Good to have a look around, but obviously not going to buy anything :-) It's for the higher 10000 :-) It's good if you interested in dress designs for example and just want to have a look. Or to check out the food selection, have a special coffee. You can find stuff you can't really find anywhere else. At least not in London... So it's more like a tourist attraction...

The shop that has everything. From TVs, sports wear, jukebox, gaming chairs, handbags, sunglasses with cameras built in, full floor of toys, perfumes, clothing for every member of your family and also a food court. If you are looking for the perfect gift you will find it here. If in London Harrods is a much visit.
It's too expensive to my liking. It reminded me of INEQUALITY in this world. It's not fair that somewhere in world people can't afford to have drinking water whereas here with the price of some of the things they're selling you can get a handful of wells done for those people to meet their vital needs.
Honestly one of the most bizarre places in London. It's a lot of fun to wander about and image who on earth is buying some of this expensive tat. However, there are some interesting things on display, with the Christmas area being a real highlight. If you want to see the latest TVs then the show room is pretty spectacular.
Overall, I'd recommended Selfridges instead for a similar "HOW MUCH?!" experience.
Beautiful building and loads of top end lovely things to buy, but regular products are overpriced compared to other stores. However the food hall is the place to go to get picnic bits before heading off into one of London's lovely parks
My girlfriend and I went to Harrods after a nice breakfast over at Patisserie Valerie. I needed to exchange a cologne my mother got me for Christmas. It wasn t as busy as I thought it would be as I was pleasantly surprised by this. After careful deliberations I was able to finally choose a cologne. The staff were very friendly and very knowledgeable about Acqua di Parma. The employee was very well groomed and very friendly and dealt with the exchange brilliantly. The Acqua di Parma range is located past the make up in a separate section from the other fragrances.
I dislike the new set up at Harrods. I preferred the more open-plan so I could browse more easily. As for the shoe floor, absolutely awful. I could not find what I wanted because its all separate boutiques now. I don't think I will be back, I will try Harvey Nichols and Selfridges next time
You will either love or hate this place. You'll either think this is an amazing experience, full of luxury and pampering, over indulgence at its best, glamorous, almost magical, or you'll find it pretentious, vulgar, uncomfortable & off putting. Either way, definitely worth a visit, just for the experience. Nothing quite like it. Staff all dressed up in fine, well suited apparel, and plenty of them. Doormen greet you, very welcoming, plenty of security, all very friendly and helpful. Amazing food, range of goods, displays, but all at premium prices. Expect to pay over the odds but the quality is top notch. As a tourist, you're welcome, so feel free to roam & look around. Plenty of people who look like regular customers, all glammed up in fine clothing and made up. Architecture is amazing, as are the displays & general ambience. Definitely worth a drop in but with seven (from memory) floors over a massive area, make sure you get a free map when you first enter. Splendid!
A shop like no other. Of course very very expensive, but something you have to see. Be prepared to get lost a bit, and piece of advice, don't split up. Don't forget to visit the furniture departments.
Absolutely in love with this department store. Extremely large and has everything designer you could ever want. The home section is also very very cool and it's just a time to walk around the store and "window" shop.
Really 5 stars! An experience on its own and a must see in London. The queues to view items and service and Louis Vuitton was extremely long during my visit at the height of summer
A great shopping area with all types of high end brands, can get very busy but all the staff are very good and toilets and the area itself is very clean
Say at the coffee bar on level 1. Coffee was delicious. Sandwich was ok. Could of been bigger based on the price we paid. However the cheesecake by far made up for it. Well done
Lots of people there but kinda what we expected for a weekend
This store is an experience. It was a place I was told I must check out if in London. I took the hop on hop off and hopped my azz back on the bus to the tube when my day was done. Most of the items are luxurious brands. It's not all unaffordable If you have a couple of hundred to spend or even a 100 you can look fancy holding a Harrods bag. lol. I must say thier cologne Collection is Worldly. You can come back to you Country and not smell like anyone else. I love distinctive colognes you can get an exclusive here for a minimum of 150 to 65.00 euros. The decorative Egyptian oppulance is a must see !!!
