It's kind of new experience for me as i was always avoiding this type of stores. But once you are there, even for eyeshopping you simply gonna love it!!!!

Ate at the Pasta Bar...it was amazing!! Highly recommend the Dining Hall in Harrod's!!

A special treat for me and my daughter. Loved having afternoon tea here too.

Such a cool experience to have in London, plus I could imagine shopping here constantly for the food if I lived here haha. The food hall was amazing, everything really fresh and lots of delicious food made to order. I had a great coffee at the coffee bar there. The Christmas shop is not to be missed, was so pretty and so many unique things to see and buy. Will definitely be back on my next trip!

Average large department store. Crowded, high prices and a bit stuffy. Nice though, if you have something specific you want to pick up.

After visiting dozens, maybe hundreds of department stores everywhere in the world, Harrods London is surely one of the exceptional ones! A unique shopping experience, that you cannot find anywhere else in the world.

Even if you do not plan to spend money there (the prices skyrock!) you can still walk through the corridors, maybe have a coffee somewhere or enjoy the unique architecture and the taste in which the world's most famous labels design their small shops.

I especially like and enjoy the food section on the ground floor.

A must see, if you visit London.

Harrods is no doubt the 5 star retail experience in this world. Amazing decor, impeccable service and great luxury products. The restaurants offer various levels of fine dining. A must stop on any trip to London.

Apparently they have moved the Souvenir/ Gift sections to Lower Ground Floor from the 5th Floor.. Not sure since when but I visited last July 2019 and its on the Lower Ground Floor bow for Harrods Gifts shop :)

Well established brand with years of trading, knowledgeable staff who were delighted to assist in very department. Spoke to a lovely Asian lady who was very polite.

So I went as a tourist to do the whole tourist look around and with it being Christmas I picked up some bits for my kids. If I'm honest I found it to be nothing special just like a more expensive Debenhams really. It was really busy when we visited and while in some sections the perfume one mainly I was looking for something for my partner but I seemed to be ignored, clearly they thought I couldn't afford their brands.

Harrods is an enormous store, which was very overwhelming. It is also expensive, but they have a gift shop on the second floor which is more reasonable. Everyone that worked there was very kind and informative about the products and directions around the store.

Outside it is spectacular, the Christmas lighting incredible but I was disappointed, what I liked most were the elevators. Inside I remembered from previous years spectacular, now this year I have seen that they have focused on being a high-end showcase, I remember candies, chocolates of all colors and varieties and things as a souvenir for tourists and this time I did not feel like buying Nothing or being too long inside. For me it has become too glamorous

Staff wouldn t let us in with a suitcase and recommended that we walk to the left luggage room which was apparently 2 doors away. After walking around the whole of the building we eventually found the room which the attendant had referred More

Why have you changed the toy department? It's awful now! I went years ago and it was much better. Far more room. This is just a series of dark depressing corridor type rooms. Bring back the old layout with plenty of room!!

The 'posh peoples store' in London, known the world over.

At one time they could get anything for you, but the internet has somewhat taken over from that.

Lots of gaudy expensive items, but an interesting place to visit from a tourists perspective.

Really good shop had a massive hole in my pocket by the end though.

Inside of the building there is a lot of detail on the wall, really beautiful
It felt like we were in a maze & I got really nauseous of the smell of perfume

Gotta love Harrods. Everytime i go i want to buy the whole store. Cracking place. Glad its back open.

Best Shopping Experience and Loyalty Card option is good for shoppers to avail discounts and points

Very busy but definitely worth the wait! Lovely food! Lovely atmosphere! And very lovely customer service. A lot has changed since i was last there but its much easier to find your way around with help waiting at every floor by the side entrances

Do not go here if you have a suitcase. Was doing alot of shopping so as a tourist decided to take a suitcase to put all things purchased throughout the day in here and save my shoulders. Got to harrods to be turned away as have a suitcase More

The food hall is very nice but the rest is just normal and oveerated for what it is. Prefer bond Street anyday

A very high end department store with some interesting decors. Really liked the food hall, pre-made food has some interesting choices. If you are looking for discounted items, don t come here. There are a lot of bread name stores just outside with on sale items but nothing seems to be on sale here.

Huge store selling everything under the sun. Loved the section with the Andy Warhol paintings

Not up to my expectations. Cartier guys are racists. Felt bad. Don't they realize all riches were taken from Asia. And even today we Asians are rich in all aspects including manners and acceptance.

