had the most comfortable night when she was my nurse.
I really do appreciate the good care. Never had to wait long for my medication. Betsy Nut you Rock!
I had neck surgery and all the staff, from the nurses to the doctors, treated me like a family member. i want to specially recognize Dr. Pakzaban, Nancy Lumpkins and Kara from the 5th floor. The administration team is awesome. Had nothing but an excellent experience. Thanks

I was a patient for a week had diayalsis that department staff was the best Andrew was great all the nurses in that department were awesome. Then i was on 3rd floor overflow department had the best nurse care ms. Josephine, ms. JJ, ms. Margaret, ms. Tiffany, ms. Mary and others were compassionate, caring , helpfu, considerate of patients need,l answered every question omg couldnt ask for more. Thank.ya each and god nless ya.everyone

Review based purely on experience to date with billing and insurance department. Have made 3 phone calls since receiving incorrect bill through my insurance company to get the bill corrected. Insurance company agrees with me they are neglecting to address a portion of the bill denied that should be written off and instead they are trying to bill me over $7000 above what we owe due to meeting max limits. Every person we talk to cannot directly access the explanation of benefits to review. You have to request a review and the person who reviews I was told cannot speak to me directly but only to my insurance company who they say will be contacted upon completion of the review but then they never call! And now we are getting harassing phone calls about paying more than what we can per month (and believe me - they are still getting paid because I am not the kind of person to avoid paying the amount I know I owe) and my husband even had someone threaten collections on him... Even though we are allowing an amount per month to be drafted for our account because he says it is not enough... Towards a bill we don't even owe the full amount on and have already paid a portion of!!!

I was admitted in the HCA Southeast hospital on 03/15/2020. I came to the hospital with fluid overload and this is where I met the best dialysis nurse named Andrew Salinas. I watched this nurse go out of his way for the dialysis patients including myself. I told him I was in pain and he was able to get the medicine within 20 minutes. Then I started itching while in the dialysis machine and he was able to call the Nephrologist and provide me with medication that was suitable for me. I have never met a nurse with those types of qualities as such: patience, integrity, honesty, etc.

My sister has been there,since May 14th. 2017,.. today is June 12th. 2017. These "medical professionals" to include Doctors, Nurses of all titles..ie.. LPN, RN, etc... are there as a job, no passion, no patient commitment, no real "give a damn" attitude about any patient in particular. I was there five (5) days in a row visiting my sister who came in with medical issues of course, but gained many more medical issues within the time she was admitted and the time I arrived. NO ONE... NO DOCTORS, NO NURSE, ..NO ONE could explain one thing to me about diagnosis, treatment, prognosis, plans, ..NOTHING!!!! I am in shock as to how little these people had to say.
They could not care less that I travelled 1,200 miles to get there, that I was in shock as to her condition, and that she has a loving family eager to know "where we are" concerning her health. Oh my, I could go on..and on about my overall disappointment with this Body/Money Slab of Cement Place called a Hospital. ..but maybe YOU who are reading this will get my message. I was here for 3 days in the Labor & Delivery Unit. I was terrified to go here because of the reviews I saw on here! However, the staff was very professional and friendly. The room was small but very clean. Housekeeping staff was kind as well. Food was as well as can be expected in a hospital. The nurses were very informative and my doctor Dr. Towadrous was amazing. Overall experience was excellent.
Worst hospital in the world. How is this place still open ? Rude staff and they overbill your insurance ridiculous procedure codes. They do not care and I am amazed at how these people can sleep at night with a clear conscious. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!
I went their for delivery...they have worst nurses I have ever seen.they don't care or guide you how to push or any help that you can expect during my labor.waste of money and I had to come out with c section as they didn't give epidural in right place.it made my BP low and they didn't know till I wave them that I can't speak and I am sweating.i should say they have good lactician .but your affects your pain I am still suffering with back pain ..my baby turned one but I am still suffering.
I dont know what you will address now.You have already screwed my health.Please treat all patients with concern and they are coming to you with pain you can not give them more pain.Dont treat them like robots we are humans.The only thing you can buy is time and health once you screwup.
The hospital staff have very negligence attitudes towards the patients. Mom has heart problems, and has a artificial heart valve and is on blood thinners, she came to the hospital because her j-tube had come out of her stomach. The hospital never checked her for internal bleeding, or even put a heart monitor on her, and they never gave her her medicines needed. When she got a room they still didn't get her meds or a heart monitor. She could have had a heart attack and no one would have found out. I guess after so many times coming to the same hospital, they quit treating you like a patient and start treating you as if your faking the injuries.
Blood from other people on walls and all bathroom floors, no communication at all between ER & upstairs doctors. The ER doctor told me I would leave the next day. They kept me 3 more days. Hard to understand the nurses even though they speak english, GAVE ME MEDICINE I AM ALLERGIC TO EVEN THOUGH I HAD A RED BRACELET ON THAT SAID I WAS ALLERGIC TO IT. This is the worst hospital I've been in.

