Always my happy place...apart fr always lost inside lol
Great to make a pic with the impressive and nice building, but inside just millionaires will spend their money - not even the athmosphere is inviting as the layout is very narrow and overstuffed.. for average people there is not really anything worth walking in
You can find what you are looking for here. Not necessary more expansive! The assistants are all stunning!
Harrods is a must place to visit when you are in London. They have the finest goods from every brand name from designer handbags and clothes, household goods, electronics, toys, gifts, even different type of foods and chocolates. You can eat and shops there. They have the finest collections of chocolates and macaroons. You won't regret it.
Must see must spend great experience lovely place to visit
This is a very classic and great place to shop in London. We browsed around for hours since it is big store with so much to offer. I really liked their food department, yummy!!
A vibrant and well designed department store. There is so much to discover over the many floors,to suit all clients.
The Christmas shop has an excellent range of new style decorations. I recommend a visit .
The one and only Harrod's. If visiting London this place is a must see. Check out the outrageously expensive clothes and goods, marvel at the overpriced food, and take in the amazing people watching.
Great customer service and very decadent inside. Atmosphere is not so nice though (full of nouveau rich people and tourists who buy nothing there).
Being a Gemologist and Jeweler, the diamonds and my favorite jewelers are available for you...Cartier, Tiffany, Bulgari, Harry Winston, Rolex, Breitling, and of course, DeBeers, just to name a few!
A definite place to get your favorite jewels!
it's very nice however would look better as a hotel in terms of the structure and design of the building. it's extremely busy and very easy to get lost in. Also the shop provides a map because it's that big....
Herrods is anyways a place to visit . All high end luxury brands with a wide range of choice, be it clothing or perfumes or furniture or accessories or food courts....I love to visit this place whenever I visit London. Its shopping destination as well as a memory moment place....and crowd is just amazing....entire place specially the rest rooms are so clean despite very high flow of visitors....and it's so well organized. Super place.
Luxury department store which sell very good products. Gift shop is a little disappointing. I love the chocolate area. All looks delicious.
The interior design is fully Egyptian as the owner is Egyptian. But this place is very lavish and elegantly designed. Specially designed for Arabs to shop there as it has a huge store where high designer brands have launched oud perfume. Which is popular amongst Arabs.
We went in to the toy department to get some gifts and the staff were really helpful. They do demos of some of the toys and the whole place has just got a fun relaxed atmosphere. The rest of the shop is just full of overpriced stuff we don't want but the toy section is awesome
If you like the full fat price then this is the place.
Always visit Harrods when visiting London. Just a Beautiful 1st Class store. The Christmas windows were Lovely.
Quite pricey.. but it worth it.. its a great place to shopping almost all of branded product is available here. You must visit chocolates & confectionary food hall, a taste of chocolate heaven
No review necessary. Its Harrods. World famous for a reason
Style, glamour, quality and unique. Truly one of a kind experience!
It is worth a visit. Of course it is super expensive, even for souvenirs and food...but it's Harrods so you expect it! The place is huge and you get lost easily. Also, unless you're super rich, expect to feel very poor and depressed especially in certain department (for me it was the bags departments). But in the end it is what it is, a huge luxury store department so if you're not into this kind of things...just avoid.
I just love it, even if you don't shop it is great to visit it!
Fun! Even if you can't afford much there, it's so amazing to go through!
Good varieties of luxurious brands. Shoapholics please do not miss out this place. Remember to do tax-free when you ve done with your shoppings.
Loretta in the restaurant fish on the ground floor was amazing!! Super service !!
The price is incredible and very affordable for me. It was an enjoyable experience. The cakes are also delicious:)
Sea food bouillabaisse, the BEST! Can't wait to go back!
Love Harrods. Worth going just for a look round. I love their own tea. Lots of nice litte eateries for a treat.
Absolutely fantastic place and service. All the staff were so polite.
It's a great place for people watching. You can find very interesting characters.