It s a very famous place for shopping,but I ve never bought anything there, quite expensive. And the way to find different brand is difficult,I get lost in the mall always. . On weekends it was very crowded. better go there on weekdays.
Taking pictures of the luxury things is fun. Windows shopping,hahaha.

You can pretty much find anything here. To the point you might get a bit lost if you've actually come to find something specific. More of an attraction than a shop where I would purchase anything

Quite an experience, the perfect to find top quality clothing, food, drink and all other sorts of things.
However very overpriced, only shop here for the most prestigious branded merchandise

It's opulence is almost grotesque, such is the lavish nature of this store. Possibly the most famous department store in the world, if not the most expensive. People shop here for bars of soap just to be able to carry around the famous Harrods paper bag. The store is great to visit and you can buy anything in it, but it's too expensive for serious shopping and it's enormous, so be prepared for a lot of walking and huge crowds. There is the somewhat overrated monument to Princess Diana and Dodi Al-Fayed.

Worthy of a trip to see the place but few can afford anything more than a bottle of water.

If you are coming to London must visit Harrods beautiful structure amazing shopping place with full of history... other than super expensive brand you can get some reasonable stuff as well like Harrods brand hand bag for 25pounds or so.

Beautiful store however it is so busy during the holidays that is hard to breathe Inside.

Good selection of stuff, but not great. Can get sweet deals in the bargain section and the food halls are pretty cool.

They have a very large wine selection and good Kobe beef.

Excellent member of staff up in the Harry Potter wizard section, very knowledgeable.

Great to look in but their prices are a little high when compared to others for the same items. But it is Harrods, you go for the experience.

Another world. Fascinating. No way not to get lost. But don't worry there are about 10 restauants on different floors so you won't go hungry.

The children gucci boutiques manager made a very rude remark when I asked her for a Gucci bag to go along with my childs shoes. She said to the very kind person seving us "Tell her to pay and just leave" she did not realise I was there and quickly ran into her office. I was furious however i was unable to reach her as it was closing time.

I am EXTREMELY upset with Harrods. I specifically went to Europe to go to London Paris and Rome. On my last shopping day in London, I went shopping at Harrods. I rushed back to my hotel and packed and flew to Paris. I realized while unpacking in Paris that I was missing items purchased at Harrods. I spent close to 300.00 pounds there. They sent me an email stating the clerk forgot to give me one of my bags. It was the main bag of merchandise for gifts. The other bag was wrapped up Christmas decorations. I shopped SPECIFICALLY at Harrods for these items. They sent a lame apology and credited me for all the items not given to me. It gets better!!!! I looked for a credit card that I had been using to purchase items in Paris and it was missing. I called the bank and had them cancel the card and asked what the last purchase was. Not only did the Harrods clerk not give me my purchased merchandise, she failed to give me my credit card back. I had planned on using this card in Paris and Rome. They NEVER acknowledged to me that they had my card even though my last purchase was with the incompetent clerk. I still have not unwrapped the items from the other bag because I am still livid. I thought Harrods was a 5 star world class store, but I will never shop there again. They could have offered to have shipped the items they hadn't given me during the last visit there, but only offered to refund the money on the credit card that they had kept.

Great atmosphere, happy and friendly staff... When you're tired about the maze of Harrods, just sit to taste a good and classic Mac & cheese... with a glass of prosecco, of course

i would just like to say full marks and a massive thanks to YOLA in the womens Valentino department, what an extremely delightful and helpful person to deal with. for that reason i will go back and shop at harrods valentino again.

It is a very complete shopping center but not accessible for the reach of any pocket ... So it is very attractive to meet very interesting people.

Visited the coffee bar for breakfast. My friend had a pastry. I had granola and yoghurt but it was so tasty. Best granola I've ever tasted. Had a chai latte with cinammon which was so good. Polite friendly staff. We then visited some of the floors. A unique department store. Food hall was really good especially with the varities of different teas. Toilets lovely and clean.

Amazing Architecture and Egyptian escalator. Food Halls selling such varied varieties of food, designer clothing, shoes, and Jewellery. A must see if in London.

Hated it. Apparently you cannot shop here unless you are bright orange with painted on eyebrows. You must wander aimlessly whilst sticking your nose in the air. You must also, and this is vital, carry your mobile phone in your hand at all times in case an important fashion tip pings through. The store is cold and superior and a testament to the greed and self importance the afflicts today's society. Will probably never go back, they don't sell records, so what's the point?

Nothing is better than Harrods for shopping and fun . Floors full of news and updating items in terms of fashion .
Very grateful for this .