Most pleasant hospital experience I have ever had. From housekeeping to Dr. Lee, everyone was very nice and extremely helpful. They will always be my first choice for medical care. They have not received the credit they deserve.

Had the most pleasant experience ever! My mother is elderly and was treated with such care from beginning to end! The staff is so friendly and attentive! Dr. Wegge is super sweet and caring! Absolutely LOVE this place!!
Very pleased with the care I have received since day one. The assessment I received from my OT Candace was spot on. The treatment plan has been executed and halfway in, I am seeing results. The student from UTMB (Alma) is also doing an incredible job. Thankful to have this facility so conviently located.
Recently had a sleep study as well and Kathy was wonderful and whole process was very professional. Pre-registration and COVID testing was a breeze.

This hospital will do everything they can to get as much money out of your insurance! I had over 7 unnecessary test done on me while the doctors ignored the obvious issue. I was in tears by the second day because i realize that they were putting me through extreme pain only because they are greedy for money. The hospital is not that clean. They will go above and beyond to try and give you a blood transfusion. I asked for iron more than 100 times and was told no! But was given a iron prescription once I checked myself out Wtf! They are not trained professionals but they are trained to get as much money out of you as possible. I checked myself out and started feeling better the moment my family drove me away from that place. This is a honest review do not take your love ones to this hospital I only ended up here because I was transported by ems and had no say about which facility I wanted to be treated at. God please cover anyone who has to be treated at Bayshore Medical because it s the worse I did have a good honest nurse he was awesome but That s it... I thank God I followed my heart and got out of there.
Disgusting place. Not only did I get a dirty room with blood stains still on my bed. But I stressed to them that I pay 20% of my bill because I'm not a Medicaid pt. never received a bill. 3 months after my visit I get a alert from my credit report telling me I have a bill in collections. Yup. It was Bayshore. Looked at my EOB and one, I was charged for things I never got. They charged my ins company 23,000 for a simple ER visit to just give me saline and 1000 mg of Tylenol. Charged my ins company $400 for a urine culture lol and $200 just to palpate a vein. Called billing to complain to have them tell me they will investigate and fix my bill to never get a call back. Thank you Bayshore. In the process of getting a lawyer since you like to do ins scams and price gouging. Being that I work in a laboratory I know how things work and what tests should be done when coming in a ER with a chief complaint.

I have had several surgeries at this hospital,& the care is great! I have a remarkable Gastroenterologist, Dr.Daniel H. Darmadi, from here in Pasadena TX,"Gastroenterology Associates", you need a Gastroenterologist, please for your own health,go see him. He's the best. Sanitary hospital and great staff.
Went to the ER at this hospital ( Pasadena, TX) location in fear of having a miscarriage. After about 6 hours of waiting, one ultrasoundsound, lab work and a visit by the doctor ended up with almost a $7,000 bill. The room was dirty with trash overflowing in trash can. The bathroom was disgusting with water all over the floor. The only person that was nice was the ultrasound tech. I will NEVER go to this hospital again just because it is the closest. Would rather drive to the medical center or downtown then to ever step foot there again.
My mother in law works hear and sometimes pulls a double shift and all the times me and my wife got treated hear were always perfect treated us rite took care of us properly we love bay shore medical center.

My husband died of covid here 29 years old I put my loved one life in there hands I called the whole time he was there, one time he said he asked for water I called him he could barley talk, he said the nurse never came back, I really would like to know what happen to my husband in there.

At this time, we wish to inform you that we have decided to pursue other candidates for this position. Consequently, we will take no further action on your application at this time." WOW not even an interview and my qualifications are 15 years working security and site manager, with a clear background, clear driving record, no tattoos, no piercings, clean cut guy. Clearly discrimination at this facility glad they turned me down after reading all the recent reviews.