The food stuffs on the ground floor are very good, and not overly expensive, considering the quality, but the rest of the shop is inaccessibly expensive for most people.
The eclectic decor is also interesting to see.
Not as good as before. Not sure who designed the toy department but the old one on the 4th floor was much better. Now it feels like being in boxes... harrods is not what it used to be 20 years ago.
Love shopping at harrods, By Appointment the best way to shop.
Luxury has no limits here. It s a paradise for the buyers of elite brands. Staff are very courteous and attentive. Certainly not a shopping place for common people. But One should visit at least once to see the inside display arrangements and feel the atmosphere.
Harrods Harrods Harrods! Three words to describe the world famous department store that s probably unmatched by any other stores in the entire planet!
With such a history, vintage and links to royalties, famous and influential people within the UK and the world, Harrods epitomises what the world - a world that can afford the best things in life and a world that can rise above everything else!
Harrods is the most important institution around that offers the world everything and offers everything to the world. It is the place to go, where the world shops and the shop waits on the world.
Truly amazing! Truly recommended!
Always a delight to experience the luxurious products and in particular during Christmas time. The many diverse things for sale as well as the attention to detail leave always an opportunity to purchase something for either yourself or a present to a friend.
You'll be treated like a pariah and timewaster everywhere until you buy something, once you do (have branded bag) the supplication begins. VAT refunds very expertly handled. Great souvenir shop.
Christmas time at Harrods is so magical, if a bit expensive. Lol
We stopped by Harrod to see what was inside. The ground floor area was amazing, particularly near the food area. Each room had its own speciality, I particularly like the chocolate and the deli areas, with lots of different products on sale. They also had restaurants inside. Most of the food there looked delicious. It was also a nice place to grab some gift items like the cookies and the toffees in a tin can.
The other areas on the ground floor were the perfume and make-up areas which I wasn't particularly interested in. I happened to just walk up some stairs and ended up near the main entrance with a building map. I didn't realise how big it actually was. I walked around the technology and clothing areas just to browse and the area were all quite clean and fairly empty so it was easy to look around. I also went up to the fancy branded areas just to see what it was like. I also tried to go to the Chrismas area but you could only go in with a booking.
I somehow ended up at a set of escalators with an Egyptian theme. After wandering around the maze of shops and products I finally found my way out. it really was an interesting shop to look through. The size of it was huge. They also had quite a few restaurants and cafes in the building too. Keep an eye out for the lights at night, the entire building is covered and lit up really bright. Worth the trip to see it.
Really grand department store. Fun kids toy section with employees demonstrating toys and doing magic tricks. I could spend the day in the food halls
Harrod's is a rich person's wonderland mall marketed as a tourist attraction. Everything is very expensive and fine, but you won't find any good souvenirs if that's what you're looking for. Even the food is overpriced for what it is. If you have money, then this place is great, but don't bother going if you're just window-shopping.
High-end brands and beautiful stores. It's worth going there just to see the architecture and the interior design if you're not into shopping. There's also a beautiful memorial of princess Diana.
Massive shopping mall for the rich. Beautifully decorated inside, worth a visit. Could get really busy inside.
A must when going to London. Where tradition and modern times, luxury and every day needs to meet. One of the nicest and amazing department stores in the world. I am amazed every time I go....
Very dated now .... not enough clear signs, easy to get lost, everything is over priced, can get cheaper on line ... the only thing it has going for it is the staff.. most shops have there own store and if you know what you want or who you like to wear it is better to go directly to them ...
Love it here I could spend all day in here no problem such a fantastic department store
Very nice and has a variety of shops, but I must say it's very easy to get lost inside , maybe could incorporate some sort of interactive map to work out where you need to go and how to get there etc.
This place is difficult to navigate. The employees are friendly but if you dislike crowds, chaos, and loud spaces, this is not the place for you.
It is constantly very crowded, I keep getting lost inside the store very often and it is a quest to find the toilet.
Has a massive variety of brands, obviously high end. As a general tourist, maybe visit it once, but I wouldn't recommend more than one time visit.
