IWS has taken care of me and Northwestern University for years without a hitch. I've dealt with multiple shade companies and not one of them could provide the service that IWS has. IWS has excellent customer service and high quality products.

The offices in our facility have a large southern exposure and, even though the windows are heavily tinted, the daylight was unbearable for the office staff. As the facilities director, I received a steady stream of complaints from staff members about the fact that they had to strain to see their computer monitors and were often uncomfortable in the summer months due to the heat coming through the windows.

Illinois Window Shade Company worked with me to find a solar control fabric that would address these issues. We're very happy with the results. The guys at Illinois Window Shade Company were very professional, responsive and the shades are perfect for the application. We'll be adding more shades from this company throughout the facility.

Illinois Window Shade Company provided the motorized shades for our offices and conference rooms in Chicago. We received lower bids from other local companies but still chose Illinois Shade because of their knowledge and expertise as a manufacturer.

The motorized shades are really impressive in that they look GREAT and drastically improve glare and privacy issues.

I walked into the location on Broadway @9 am about 2 months ago to order 14 custom made window shades. I called 3 times for a manager....I'm still waiting for a call back...