I went in for back pain and I was literally in tears and pain ( I was in a wheelchair and couldnt move or walk) and one of the nurses asks me if I could get up off my wheelchair because they needed one and I was like are you kidding me I cant even walk or stand and my husband told her no and she rolled her eyes and kept going worse part was that I was literally begging for a bed just so I can stop my own pain and they kept saying wait a few minute we waited 2 HOURS just for them to tell me being here was a waste of time I'm non emergency and all there going to do was give me pain medicine and refer me to a chiropractor and have the chiropractor take my xrays. And they wanted me to pay upfront wth! 2 hours of pain sitting up just for that they never got me a dang bed!

I couldn t have asked for a better experience. I was scheduled for an induction and was hooked up right away, starting my labor soon after. My labor nurse Miranda was heaven sent, Ive NEVER had a nurse so caring and genuine. She made my whole labor experience a dream. She was so gentle and understanding but real, & so encouraging when I needed it the most. I can t rave about her enough. After labor was over my nursery nurse Cynthia cared for my baby and was absolutely amazing, so informative and helpful. She was kind and so good to my baby girl. And the nurse from postpartum that stood out the most was Gigi hands down, she made me feel so good and took care me. I never saw her without a smile, you could tell she loved her job. I ve never experienced that combined type of care and I ve birth three children, I highly recommend this place. The only con I would have to say is sometimes there s no salt w the hospital food but absolutely nothing else. If I could give 10 stars I would.

My daughter was taken to this hospital 2 days ago by ambulance Bc while she was at school she became temporarily paralyzed, & was complaining of sever back pain. When my daughter made it to the emergency room, her symptoms stopped& with that, the emergency dr in charge told
Me there was nothing that could be done for my daughter since nothing was immediately life threatening.
So I took my baby home where again she became temporarily paralyzed, and was unable to walk.
And I kept wandering why didn t they take my baby in ? Why didn t they help her! Here I am 3 days later in TEXAS CHILDRENS HOSPITAL, waiting for test to come back, because my baby indeed has something going on. Drs didn t even see her symptoms and started a round of tests immediately. I had all 3 of my children here& this was my choice of hospital, but since this last experience, I can say I ll never step foot in this hospital. My baby could have something serious going on, & no one even bothered to listen to me. I want the DR in the ER on that specific who was there on Monday, December 17,2018 around 9 am. To be retaught how to handle cases properly.

Doesn t deserve a single star.
First issue is there severely incompetent and disorganized. They would constantly miss my medications or refuse to listen to the slightest complaint. I told them numerous times when my IV would Infiltrate and they d say I was wrong and now I have five severe bruises from the lines that I told them hurt and were infiltrated. They were so rude that i would literally be fighting with nurses to get my medications or a breathing treatment. There was also points nurses would tell me one thing for the doctor to tell me that was completely wrong and that the nurses shouldn t diagnose.
There were days I wouldn t even eat because they didn t take food orders or the food was late. They are so inconsistent at one point they didn t have a staff member to sit with me so they had me sit up at the front desk while my family visiting waited. There would also be points where the person who would be supposed to be sitting with me would fall asleep or be on their phone. They break several of there own regulations and then act like they had followed them all along. I had personal items in my room and had them for ninth going on tenth just for them to tell me at 3 am on the 10th day I can t have anything and for them to take all of my personal belongings. They quickly tore apart the room removing my things and things off the wall,cords and they were going to take my oxygen until I told them I couldn t breathe and had an upper respiratory infection. Again breaking their own regulations or not enforcing as I had several nurses and doctors in and out of my room for 10 days and no one ever said I could not have these things.
I think the worst part is that one nurse came in introduced herself as Callie (her badge said she was a leader)and said she d be my nurse. She missed all my medications, but she came in saying she didn t know she was my nurse.( when she had literally came in the beginning of the shift and introduced herself). I tried to call for my nurse twice for her to deny she was my nurse and never come in.
Also fun fact You can hear the nurses shouting at each other at all hours of the night because they don t have someone working or they missed a patients call light.( which they were terrible at responding. At one point I waited six hours for a medication to be denied it because I missed it and then three days for a fan even though there AC was busted).
However, the next day after I posted my review management did come in and try to correct the situation and apologized. So, it s good to know that complaints are being heard and taken care of promptly.
So disappointed with the outcome of my stay. I was admitted Friday before lunch to get an MRI because of my dizziness and headache. My primary doctor think is more than vertigo. They did the MRI and all came out negative. But the purpose for the Neurologist is to check my vertigo, they did not. No VNG or ENG testing done. We stayed until late Sunday. All they did were given medications for my dizziness and headache. The Neurologist doctor only came twice, on Friday before my MRI test and Saturday after lunch to give me my MRI result and it was brief and so in hurry to leave. Now I'm seeing an specialist to test my vertigo and PT to deal with it. Really, what a waste of time and money going to this hospital.
Husband has been having a severe headache with a few other symptoms for days with nothing being able to help, finally went to the hospital to get some answers and were only told, "You came to the hospital for a headache?" Not too professional to me. He was basically turned away with just a referral to a neurologist. No scans or anything so we are still left worried without any answers.
I recently had a cervical discectomy fusion at Bayshore Med.Center. I grew up in the Pasadena, Deer Park area, so I have been familiar with Bayshore almost since it was built. I have had multiple surgeries in both the Houston Medical Center and locally.
At Bayshore I received some of the nicest possible treatment from literally everyone I came in contact with, from the front to the exit, it could not have gone more smoothly. The hospital has been around for a long time, but do not let it's age fool you. Spotless floors, friendly (and experienced) staff, and updated equipment made my short stay much more pleasant than I expected.
While I was in the always cold surgery waiting room, I asked one of the nurses about a machine on the wall. She explained to me that when a client waits in their surgical robe, they often get cold. The machine circulates warm air under the sheets. A little thing, but an important thing! Somebody cared.
The staff seems to have been well trained in creating a comfortable and competent facility for our community and our local Doctors. As a patient, I felt I was valuable to the staff. Outstanding!
Don't judge this hospital by any old reputations over the past 10-20 years, it has changed so much I recommend that you give it new consideration.

