Yesterday, I had an exceptional customer experience at Harris Teeter! The associate (Amber) had a difficult time ringing up a bag of avocados... She was very polite and apologized about the hold up! She also gave me $10 off for my wait. It was an unexpected surprise, but made my day! Thank you & congrats on such great customer service!
