I have been using OCS Worldwide for 7 years. During this time I have found them to be very professional but not at the detriment to being human and personable (like the larger carriers) when I need them to go the extra mile. Never a problem. Nothing is too hard for these guys. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! Thanks guys :)

I have used many different services including Parcelforce, MyHermes, Landmark Global, Australian Post and FEDEX and I haven't found a more helpful and competent service. I now have an account for my new business and my account manager Gavin Ferris couldn't be more helpful and supportive. I would definitely recommend.

I've been waiting my package for more than 2 weeks. I looked the status of my order everyday and it wasn't updated so I decided to contact with shop where I bought it. And they told me that my order was missing. Shameful!

their service is terrible. My package from England arrived in such bad shape it was unbelievable. The box was damaged so they taped it completely up with their OCS fragile tape. There were several large dents and it appeared as if someone stepped on the box.

when the package is delivered to the/your local so...

when the package is delivered to the/your local sorting office it is marked as "Delivered" with some overseas couriers, which is wrong how can it be classed as delivered when it is at the sorting office and has not been delivered to my address, my parcel sat in sorting office for a while i inquired to what was happening with it, they said it's out for delivery, it never arrived.

I would like to highly commend Hannah at OCS World...

I would like to highly commend Hannah at OCS Worldwide for her exceptional customer service for me today. Through circumstances out of both our control, my husband's passport was stuck in the Depot. We live in Yorkshire and we fly to Singapore tomorrow morning, so just a bit of pressure! Hannah was proactive and did everything she could to help me to ensure that the passport will indeed arrive today and so my husband can join me on our trip!!

By far the worst experience of my life, a mental looking English man was mumbling, shouting clapping his hands over his head like a monkey, while I had asked about my shipment. Very old looking place anand inside the building, NO one was able to help me track my shipment,

sent over a polish girl who didn't speak english what a joke of a company