Everyone was great, specially the nursery team with baby.. they would come check on baby.. I had Femin & Vanessa both such sweethearts. My nurses were also super amazing they will check on me, help me and answer my questions also very sweet. The food was good as well. I enjoyed my stay after delivery.
emergency room is horrible, very dirty, packed. we spent 31 hours in the emergency room. mom took off her monitors to go to restroom, lasted over 4 hours and no one noticed they were off, there are hospital beds setup in the hall way, there was a roach in her room. NEVER WILL GO BACK
I recently went with a friend to see Dr. Caldwell, this was our first time. The front desk person was very helpful, pretty and sweet. She was helping another patient that was there and politely said she would be with us in a few minutes. While we were waiting there happen to be an african american employee talking very vulgar and loud about some food. How can an office be so welcoming and have trash employees. Me and my friend left it was so Discussing and disrespectful, I felt embarrassed for the other patient that was there with their child. This message is for the manager, you should reconsider who you hire. TRASH STAFF!! I am glad we left.

Security officer (if you can call him that) Derrick W by the Emergency room and observation was extremely rude on Dec 29. My grandmother was admitted to this hospital and I wasn't sure where or how to find her and he is yelling (yes, yelling) saying "Can I help you?! Where do you need to be?! Umm, hello.. what do you want". I have never been talked to like that even from a stranger on the street. I hate leaving bad reviews honestly, I know there are more fine hard working people here however I was so appauled by the rudeness he exhibited towards me. Not sure if it's because I'm a homosexual and was an easy target.. no idea.
Waiting in emergency room for a room for over 24 hours. Room has not been cleaned during our time here, just removal of trash, not swept, mopped or sanitized at all. Would not recommend this hospital at all. Nurses rude and very upsetting.

We live in Baytown and I got an infection from that hospital. Soo my boyfriend, while I was in excruciating pain, drove us to the Bayshore Emergency Center. They took me in right away. Not even a chance to sit in the waiting room. Took me in a room and started test and lab work. Gave me pain meds to ease my pain. All staff was extremely nice and genuine! Figured out I needed to get admitted soo an ambulance transfered me to Bayshore Medical Center and it's all been great as well. In soo much pain but didn't wait long for surgery. Worth the drive for us! I'm still here but thank yall for making this process soo much easier!
They left my dad with an iv in his arm!! And neck. How unprofessional!