Its had an interior face lift. More space to move around unlike b4. But still super hectic and busy especially as Christmas is closer. But a cosy warm atmosphere. Easy on the eye.
pure luxury everywhere you look. The food hall is extraordinary. The Egyptian Hall is amazing. Ice cream parlour so expensive but worth it as a treat. My only complaint is why did they get rid of the famous pet department?!! I wanted a diamond encrusted collar for my dog, or at least a look at them!!
Unfortunately, Harrods seems to have become more interested in the tourist and less interested in serving the clientele. At one time, there was something for everyone, but sadly that has disappeared.
Brought these coats and the staff were very helpful they shop is amazing it had to many floors so make sure you go with alot off time you can spend grands in here and in a matter of minutes I love this shop love the Egyptian artifacts on the wall very nice ans unique the staff are good. They are under alot off pressure the amount off customers easy couple off thousand customers on one day.
Amazing looks, never seen so much gold. Prices are astronomical and it s clearly not for common people to shop, but it is amazing to walk around and look.
Awfully busy. Took ages to get anywhere around the store and not easy to navigate. Did not feel magical for this time of year/ Christmas. Not sure why people let in aren't capped and more staff on hand to make customers feel welcomed and looked after.
Had a fantastic visit to Harrods today . What a great shopping experience. The building is gorgeously decorated and so easy to get around . All the staff were so helpful and couldn't do enough for us . The highlight of the day was having lunch in the Tea rooms. What beautiful food and of course I must mention our waitress Lenka she was so kind and experienced. She made our visit very special. Thanks Lenka.
It is a very pleasant shopping center in London for luxury brands. You can find items with quite a significant discount. Pretty crowded. You can spend a full day shopping and offer the possibility to have a branch or an afternoon tea.
Too crowded on new years, and don't expect people shopping here during busy times to show some respect, you will be pushed and elbowed. Bit confused where to go, the hall signs are a confusing.
It s a very big place and has no clocks around which means they want you to stay for very long which is what happened to me- I was so intrigued to explore the shoe heaven and the food I was supposed to leave at 5 and I left at 9! Expensive but beautiful.
Beautiful place with big prices! Lovely architecture! Central London. Harrods has everything - beauty department, clothes, accessories, food and cafes!
The place is having major renovation work, but still looks amazing inside & out. The service from the staff is faultless. They are very helpful & knowledgeable & can t do enough to help.
Beautiful building. Didn't feel right. No one was speaking English. Weird. Customers were very rude. No common cursity. Nothing there that I couldn't get elsewhere.
A beautiful building. Stepping inside remains an exciting browsing experience. Perfumes, food hall, toy department and first class furniture are some of the pleasures I enjoyed. This, from one who finds shopping a tiresome chore, is not my usual response when invited to shop or accompany others. Hope you enjoy a visit too.
Staff are so helpful & friendly. Didn t have what I wanted but Harrods staff took my details rang me within 2 days she had sourced what I wanted put it in the post i received it 3 days later.
Harrods is a must see shopping experience. Chock-a-block with people at all times of day, some of them even shopping. Harrods sells just about everything and is a luxury experience.
It's always worth a visit. However, gets really really busy with tourists specifically during weekends and in the evenings. However, food market is fantastic and really worth spending some time there (of course eating something!). Yes, it is not cheap at all, rather very expensive. But worth it from time to time.
Great place to shop with plenty of brands. The food court is brilliant for choice and quality and the facilities here are great. Staff have never been anything but nice. Beware the store can get very busy so pick your time to come well.
The store itself is iconic - beautiful clothes and accessories and attentive staff. I wasn't there for the clothes, though. The only place I really spent time in was the food hall and loved it. The patisserie is to die for. It may be pricy, but it's all worth it!
