Always clean always well stocked and the staff is very plesant.

The HT in Morrocroft is to the best HT one can shop. The entire staff from produce, floral, seafood etc. are always going the extra mile. Check-out is amazingly fast no matter the time of day! I pass 2 HT just to shop Morrocroft!

Omelet bar is super inconsistent. This location has a fresh omelet bar on the weekends, and is advertised as being open from 7am - 11am. There is about a 95% chance that it is never open and ready at 7am. Usually by 8 they have it open and running. The omelets are good but the lack of consistency is frustrating.

I'm a huge fan of Tajma Teeter. The whole experience is fantastic and I find it better than all other competing grocurs. 10/10

This Harris Teeter is one of Charlotte most upscale grocery store, located in SouthPark the prices are reasonable when visitors come into this Harris Teeter they are amazed by how it looks, and all the items that we carry, theres hotels and plenty of restaurants also...

It's open 24 hours so I can shop at night. Also, there's a Starbucks when I go during the day - win.

Best supermarket in Charlotte. The cakes and food area is better than some restaurants.

It's a busy store and I rarely shop at that location... The cashier was personable and kind and very efficient. He must be a keeper with the right attitude & genuineness

Probably one of the best quality Harris Teeters I know of. When it's peach season, they have some amazing selections of fruit.

Great place to do all of your shopping. Excellent Wine, Meat & Seafood Departments. Not to mention the deli is pretty top notch too.

Yesterday, I had an exceptional customer experience at Harris Teeter! The associate (Amber) had a difficult time ringing up a bag of avocados... She was very polite and apologized about the hold up! She also gave me $10 off for my wait. It was an unexpected surprise, but made my day! Thank you & congrats on such great customer service!

A nice location with an updated interior that feels very modern compared to other locations. However, staff can be sparse at later hours when you need help, and certain popular items have gone out of stock for nearly a week.

Excellent shopping experience in every way possible. So many options and variety. I could spend a day just walking through the aisles.

This store is supposed to be 24/7 but when we went some time between 10-12 the lights were so dim, especially in the produce, it was almost hard to shop.

Inconsistent stock. They will often run out of an entire item (not just a specific brand, but all brands)

I purchased alcohol at this location. The person running the self check out line asked me to walk up to her and take my mask off when carding me. I m well over the legal age. In the middle of a pandemic- asking a customer to remove their protective mask not only puts the customer at risk, but it puts the associate at risk as well.

Im visiting from Californias carmel valley, Santa Lucia, Pinacles wine district. We have Safeway and whole foods to compare. Didn't include Lucky or Nob Hill. Wow wow what a beautiful well laid out store. Gorgeous produce. Beautiful seafood counter and I come from a fishing town. No smell very that is very fresh. Meat counter ditto. Wine selection beats any other store around. Beats most California stores in my area. My kids live here and I'm so happy they have a HT store so close and so many all over town. As you might tell I'm impressed
I cook and bake and love to taste wine. The help there has been so friendly and knowledgeable.

Please check your account after your transactions at Harris Teeter. They charged another customers items to my card and took over a week to correct their mistake. Customer service at it's worst, just my experience. Semper Fi

The quality is outstanding and the ready to go meals are life savers. An overwhelming amount of variety.

I wouldn't take anything in the world for this particular Harris Teeter store, It is the heart of the SouthPark Mall area, just acrorss the street from Walgreens Pharmacy. All of these H-T employees fromthe Store Managers down through the Service Desk Personnel and continuing through all Dept. Heads, plus every single person employed to work in that masterpiece of a grocery. I am in there just about daily for weeks at a time on an ongoing basis. Employees are hired from those who are friendly, and make you "feel at home". Ask for an item, and a HT employee will be more than glad to assist you. helpful to the shoppe. Their prices are excellent of you consider "By two and get three free" a bargain, which I do. This Harris Teeter in an equal opportunityemployer; yet each employee is quite capable in his or her particular job. Adjoining this Harris Teeter is a Starbucks Coffee Shop. You can probably find every single item you need for your kitchen at this particular Flag-Ship Harris Teeter store.

Never had a bad experience until today in my 5 years of coming to this store almost everyday on my lunch.... The (preg) manager must be new bc she treated me like we were @ Walmart... Acusing of fraud trying to send my elderly mother grocery money when she can see in the system thr many times we've had the same transaction... I was in the wrong store in the wrong neighboorhood....

I've been shopping here for 20 years and it's really declined over the past few years. It's a 24 hour location but there are never any cashiers after 11 and most of the self checkouts are shut down. They have enough customers after 11 to justify an extra cashier.

This is my Taj-Ma-Teeter! Top of the line food at the various food bars and prep stations! All the great HT options and more too.

Nice clean store with lots of cool departments. Since I work nearby I go here for lunch and breakfast. So many options, ranging from the hot bars to the sub and sushi stations. A very large salad bar gives me other options. Pizza and chef prepared items as well.

Since Kroger took over HT, it has spiraled down hill. The store is a mess. Produce and other items are sub par. Their house, "HT" brand items are the WORST! Charlotte needs WEGMAN'S!!

Clean store with friendly associates, who take the time to show you exactly where an item in question is located. I rarely utilize this specific location due to one being closer to my residence, but when I choose an alternate location, this is the store of my choice. The shelves are typically well stocked and product is readily available, even those items on promotion. Sometimes there is at the checkout, but the lines move pretty quick, since there have been plenty of cashiers open each time I have shopped here. It seems to be a very busy location, so I have to admire how well staffed and stocked the store has been each time I have come in.

Customer service, could be better. However, it's the best Harris Teeter in Charlotte

I frequent this Harris Teeter on an almost daily basis. For a grocery store, it has everything you could ask for. It s an expensive area, but cheaper items are available if you want them. Clean bathrooms with all private stalls. Convenient Starbucks Coffee next door. If this was all they offered, unfortunately, I d be giving 5 stars. Sadly, some of the other things they offer drop my rating to 4 stars. The overpriced hot bar items are often very low quality for the price paid (2 stars for that). The PNC ATM in the store is either broken, or out of $20 bills about 3 out of 4 times I happen to use it. I ve told management about it, but their overall response is that it s not their problem since it s from PNC. If employees would simply communicate with PNC about servicing the ATM, it d help ALOT, but management is clearly not willing to do that (PNC ATM gets 1 star). Considering that some of this location s higher tier services provide customers with a 1-2 star experience, I believe that an overall 4-star rating is quite generous.

Always a clean seafood section. Prepared seafood and meats are also tasty here.

Love my HT. You have to shop their specials for reasonable prices and I worry that Aldi will eat their lunch in coming years. But they're my neighborhood grocery store!