This ER was not great. I felt like I was never interacted with upon arrival. I was in so much pain, managed to sign in via their portal and then was never looked at. When I checked at the counter I told them I checked in via the portal and they said ok just have a seat. I had no idea who would come get me or when. Finally someone came to get me but never asked for my insurance so upon leaving I had to check with them if they needed it so I wouldn't get a full bill later and have to deal with it then. During my visit triage was fine but my nurse in the room never really gave me a full assesmeht, dropped my iv tape on the floor & was just gonna put it on my arm anyway. I denied the iv & morphine they wanted to give me but was still charged for it. The dr. did well handling giving me really bad news and was comforting but overall the visit was not good. Not sure I will go back to this place again. I will say Cassidy, the ultrasound tech was awesome. I felt very well cared for and she really helped put me at ease with all that was going on during my visit.
Staff was welcoming and efficient. We were escorted thru the checkin service and my pre-surgery tests were done promptly.
This hospital sorry the staff is very rude you do better going downtown in Houston close this one down

I'd rather bleed out than come to this hospital. Awful experience. I have professional credentials/career. A mental Illness does NOT equal stupidity. When your staff cannot speak enough English to tell me what PYSCHOTROPIC medications they are forcing me to take its time to REFLECT. I can only imagine the lawyers having a field day every time they hear Bayshore. DONT BRING SOMEONE HERE UNLESS YOU DONT WANT TO SEE THEM AGAIN OR BE DISEASE RIDDEN.