As a wealthy person, it's the high-end place to do your shopping, you will find very good service there, as they helped out a lot with finding a coat of my size in store in nearby shops of the brand.
The store is generally quite chique and luxurious and I love looking at their update to each season showcases.
First class, love this place. It s one of those places where the opulence is so over the top you can t help but be blown away. Nothing like it state side.
Dissapointing experience the milliionare section has been disolved
Pretty amazing experience wandering around here. Nice to see how the other half lives, and to pretend to be the other half for a few hours! Utterly friendly and helpful staff everywhere, amazing central staircase and very relaxed atmosphere throughout. Definitely worth a visit if in London. Extremely easy to get to on the underground too.
Brilliant shopping experience . Everything catered for and easy place to find
1st time I have visited was very impressed with all the outlets within the place and the wide and varied selection offered to purchase. Shall visit again in the coming months and maybe put my hand in my pocket and buy something also very friendly and informative staff.
This was our 1st trip to London & Harrods Department Store & the iconic retailer has earned its reputation.
You could easily spend a full day here & enjoy 3 meals & tea (if you put a reservation in weeks in advance).
The ground floor alone will give you a great sampling of the food & gifts available.
We walked up to 3rd floor to the cafe and enjoyed salad & tea service ... total bill was for $38 pounds or $51 US including a 10% service charge.
We took home a couple of Harrods tins of tea as a souvenir and enjoyed a walk through their food courts ... much different from what you see in an American Mall.
Fabulous architecture. Wonderful experience but needed more time to take full advantage of all to see. Only had half day.
Quality shopping. Love the choice in all departments.
Beautiful and quintessentially British. Always a pleasure, especially during the festive season
Don't go unless MrBeast asks you to spend $100,000 in an hour!
Everything you would expect and more... Silvia from Burgos and her colleague from Columbia were outstanding. A great menu, wonderful options. The quality of the food managed to surpass expectations... And because there was a little hitch on an item, staff apologised and offered a compensation without us even mentioning a thing to him. Excellent professionalism, excellent training and a staff who are appreciated. We had such delightful conversations with our immediate neighbours. Busy, but so well organised and managed. We loved it.
Very luxurious retail center with all the high end brands you could ask for. But the real gem in my opinion is visiting the food hall. You'll be astounded by everything from fresh baked bread to tea to beluga caviar! Mmm...caviar.... A great place if you are in the mood to splurge a little.
Probably one of my favourite places in the entire London!
They have everything I need! They have an amazing rewards programme that allows you to claim cash reward!
They have rewards member 10% off weekends every month!
They have freshly made fine food!
They have custom made clothing!
One of the best place that I like around the world.
Staff are pleasant & helpfull. Proffesional too.
Harrods is still is a special iconic shop in London. One can always find excellent quality goods & styles. I am always confident when buying from Harrods. Staff strive to give excellent service.
I love coming here. Having only been for the first time a couple of months ago... This is my favourite place to come and get fragrances/perfumes.
They also have a lot of exclusives that you can only get from Harrods. So you don't always smell like everyone else you walk past. To me that's a win
Has all the mystic of an American shopping mall/galleria in Thousand Oaks, California now. Used to be so English...not anymore. Sure the variety and displaying techniques (as do the prices) knock you out; ambient feelings should reflect an artistic vision across the whole store; not just a few departments here or there. Most of it feels like a gaudy disco in the middle East. I've been going to the food hall for decades and without doubt the destruction is complete. Not supposed to be restaurants and coffee bars.
Amazing service and top items for sale.
Best store ever reasonable prices. Love the clothing range and high quality as always.
Will be returning.
Nothing I can t say. But it s big lie. Crazy prices. Narrow spaces. I won t go anymore there. If I m looking for items I can find I many places better than this
Seems very old and very chaotic - almost claustrophobic. Not a pleasant place to shop compared to what London has to offer
Definitely worth a visit, the coffee shop is beautiful with amazing cakes!!
