I frequent this Harris Teeter on an almost daily basis. For a grocery store, it has everything you could ask for. It s an expensive area, but cheaper items are available if you want them. Clean bathrooms with all private stalls. Convenient Starbucks Coffee next door. If this was all they offered, unfortunately, I d be giving 5 stars. Sadly, some of the other things they offer drop my rating to 4 stars. The overpriced hot bar items are often very low quality for the price paid (2 stars for that). The PNC ATM in the store is either broken, or out of $20 bills about 3 out of 4 times I happen to use it. I ve told management about it, but their overall response is that it s not their problem since it s from PNC. If employees would simply communicate with PNC about servicing the ATM, it d help ALOT, but management is clearly not willing to do that (PNC ATM gets 1 star). Considering that some of this location s higher tier services provide customers with a 1-2 star experience, I believe that an overall 4-star rating is quite generous.