Next 3rd Floor!! - Andy and other Therapists who provided discharged information so we can continue, All the Nurses, Doctors, Cleaning personnel, Meal preparation & Delivery on 3rd floor. Everyone that helped F C from admission to discharge - You are AMAZING and will never be forgotten!!
I had a wonderful experience from the ER . To the 5 floor. I was in the hospital from Saturday night to Thursday afternoon. I had my gallbladder surgery on Monday and the next day had gallbladder stones removed. Everyone was so nice. The stay was very nice. I hated to leave.
Great place to have a child. It has been wonderful from start to finish. Our baby had to go to the NICU. Fantastic people there. Can t say enough about how good this entire staff has been. Even outside of the labor and delivery wing, when I would go to the cafeteria or lobby, the majority of employees would greet me as I walked past.
So disappointed on how my grandma is being treated right now. She said they haven't changed her yet and she broke her leg so she can't get up and go to the bathroom herself. They also made fun of her last night when she was saying she was in pain and just mocking her saying she was some kind of witch. Also when I was on the phone with her I guess the nurses answered her room and they didn't know I can hear them laughing and talking while my grandma was trying to get someone to go into the room and no one was paying any attention! I finally got in touch with a nurse after calling for the second time.
I have been here several times before. Each time trying to give them another opportunity to be better than the last. Unfortunately nothing has changed. I don't know how they chose their people they will hire. But the staff is horrible, very few in between to you have the one or two that care. My dad was sent their by ambulance for what we thought was a stroke, he litwraky sat in the middle of the ER on a stretcher crying and going in and out. BP was sky high, after finally being seen and test, turns out he did have a stroke but the window to reverse had passed. Due to that his brain was swealing and had to have emergency surgery to remove pressure. Before that they transferred him to Clear Lake medical center. My mom was seen their, could barely walk on her leg it was swollen, red, and painful. She was there for a week and didnt get a direct answer as to what happened, she was sent home w meds. Now the final straw, my father in law was taken their for high fever and passed out, he was admitted. From the time he was admitted to Saturday afternoon somewhere his money from inside his wallet inside his patient bag was taken. They left credit cards but took all the cash. I am making a phone call to try and get something liked into, but based on reviews I don't believe that will help. When we arrived, he had just been transferred to the IMCU due to his breathing. Well we arrived and he was uncovered, you can see everything and his door was open. He said he was thirsty, he was wet, he had been their for at least an hour before we arrived because we spoke to the previous nurse from the previous floor before heading their. I called a tech cus he was thirsty, he said I have to ask the nurse, she finally arrived and I had to get her to fill us in on everything. No one had been able to stay overnight w my father in law since Thursday night so we left phone numbers but yet never received a call. I asked all questions, I asked her is he being monitored? How? How often will someone try to come in and change him cus he's wet? I'm concerned w bed sores if you leave him wet for a long time. FINALLY the tech arrived to clean him up and he had a bad attitude, throwing all the stuff he was going to use on the small table, acted as if we had bothered him for asking to change my soiled father in law. After speaking w head nurse about my concerns we sat back in room. His nurse came in and acted to be looking into his heart monitor she tried sliding in 2 batteries without us catching it. She previously said he was being monitored closely because he has a severe case of congenitive heart failure, but his heart monitor had no batteries. I asked how long he had been like that, she tried playing bit off. Oh yes it still works we just had to replace batteries we just took them out a couple minutes ago. I told her, no you didn't because we've been here this whole time. No one had come to see him at all since we arrived until I requested you. I immediately put in an order to have him transferred out of that lousy hospital. The care is horrible. They try to lue to us but negative. If anyone is paying attention its me. So don't pull that w me. I'm so disgusted w the services, the staff and the lack of wanted to change it. I'm surprised this hospital has remained open. Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. Now about his money that was stolen from inside his wallet, I know we will not get back but I want to know who took it. We trust the staff w our families and then they steal. Its gross. He was laying their and someone took it upon himself to steal from him. I'm disappointed to say the very least. Never will I give this hospital another opportunity. I've given them way too many. When there is a petition to shut this hospital down, I'm with it. Count me in.
I was well taken care of, just a very long wait time.
Best hospital! They re attentive, have the best bedside manner, and they make sure you re well taken care of!
This weekend i ended up needing an appendectomy, and when I was sent to this hospital I was a bit skeptical from some reviews I quickly read, i got sent here because the hospital closest to me (San Jacinto Methodist) wouldn t even take me because i didn t have insurance (so ya know, who cares if you have a serious medical issue right?) and i was nervous because I ve never had surgery and scared that maybe i wouldn t be treated as well due to the lack of insurance, well i just have to say my experience was wonderful. I m glad i was sent here instead. Everyone from the nurses to the surgeon were so kind and helpful, they answered my questions, they were calm, professional, and comforting, my surgery went great and i felt very taken care of the entire time. Even today when the billing department called to speak to me they were so kind and helpful. I was very impressed by this hospital.
This Hospital has changed alot in so many ways Love the attention they gave me when I went to the emergency center and thee care that was given to me definitely going back to them in case of another emergency
This is just a money hungry hospital. I had to offer to personally see why the pharmacy wasn't "answering" then they actually started working. They just wanna keep patients here to suck out insurance money. Terrible service. Terrible nurses.
We are here since 3 pm. The waiting room was empty and then a lot of people came in and they forgot about us until 9pm because other people started complaining that wasn't unfair that other people that came after us were already discharged. Now at 11:20 one dr appear but didn't say anything because tha lab aren't ready yet. NURSES are so rude IF YOU ASK A QUESTION. I had a better experience before but this this is ridiculous to wait more than 7 hours and they don't have answers yet of what is going with my mom.
They have a valet parking very good customer service and always asking us we are ok or need anything overall very clean Hospital and the nurses are awesome
I had my reservations about Bayshore, but from the moment I went to pre-register to the moment I left from my procedure there was nothing but professionalism, compassion, and it was hands down the best experience i have ever had with any type of Medical Facility.
Had my baby there on March 22 I have no issues or complaints at all. All the nurses, surgery staff, cleaning lady, cafeteria lady bringing in our plates, everyone was very friendly and helpful, even my husband said how happy he was with our stay there.
Worst hospital i have ever been to would give it a 0 star but they don't have one service is lousy 6 to 9 hr in emergency with 103.5 fever and having seizures never seen a doctor had other people there longer than that and was brought in by ambulance
The admitting department needed to communicate a little better instead of just handing me a tablet and saying to bring it back when completed. I had no idea thats how they registered you. Nothing was explained, just go here, do this and called my name. And maybe a little smiling would have helped. The outpatient surgical department employees were exceptional. The space was cramped and with just curtains there wasn't any HIPPA going on! Your neighbor new exactly why you were there, any health issues, your name, etc. But everything went well, medical personnel were awesome and nice. No problems. Thanks!
I'd give "0" if I could. My mother was in a car accident and I had to argue for them to keep her the length they did. They wanted to send her home the same day when she couldn't walk. The accident was bad enough to take the life of her dad in the car and she suffered severe contusions from the seatbelt. Time passed and she couldn't use the restroom and had severe pain. But when she started vomiting excessively and could not hold food down, I knew there was an obstruction. Not to mention she couldn't do (1) in the restroom and made her go 15 hours before they put a bag on.
Fast forward almost 45 days later, she's lost 30 pounds and I took her to baytown hospital and they found an obstruction from a cat scan. This hospital is a joke! And I knew that back in 2010 and this is why I refused to let my son be born here. With all my sons medical needs, I would say if he was born there he would have died. This place needs to be shut down and I'm also reporting this malpratice to the medical board in Texas. If you have an emergency, don't go here. Spend the extra 30 min to go downtown. You're life could hinge on it!
I had the wonderful pair they took care of me for for the week day did I'm so grateful I don't think so it makes it all what they did to take care of me thank you all for doing that
